Did a return with Happy returns. Good experience, only complaint is Happy returns tells you where to go but not where to take your return when you get there and there was nothing in store indicating where you should be either. Fortunately the staff was friendly and helpful and made the process pleasant.

The grooming salon here is great! I used to go to the one in Cedar Hill…0/10 stars so I switched to this one. Me and my fur baby have been coming here periodically and Moose is the best! Super patient with your fur babies and they end up looking and smelling great. Always great customer service!

As a big aquarium hobbyist, this is easily the best Petco/Pet store in a 30 mile radius. They have an awesome selection and do a good job taking care of their fish. Lots of live plants etc. Every time we go Breanna helps us and this girl is amazing! She is so so helpful and has the best attitude. Come to this Petco and see my girl Breanna - you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

This is my home Petco now, the staff at this one take great care of their aquatic livestock, and they have some cool coral as well! Love it. More selection at this location compared to a few others.

My Chihuahuas are on a brand of food That's very healthy for small breed dogs. Very hard to find. This particular Petco is doing everything to make sure I can buy it in the store so I can get a variety!!! Thanks so much!!! Annie & Milo & I appreciate everything you do!!!

Picking up supplies for a terrarium build and got a beautiful customer service experience with Sebastian not only did he explain the perks that Petco have to offer, but he was also very eager and excited to give great customer service.

Kind intelligent workers, a little understaffed but the best place to go for good information and good services. Grooming is the best in the area, they have dog and cat grooming, be sure you bring your rabies shots for services. Its an older store but one of the best hands down

Store recently came under new management and it was needed! best petco to visit in the entire area, theres 3 very close by this one is the best out of them, located off 360 next door to Sephora and the 24 hour fitness they have better quality grooming services, better customer services in the store and its cleaner then any of the surrounding petcos, i drive past them both on my way bere

The grooming dept sucks. My dog was there for 4.5. I called after3 hours and was told she hadn't even been bathed yet. An hour later I get a call saying she's bathed but she wouldn't let them vroom her. She was frustrated just like her momma. Not bringing her here again. Someone should calm me

We came in around 10:30a looking at fish. We didn't leave until 11 waiting around to be helped and never were. we pressed the call button multiple times; couldn't find anyone in store to notify for help and when we finally did right before we left we were asked if we had notified anyone we needed help. insinuating we were at fault for not being able to find anyone. it was the cashier that asked us this after she had been missing from the register helping another customer in grooming leaving the store essentially empty. it's just horrible staffing and customer service. yall are only getting 2 stars bc we've previously had such a good experience

The lady that helped us was just AMAZING!! I'm sure you get this a lot about her. She assisted in a return and exchange. She was personable, smiled a lot, and took care of our return of an online item. She asked if we wanted to sign our critters up for a special service and explained in detail. As we explained we were moving...she told us Petco is everywhere and that we could still take advantage of an online order if one was close.Petco...I think she needs commended for her efforts...most employees now days are so spent and just do not care... This one...took the time to care

Several salesperson were in the store but customer service was bad. I found one salesperson but he was on his phone and put the 1 minute sign up but never came. After getting help with fish, I had to walk around for a cashier. 5 to 7 minutes later. I went to dog grooming and they called for help. Do better PetCo!!

Dog food has beetles and bugs and they do not care. DO NOT shop here they don’t care about animals and they think it isn’t a big deal that there is literally bugs in dog food and is making dogs sick. If i could give this place a 0 stars i would. Do better

I have been going to this particular Petco four years now and will not go anywhere else. The staff are just wonderful. I had issues with the app for such a long time. The staff took the time to help me with it and I have not had issues with it since then. It's hard to find someone like that. Great staff, great location and great store.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr Lawson is an god awful person! She treated me and my puppy like we were in the 1920s. We walked in and my dog is sniffing the shelves and licking the floor. ( not sure what was down there) she walks up to us and asked if SAINT was a good dog, I told her he was and was just real excited. He is still sniffing the shelves, she looks at him at and says he looked at her weird so she wanted to muzzle him. I didn’t understand why he was not acting out of control just really focused on sniffing stuff never even looked her way but I went with it. Of course he didn’t want us to put it on him so he was swinging his head around. He never barked nor snapped at anyone nor did he growl! He was just sitting there. We finally get the muzzle on, she gives him this oral medicine but he’s starts to move around to take the muzzle off! He gets it off and lays on the floor and she throws the medicine on the floor and runs saying “ you will have to continue to give it to him, in a very disrespectful tone. She isn’t caring nor confronting person to be around animals or maybe black owners with dogs. My dog isn’t aggressive at all! He just gets excited when smelling dogs around. You would think a veterinarian would be able to notice that. I am really upset about this. She really ruined me ever doing business with Any petco store. Actually might talk to my lawyer about this. She really treat us like we were there to attack her! If you look at his picture from when the young lady was checking us in he was licking floor. Yes we have to work on that but he’s a well behaved puppy. This has really hurt me

my cousin purchased a bag of dog food and it was filled with bugs. The food made the dog extremely sick and when she tried to bring it back they basically spat in her face and said we don’t care it’s just bugs. Why would you just say it’s bugs??? ain’t NOBODY wanna eat bugs. And CLEARLY they don’t care about the customers they’re serving to.

Although not close to us for added convenience but I’m Deaf and your Staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly and best of all, they had the patience to communicate with me and that makes the Deaf Folks Very Happy! Recommended you on one of my Deaf Groups already.
