Went to Walgreens to print custom photo Christmas cards. There were big streaks through the image. That's just the way the machine prints was their response. Took the same images to CVS and they printed great.The attendant at the store acted like she had been severely inconvenienced to stop looking at their phone to handle a customer.

Service is friendly but abrupt. Unless you got the one cashier well actually sit there and talk with you for a little bit. They have a new singing here where it's at Sprint Express show me a picture of it. It's in the photo lab. Bathrooms are always a mess. The Men's clogs, the women's just got two new ones so they're pretty okay. Whoever put them down put them down wrong, and sloppy.

I came in here around 8pm Saturday night to pick up some important photos that my boyfriend and I had printed for his sisters birthday, when I walked in the line was to the photo center long, it appeared to only be one girl working so I drug my feet a little, I got some cleaner, a birthday card and waited for the line to go away, I have worked customer service for 20 years, so I understand what it can be like, when there was no one in line I approached the cashier and told her it looked like there was no one helping her and I needed some pictures from the photo area but I was fine with waiting a moment, she told me no, flat out no, she was not doing photos right now, I said, I’m sorry ma’am that’s. It going to work, I’m not in a rush but I need my photos. She proceeded to tell me that I could wait until her other cashier can back from lunch whenever that would be. I called my boyfriend and told him what she said and while I’m talking to him she continues to be rude and make comments while checking me out, I left and went back in to get her name, I looked at her name tag and told her I was just getting her name, she told me Lucinda, and then proceeded to spell the name for me like I was stupid. I have never been talked to or treated so rudely in my life. This woman has no business working with people in public. Thanks Lucinda

Lucinda really needs to step it up as a manager! It's not that hard people if you hate your job find one you like don't make the rest of wait till you decide to move . We spend good money here except at least common care or at least bottom customer care . Not what you got running over there . !!!! Not cool people.

This Walgreens is absolute trash. If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes at the pharmacy and then get told by a rude lady to go home, so they can close immediately at 8, come here. It's a waste of time, and they are terrible. They kicked 7 of us out of line. All of us had been there 30+ minutes. The idiot lady said there isn't another Walgreens open late, but don't listen to her. The Walgreens in Arlington is a drive, but it's open til 10. Go anywhere else but here.

Really tired of how slow this pharmacy is when it comes to processing scripts. Dealt with multiple occasions where there was no pharmacist on duty so they were closed. Now, I've had scripts sent over from Urgent Care but there's still NO urgency and I have to wait 2 days for one of them to be ready and the second one has no ETA at all. It says they're running behind. There HAS to be a better pharmacy alternative somewhere, I'll find it one day soon. SMH

Drive thru is the worst. I don’t know how they allow people to stay at the drive up window for 10,15, 20 minutes or more. Either the meds are ready or not. If they’re not have them go inside, come back, or start over in the line. Makes no sense at all.

This has to be worst pharmacy in America. I dread when I need a refill.I usually drive way up the street to the one on the other end of Carrier, when this location is right by the house.The service is ALWAYS slow as all get out!.I've literally been in drive through for over 30 minutes. This is the norm.Then when you finally get to the window, the workers have an attitude,no matter what time of day. It's been this way for at least 3 years.Runnn!!! To the next Pharmacy.TerribleSeriously!!!

The black/indian guy is VERY RUDE. As well with the white girl. She is so lazy to the point where she dont even wanna go look at the back to see if there are any prescriptions with my kids names on it. DONT COME HERE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!! THEY WILL PURPOSELY LOSE YOUR ORDERS & MAKE YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET!

Literally I’ve called the pharmacy 4 times this week to ask some questions I wait on the phone for someone to pick up when they do pick up they don’t say anything they put you directly on hold..This is the most unprofessional Walgreens I’ve ever been to the people in the pharmacy need to be fired each and every one of them! Every single one that lets that phone continue to ring or place them on hold with no regards to answering the phone need to be fired!I say and waited on this phone for 30 mins waiting for someone to answer i was on the way home from work… it takes me 35 mins to get home so from work to home nobody could answer the phone and take me off hold!!! That’s ridiculous!!this is ghetto and ridiculous!

This Walgreens is so incompetent. I had them fill my son’s prescriptions due to him having surgery and they told me to come back in a hour. I decided to give them two just in case and when I went back I am told that I need to wait almost another two hours due to them not even starting on it yet. And without mentioning anything else to me they decided to call after 20 min of me going back home just to tell me that it was filled and I can come pick it up after just being there.

Watch out for the old big bad wolf at checkout, She has a problem with you using your rewards, has a problem with you putting your stuff back where it goes bc by the love of God she might have to do her job and put stuff in the correct place! It’s a miserable shopping experience when your employer hates her job maybe give her a raise so she doesn’t ruin everyone’s day! Or maybe put her in the back to save us all the hounding

Horrible pharmacy .they gave me four 1ml vials instead of the normal single 10ml vial. I explained I live in Colorado and cannot drive back 13 hours for a partial refill. Pharmacy is full of himself and thinks he's a doctor . He's a glorified pill counter. They are possibly the worst pharmacy ever . Very condescending and arrogant. I will be reporting them to the tx licensing board .

I have been to 3 different Walgreens today and have called 3 others. All I needed was a passport picture taken. Every location I called gave me the same answer, our cameras are down. Unbelievable! No one could tell me when they were going to be fixed. Bad business.

This Phamacy was great with good service but unfortunately not anymore you wait on the phone for more more than hour then the phone is shut in your face, sometimes they reply but after waiting for long time. Refill a prescription is headache,I’m not satisfied at all. We’ve been in this area for 30 years and Walgreens service was never like this before I hope things change for the better soon.

Over heard a customer talking to the manager on duty Rosenda, in Spanish and rosenda told her speak to me in English. And I had a bad experience with the same manager bad attitude not helpful very rude. She needs to step down from management.

Very busy night but we waited 1 1/2 hours after arriving on time for booster Covid appointment. No one in pharmacy made eye contact. We were passed over twice. When we asked what the problem was a young overweight young man who was wearing his mask under his nose the whole time said it was because my daughter had no insurance. When I asked why this was a problem he said he had to run it through again he made no apology for the long wait or had any other explanations and offered no estimated wait time. The manager saw us finally and within a few minutes our wait was over he was very nice with good customer service. Very disappointing trip to Walgreens

Never going to this Walgreens for testing again. My boyfriend and I needed to take a covid test so I made an appointment for us to do the RAPID 2 HOUR TEST. One week later and neither of us have received results! I have called them multiple times and they were unable to resend our test results via email they said we would have to pick them up in person but by that time we were out of town and ended up having to spend $200 to get tested elsewhere as a last resort.

Pharmacy at this location is horrible here. Medications are put in by doctor in the middle of the day, takes a day or more for them to get it together. Has happened more than once as well. Very unprofessional.

Came to this location because my local walgreens was out of the medication I had been described. Stood at the consultation center waiting for help. The girl who was at the computer looked at me, didn't say nothing to me at all and continued with what she was doing. After she finished, she grabbed her bag and took off! Ignoring customers is not customer service at all. After a few minutes another girl saw me standing there and came to help me. After explaining to her the situation, she looked but unfortunately they were out too. I requested her to look up and see what location has it in stock, she said there was no way she could do that, didn't even try to call around. Not very helpful at all.

Their pharmacy is the absolute WORST. I get a pharmacy can be busy and overwhelming but they should really learn to be more attentive and accurate. They really need to learn about good customer service instead of treating customers like a number and in such a hurry.
