Did a walk-in for a nail trimming on my mini dachshund. Nia was the associate at the time and was very helpful and understanding on “dachshunds nail trimming”. My Opie was very nervous but Nia was awesome with him. We were in and out less than 15 mins. Definitely will come back and ask for Nia!

My dog is usually iffy about getting his nails clipped but he let them clip his nails today without too much of an incident. I can’t express how happy that we have found a place to go. I will definitely will be back.

Booked with Moose, and they were fantastic! The dog being groomed came in in (admittedly) rough shape, but came out looking fantastic with some very helpful insight from the groomer! Would definitely recommend, and plan to have our pup come in again for regular appointments!

The groomer showed great care when introducing herself to Bleu. She also allowed me to pull the car up when Bleu was ready so he did not have to walk on the hot concrete.

I have been taking my dogs to petco 360 & Camp Wisdom for 9 years. Recently I took my dog Kaos in for her semi-annual grooming. She was there for 5 hours. They called me and said she was done. I picked her up and she looked terrible. She was wet, had clumps of hair falling out everywhere. The worst she has ever looked. I complained and the manager set up a re-do the following Saturday. I brought her in and they called me 30 minutes later and wanted to shave her. She is a beautiful long hair husky. I told them no shaving and suggested they just do a brush out like they have done for years. They said they couldn’t because she was snapping at them. I’m sure she was agitated, but that is why they have muzzles. I went and picked her up and they refunded all the money except the $20 tip I originally left. Petco has lost my business. The attached photos are after the initial grooming when they said she was done.
