Dropped off a 2 month carpet with less than 1/4 of the carpet being dirty from house shoe repeated walking on it on just one side of the carpet. The initial charge was $80 to clean the whole carpet, they didn’t even wash the rest of it. The smell is completely different from the area where they attempted to get the worn stains out and the side that was never walked on, so to attempt to charge me $80 is by far baffling. To be frank, I shouldn’t have even been charged for this blasphemy of work. The lady at the front says it’s because of the age of the carpet, when I told her it was 2 months old she then said “oh well there’s also glue on it”? Not even food has been dropped on this carpet other than just house shoe traffic.Refer to the pictures of the carpet:There are specs of black lint on the carpet hairs, they said they couldn’t get them out, meanwhile I’m here at home with a lint roller and my fingers taking them out easily. But “professionals” with equipment to remove stains can’t do this? Come on.This place is a joke. Extremely disappointed in this outright disrespectful service. I’ve seen true cleaning professionals remove completely blacked out carpets back to their original colorful color. Yet this one small area was too tough?

Chris from masters carpet cleaning is an absolute ANGEL. He is SO thorough and detailed, and even came back for me a second time because the previous tenants had cats and dogs and the smell in the carpet just wouldn’t go away no matter what we did! When we first viewed the home I thought the carpet was brown, it’s actually tan and they restored it beautifully!! He even moved my washer and dryer off the wall so that I can scrub the walls in the laundry room. I am so thankful for his help and advice! After a week of trying to get my office cleaned due to a water leak from the tennant next door I found these guys and they were able to get me scheduled in within 24hours and the guy who came out did an amazing job. My carpet practically looks new . It had water stains from the water damage and they were able to get it all out. Fast and quick as well. After being stood up by several carpet installers/companies, Jeff came through and saved the day! He asked me the date I wanted everything done by as he knew I had other things pending around my carpet install, and he made it happen. He called me within an hour of leaving my house with a quote, along with samples. He even called me the day he went to get the carpet as he saw some other options I might like. He is a great guy. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He even called after the carpet was installed to make sure everything was to my liking. Wow, talk about outstanding customer service! I don’t usually do reviews, but with the quality of this service-I felt compelled to tell what a great job my technician, Sean, did. A huge amount of coffee was spilled onto our new carpet, and within 1 hour of my call, Sean came out to clean the stain. He was professional, courteous, and took care to protect our house from getting “dinged”by his equipment. Not only did he CHEERFULLY re-clean the area because I thought I could still see a bit of the stain (it was nit-picking, really). He obviously knew what he was doing and my carpet looks great. What was so impressive was how well he cleaned up after himself. Not only was the carpet cleaned, but he sprayed and mopped the kitchen and laundry room on the way out (where his lines had laid across our floor. Our kitchen floor looks so good, in fact, that I asked about the product used - and he was kind enough to send me a link so I could get it for myself. From beginning to end - have never had a better service call. Will definitely be a customer for life. Cannot recommend highly enough. I am so grateful to have found Masters. Not only were they easy to work with for determining pricing, as well as setting an appointment that was convenient for me, I received a call before arrival, and my carpet looks amazing! Let’s just start with I have off-white carpet through-out, a dog, and a teenager. Accidents happen! What was most amazing though, is Jeff was even able to get out a couple of spots of dark hair dye. My carpets look fabulous and my house smells amazing. He is definitely a carpet cleaning wizard! I highly recommend this local, family-owned business.

Jeff services our carpet and we are thrilled with the results. He was able to get all of our stains and spots out despite our doubts due to how long the stains have been there (almost 4 years) and not knowing what it was. You could tell he had been doing it for a while and was able to give us his opinions and real expectations.He was respectful, thorough, and the service was great. He did not try to upgrade us just for the sake of making money. Our rooms are smelling and looking great.Scheduling masters carpet cleaning was easy and quick. They informed us they were going to call at 730am the day of cleaning to let us know what time to expect them and indeed they called at 730am.Lastly their prices were very affordable especially with the service they provided. I called Master Carpet Cleaners. Jeff sibley, the owner came out, and shared several different processes for cleaning our carpet. He scheduled the work for the next day. He and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a good job cleaning the carpet. After discussion, the area rugs were removed as they would have a deeper cleaning by doing it in-house.We had been wanting to have the grout cleaned with our tile. Jeff had a crew out in no time and the difference not only in the grout but on the tile was amazing.On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest, this company receives a 5+. Not only was Jeff personable and professional but so was his team. I was referred to Masters by a friend who has used them in the past. I had them clean the carpets in a new rental property & they looked so good! I decided to have them come out & clean our upholstery & they restored my chairs & benches to brand new! So glad I called them because I was going to donate them to Goodwill! Excellent work! Super nice gentleman named Jeff did an excellent job. They called two days ahead to confirm what time worked best for me, and called again day of the job first thing in the morning to confirm their expected arrival time. He arrived on time, was super personable, explained what he needed to do at each step. He was also very considerate. He made sure I had towels at each doorway so that I did not slip and hurt myself if I walked on the wet carpet and came back out to the tile area. Genuine and friendly. Plus the best carpet cleaning job I’ve probably ever had. He was able to get it cleaner than the previous two companies we’ve tried. I will definitely use masters carpet cleaning from now on.

We had our carpets, rug and couch cleaned yesterday. I was totally worried about having anyone come in during this time but they made me feel super comfy about it. It was a zero touch experience! They were great with communicating and professional suggestions. My carpet had 2 pit bulls that potty trained and it was HORRIBLE!!!! They showed up on time, we’re extremely professional and considerate. Sean and his helper did such a great job it was literally unbelievable. My carpets look and feel brand new! Jeff S. did amazing quality work on our home floors. Today I learned this is a family owned company. They truly take pride in their work. He took his time and was very thorough with his pretreatment and cleaning. Other companies offered specials but pre treatment would cost extra. With this company all of it is included in the price. No hidden charges and fees. There was not a spot Jeff missed not even a closet corner. This is not a franchise that will send you just any contractor. This definitely shows in the results and customer service I received. This company was recommended to me by a friend who also had an amazing experience. I canceled my scheduled cleaning with another company and left a voicemail with Masters on Saturday night. To my surprise they called me on a Sunday to schedule a cleaning for the next morning. He arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. He was actually early. My carpets were thoroughly cleaned but not left soaked. I am very happy with the service I received today. Can't believe how affordable this was, especially with how great my carpets look now. No bait and switch! Just great customer service and clean floors. I will definitely call them again in the future.
