Absolutely worthless self wash. Their dryers are nothing more than a vacuum cleaner turned in reverse. No nozzle. Literally useless. Water pressure is lame. They don’t provide an apron. Tractor supply self wash is 100 times better. Never again.

Brought a foster dog with skin issues to get his nails trimmed. If she did not want to handle the dog she should have just said that.. instead of me putting him through the stress of bringing him there. How callous. This is a geriatric dog that struggles to walk and she knew that and had me bring him all the way in and then turned me away. Literally has to not have a soul.

Dropped moose off for deshedding and a bath. He came out super happy soft and adorable. They did an amazing job at the groomers with him and he looked like he enjoyed it

I’ve been going to Petco in Grand Prairie off of 161 I was using the groomer by the name of Taylor she’s no longer with them. I’ve been trying to schedule my baby appointment since January every time my appointment come up they called me and they canceled my appointment. I had one scheduled for today which is March 10 at 8:15 as I’m pulling into the parking lot. I got a phone call telling me that it has been canceled they’re overbooked that’s not my problem because I was scheduled. I feel racial discriminated because I’m a black African-American female, and I’m very very displeased

Omg!!!! This was the best grooming experience I ever had! My dog is 14 and for 14 years she went to only one groomer in DeSoto. We moved to Grand Prairie so I took her for the first time to Petco in Irving, they told me she would be there for 4 hours, she was only there for three! The groomer did the most beautiful job that I have ever seen on my dog, she is a Yorkie and they had her looking so pretty!!! I would definitely recommend this Petco for grooming!!!

I took my Labradoodle for grooming service and specifically told them do not cut her hair too much and some specifications for her ears and tail, even show a picture of what I wanted and they did completely the opposite. When I pick her up she was almost shave, her ears and tail not the way I told them. Basically they did completely the opposite of what they were told and not even a phone call to ask before doing what they did. The only excuse was that her hair was tangled.Please “Groomers” remember that you are not the Owner of the pet and that the actual Owner is the one paying you for the Grooming services, I believe that a quick phone call is not going to take too much of your time and will keep your customers happy.I do not recommend this place to any kind of Doodles Dog Owners.

They did a great job on my pup. Fyi if you don't want your dog's whiskers cut (which you shouldn't cut them off), you need to specify.

I got my dog groomed here and I keep telling them I just wanted a little trim and some other stuff and I have a golden doodle so I make sure I keep him brush so I can make their job easy when I got my dog back his whole undercoat was gone and then I was coming I there to see how her was doing and I kept seeing the groomer yanking and my dogs chin hair like if you don’t have the patience to deal with dogs don’t work there

Took out 1yr old lab. Water pressure was low and the soap was so watery it didn’t even take our lab a good bath. The towels for a lab are the small hand towels they give. Won’t be returning for a bath.
