went here for something for my jumping spider, the flies i ordered from chewy weren’t successful & my spider went weeks w out eating since she disappeared for that time :( he had mealworms on hand & a pack of 25 for under $4!! he gave me instructions on how to care for them & keep them alive in between feedings & was just very nice & knowledgable. 10/10 will be coming back from now on!

Was a great place to get my bugs for the last year and a half! But within the last few weeks going up there I dont want to go back I have received wrong amounts and also sizes! Just today I asked for 3/4 and I get home to have a box full of 1/4 or smaller!

I ordered some crickets from this establishment ( I live about four hours away from Dallas) and everything was great. The package came quick, i got worms and crickets and they were all nice and sealed up they didn't smell or have a bunch of dead ones or anything like that. I'm about to place my second order! What I also love is that The worms and crickets aren't exorbitantly priced like the ones at the pet store I get literally like five times the amount maybe more for the same price I would pay at the petstore.

Best insect ranch on the planet, as far as I know anyway. I receive all of the insects I order and I'm pretty sure they add extra on top of what I order. Above and beyond. Not only that, their customer service is outstanding, answering questions promptly and professionally, taking care of everything like the world class establishment they are. I like this place. Highly recommend.

A little tricky to find the building the first time. My order (100 PH crickets) I placed the night before was not ready for pickup when I arrived (that's about the only negative thing I can say), however the guys inside where great and timely and I'm pretty sure I got a little extra, some worms and roaches, all were welcomed by my beardy. They have a great selection and variety. I have already placed my second order!

I enjoy coming in and seeing the new animals they have on display .recently added his personal collection of spiders and frogs plus the giant chameleon!!! Great service and an amazing deal on the poison dart frogs, fruit flies, and crickets. He even has orchid mantis, rare spiders, chameleons and so on. Highly recommend if you live around the area.

I am very angry, upset, and disappointed in this company. I live in Arkansas and have yet to find any good local live feeder salers. After reading reviews I decided to try ordering from here and have them shipped in. The first time I ordered from them I had a great experience. I ordered various different feeders for my bearded dragon to try to add some more variety in his diet. All insects came in their own individually packaged plastic containers organized nicely in the box. During shipping they were very attentive to any and all questions I had. After that first order I was so happy. I thought I had found a place where I can order all of my dragons food from. So when I ran out of his favorite snack, superworms, I decided to order more (250 to be exact). I got the cheapest shipping I could, since I'm in college and money is tight, and waited my 3 days. When the package arrived at my home I was still at work so a friend of mine brought it inside and left it on a counter in my house. I made it home an hour later to a shocking surprise... worms everywhere. I immediately grabbed a plastic tub and started quickly scooping them all in. I was furious trying to figure out how they all were escaping. I examined the box and inside and out and was disappointed at what I found. The worms I had ordered were shipped in a plain cardboard box with some newspaper inside. They had no separate container to keep them from chewing there way free. On of the corners on the inside of the box was folded in just enough for a few to slip out but the worms had gathered in that corner and chewed a larger opening for them to all escape. It took me two hours to search the area and collect any escaped worms. There were in my house for only an hour and about 50 had escaped during that time. After collecting them all I had 30 missing. I scooped out my house and have found no other traces of them so I figure those other 30 are probably spread out amongst postal offices and vehicles throughout the route from here to there. After this experience I'm extremely upset and disappointed in this company and I will not be buying from them again. I know I'm only one lost customer but I hope my experience may warn any other people who are considering have insects shipped to them.

Have ordered a few times via the internet, didn't ship when was promised. Visited after placing an order to pick up, order was not ready and the staff had zero clue we were coming to pick up an order. The entire business is run out of an adobe home that should have been torn down years ago. Cracks everywhere, I'm surprised if they have any form of cooling, place is not maintained.
