I purchased a K.C. Cavalier puppy from this location on 1/21. The puppy had light yellow discharge on her nose and I asked the staff about it, they stated it was just from the vaccines she had just received from their vet that same day. I took the puppy to my vet 1/22 and found out that she had an upper respiratory infection and the vet stated that if she was seen by their vet they would have seen that and notified the store of the infection.Through the first 5 days of having the puppy I accrued over $2K in medicines, testing and boarding because her upper respiratory progressed to aspirated pneumonia. Throughout all of the vet visits and fees I submitted everything to the email addressed and text and called the main number they give and no one from management contacted me until 1/26. While they did agree that their staff mislead me, they refused to give any compensation outside of medicines per their contract. It is now 2/13 and I have yet to get a single refund PER CONTRACT and management has not communicated back as to when I will get my refund.I expected there to be some monetary expenses like coccidia with the puppy, but the upper respiratory infection and boarding was way above and beyond. In addition, their communication from staff and management and ownership is absolutely sloppy and minimal.I caution anyone thinking about getting a pet from this store. While we love the puppy, we definitely should have done more research on reviews of this location and should have asked more questions/researched on illnesses before buying the puppy.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing our first pet together. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to find the perfect puppy for our family. We definitely plan on returning soon to get another furry friend for our current pet, so that he doesn't have to be an only child.

I wish I never walked in here. I asked where they get the puppies from and the worker didn't know. Most were 2000.00 except one was 1500.00 that was older and seemed very depressed. I wanted to rescue it so bad but another would just take it's place. Puppies were kept in tanks full of shredded paper that some were eating. No water. One puppy was eating a rubber toy. The place smelled awful. At least two were biting themselves and may have fleas. I wish places like this didn't exist.

The puppies are very cute, that’s undeniable. It was cold and look like a puppy detention center almost. They had a spot to play with the puppies but they don’t post prices so when I inquired about a few…they were way above my comfort zone. I guess that’s why they offer financing. I found the exact mix breed puppy for thousands less on a pet adoption website. THOUSANDS less. Adopt a puppy, save your money.

Places like this should be illegal. These puppies are in fish tanks that are too small for many of them with no access to food or water. Just thrown in there with bedding. I'd be shocked if they're properly being taken care of or coming from any reputable breeder- they are definitely from a puppy mill. DO NOT buy puppies from here, you have no idea what sort of health or behavorial problems they may have from being puppy mill puppies.This place should be shut down and those puppies should be with a rescue. Shame on whoever owns this business and whoever shops there.

Owner, please add more training to your employees. The tall girl told us we couldn't pet the dogs because we weren't "serious buyers." This felt like pure discrimination.

The Pet Stop has the cutest and most lovable pets ! The workers are so nice with letting customers hang out with the dogs for a little while before making a decision. It gives us an opportunity to connect with the dogs before taking them home !

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. This place definitely gives “we support puppy mill vibes”. They have their puppies sitting in fish tanks in their literal poo. Definitely gives “if the puppy doesn’t “sell” fast enough they get sent to the pound” vibes too. All those poor puppies look so sad and those big back “women” and those scrawny “men” should be the one in those tanks. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I went in out of curiosity because I wanted to see if it was puppy mill or a company that worked with a rescue group and poor puppies 😔 the place smelled bad!!! Their enclosure was small and most puppies looked sad. I asked the employee how they got so many puppies and she stumbled with her words and then said oh they r shipped in but if u want to see a puppy we can take one out so you can engage with it. Please dnt buy adopt. How disgusting!!!

I wish I could rate this place zero stars! It’s horrible and completely mind blowing to me that in 2023 this place exists. It’s literally a puppy mill. As much as I want everyone to rush here and get those puppies outta there - that would only be supporting them. The puppies looked sooooo sad. They were sitting there eating the paper! My friends and I started tearing up as we walked in there. Please - ADOPT DONT SHOP

Animals are in glass enclosed cages in a super warm store. They appear lethargic and barely alive. Store clerk was asked if they are being walked and the answer was: you are being rude and gotta say at some point I felt like she may physically attack me. Another clerk who claimed to be the manager told me the animals were not allowed to be walked and were just occasionally brought out of the cages to play in the store. It is entirely unclear if they are fed and provided sufficient water. If you patronize these stores, please stop and go to an adoption event instead.The condition of the animals paired with the super defensive and hoodlum behavior of the clerk made for a traumatic experience over here. Let me know if you know of any humane society I can report them to.

Every single puppy was lethargic and unmoving, without ready water access as well. Their spaces were small and without any kind of enrichment. It's obvious this business is just peddling out puppy mill puppies with no regard to the mental or physical well being of the puppies or parent dogs. Disgusting
