Took my 2 large dogs in for a doggie wash on Saturday. The customer service was great, all supplies clean. This is so much easier than doing it at home. Wish all stalls worked.

So I dropped my babies off at Petco for them to be pampered with a bath, brushed teeth, and all the goodies. It was 1pm and I was told they would be ready in about 4 hours. Well, I work overnights and I went home to relax and fell asleep about 3. I was exhausted! I woke up at 10:30pm to 5 missed calls and several text messages for Petco letting me know that my babies were ready. I woke up in a frantic because I knew what had happened and there was nothing I could do at this point but wait till morning. I started calling at 7am in hopes that maybe someone would be in before they open. 930 and I get a call from Petco and I am out the door and headed to get my babies. Now I am fully prepared to pay a boarding fee for the overnight stay. To my surprise nothing was mentioned about it, so I inquired because they took care of my babies. The gentleman that was helping me asked the mgr and they informed me that they were not going to charge me a boarding fee. Thank you Petco grooming for your kindness and understanding but most of all for your love and patients with all the fur babies you all deal with on the daily.Jimmy Kile

I came with my daughter to buy a Guinean pig and they didn’t want to sell it because they were closing but we were in the store already it we ask another guy he was going to help us get it and the other lady in the register said no we are closing. I will never ever spend my money here. That ain’t good customer service

I was looking for something specific for my dog and couldn't find it. A wonderful gentleman named Richard (I think) asked to assist me. He was not familiar with the product and went to find assistance and we located the product quickly.Very professional to react in that manner and secure assistance. I appreciate his assistance.

This place was awesome. Super super nice people courteous. Never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want and were very understanding the entire time. Definitely will be taking my furry family member back if he needs anything.

Actually a very good selection of interesting animals, better than I’ve seen in other petco in area. Spiders, frogs, chameleon, saltwater and fresh water fish.

Lily was great! She took time to answer my questions, had to leave for a moment but came back (started off in the aisles) then and continued to assist me through checkout. I had multiple subjects to discuss and she explained the benefits to having the Vital Care.

My experience was good until I got the run around w my dogs routine preventative monthly meds. First call, their system messed up and would send my dogs meds, but it would be 6 days. Over 6 days later, still no meds. Second call.... oh, now the vet needs to see my dog. Thanks for the heads up and letting my dog go 2 months with no heartworm or flea &tick prevention.

Great location. Brought our dog for vaccinations. The Vetco staff was wonderful and very attentive. Answered all my questions and even offered advice on a skin tag for my doggo.

Awful customer services skills. The upcharge for grooming is atrocious. I asked the yoing lady why my poodle hair cut was almost $300 and was told she didnt want to service my fur baby because im asking to many questions.Shame on PETCO for hiring people like this. A corporate complained was made.

Yesterday buy a fish 🐠 8 fish buy 3 and get 1 free … the total is for 7 fish 😐😐😐but I put the recommend previous fish in tank .. so after 3 hours all fish 🐠 8 are died … 😥😐

I am so aggravated with this place. Half the time their self wash dog wash station isn't open. Then when it is open they only allow you to use one wash station then tell you it's a two, three, or four hour wait and that's around the time the store closes. What's the point in having it if they only open it at their convenience. Everything is blamed on Covid. I am so done with this chain of stores. Uuuggggh

Petco always has what I need in stock for my cats.1 month ago, I adopted this sweet girl from Petco. Her name is Buttermilk and she is the sweetest thing ever.I would love to get sweet Rosemary but my husband has put his foot down with 2 cats.Don't worry, I will work on him. 😊 Rosemary needs a forever home.Anyway, please adopt, don't shop. 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈

Everything was fine except your policy of not supplying bags for purchases. when someone has small(expensive) items they don't always carry bags in their automobiles. I will choose Petsmart over Petco due to this policy.

The bettas as shown are in a sorry state. Fungus, clamped fins and some had algae in their cups! That is insane just by itself. Poor souls- doomed to a death in a cup because of horrible misconceptions. I didn't see any fish meds there either! How does one decide to buy a fungus covered fish and be able to find the meds to treat it?I hope you enjoy welfare checks and being reported to the corporate office.

Horrible staff talking about LILY whatever her name is with them heart shaped glasses the girl who has so much knowledge about fish.(Supposedly)There’s no reason she should be giving us all this knowledge or asking us how long do we have a tank running.While there is plenty of dead fish on there tank. I’m trying to go home with my fish I’ve been having fish since 5 years.Horrible staff then she went up front to the cashier and said something about us.If this ever happens again I’ll be putting a complaint.

Devon trimmed our fearful dog's nails today and he went above and beyond to help her through it! He saw that she was afraid and he stopped to soothe and calm her a bit. Devon was also very helpful with a credit card complication at check out. We will be back.

I love coming to this location! The team is super friendly, and they're really great about letting you know if something you have in your cart is on mega sale. I bought some freeze dried Orijen snacks for my pets, and the cashier told me that they were majorly marked down; needless to say, I went back to the aisle and bought more. The Petco team really doesn't need to do that, but I always find it surprisingly helpful when they do.
