I love shopping at this location because it's very neat, clean and well organized! I can easily find what I'm looking for. I can assure you that ALL the people working in there are very kind and respectful. Every time I've asked for help, no matter what time or day it is, they are really nice. They've greeted me and helped me with a smile and that makes me feel very welcome! Thank you to all! This is indeed my favorite place to go grocery shopping!! Plus they always have a lot of savings and things on sale! 100% recommended!!

Yes I had a pleasant experience with in the store on 01/09/2024. The cashier was really pleasant but no shopping cart was not in the store you had to bring your own cart in.

The isles are wide and the place is always clean except for the bathrooms, they smell very strongly of sulfur.

You guys need at least 2 people on Guest Services. You have Spanish customers and English customers but no Bilingual agent at the desk.It shouldn’t take 20 min to get service.

Customer service is supposed to close at 8pm instead they were closed by 6:30pm on a Saturday. Meanwhile other employees said the clerk handling customer service desk was working pick up. Grrr

The last several times I've gone into the store, which is the closest to my house there have been 0 cashier checkers it is nothing but self check every time. for this reason I will no longer be shopping at this grocery store. I'll run up for a gallon of milk or sugar but I will never have a full shopping cart again. I don't want to deal with looking up a product, waiting for someone to come check my ID, bagging it all up myself in a very small area. I'll go out of my way.

Definitely worst Kroger location I’ve ever visited. The place is extremely run down, unsure if it’s dirty or just falling apart. The selection is not great, low stock on a lot of items. There’s almost never actual cashiers and the self check out line is pretty long on a weekend because of them not having cashiers.

This is the worst Kroger location I've ever been to. They are always out of stock on basic items. They are not organized and place products in front of the wrong tags confusing customers. I had an issue where the morning manager wouldn't honor the correct price of the correct product because it was in the wrong spot. That is unfair to the customer and will also be brought to corporate.

The spectrum sales people are getting really annoying. I come here to grocery shop and get in and out, not be sold internet by aggressive sales people. The last three or four times I've been here I've watched them literally follow people around the store and comment on things in their shopping baskets. Kroger let your customers shop in peace.

Poor customer service. Self checkout line super long and only one worker open for one lane. The manager was aware of the lines but continued to play on his phone for 10 minutes. The worker monitoring the self check out was horrible. Totally blew me off when I asked him a question. He walked away from me to go help another customer and didn't even acknowledge me at all. I then hollered at him that I would call corporate(which I did) and he still ignored me. I will not be returning to this location. The workers and manager are very unprofessional and do not care that the store is failing. Good day!

This store is small but has a lot in it. Usually a fairly busy place. Wednesday afternoons are extremely busy when the ad for the week is out. Nice friendly folks work there.

The prices are outrageous , however I blame that on the current criminal administration that has manipulated the voting system and is currently occupying government offices. Prices go up every time I go grocery shopping. I live near this Kroger and would rather drive down I-20 in Arlington to WinCo. Even there prices are affected however they are still the best if you're spending a lot on groceries . I agree also this Kroger is not very clean at all . Poor management and lazy associates

Hello on June 16th I placed a order online and was submitted with the anticipation that I would be able to have someone pick up my order since I am on bedrest for the next six weeks and unable to do the shopping myself. I received a call from your store associate named Melissa. She explained that my order was cancelled due to your system crashing. She stated that I would be refunded and that I would have to redo my order the following day. It was a little frustrating however, appreciated her taking the time to notify me. She called me back again, minutes later to ask me to please resubmit the order since the system was back up and she would have it completed today. Unfortunately, when I resubmitted the order it changed the date of my order to June 17th. Melissa showed concern and empathy for the system glitch and stated she would do all in her power to complete the order for me. I wanted to let you know that Melissa has gone above and beyond for this customer and I am very grateful for her wonderful communication. Customer Service has become a thing of the past, but Melissa has that awesome quality and I just needed to share my experience with you and hope that her manager(s) see this comment and give her kiddos for all that she did. Again, I can not express enough how grateful I was for Melissa helping me overcome the issues I had with my online order. THANK YOU MELISSA!!

Was confronted today by a security person by way of him yelling at me across all the check stands that I had to have a mask on. Over the speakers in store broadcast recommends wearing a mask if you are vaccinated. The sign on the front of the store says the same. The lady at the checkout stated that if we didn’t like it we could leave and that her name is Victoria should we want to report her. The security person walked by three non white customers to get to me that did not have a mask on. I’m white incidentally and a senior. We spend a lot of money weekly and should be treated better. Anyone should. If you are a customer and a actual mandatory mask policy is in place then approach the person and speak to them, don’t call them out by yelling across the front of the store on a Saturday morning.

I only gave two stars for a couple good workers in the day shift evening shift is gets my blood boiling. This place is old and neglected, bathrooms are disgusting and the place feels dirty. Self checkout is no good and rude, not good customer service in my opinion.

Their prices are amazing. Their produce is always fresh. The deli food is perfect. And best of all their meats from the butcher are pure satisfaction well after I marinade and grill them to perfection. Then again I wouldn't be able to do that without the meat and seasonings I get from here.

I'd give it 4 stars, but I'm tired of being solicited when I'm trying to grocery shop. When I'm trying to buy food for my family is not the time I feel I need to change my electric company as well. I don't know why this has become a thing.

Dr. Lauren, the pharmacist is such an angel! I came in last month to get my COVID-19 vaccine and then returned today for my second dose. Lauren was so kind and friendly both times! She called me a few days ago to help me schedule my second dose so that I can stay current and protected while taking care of my patients. I can tell that she really enjoys her career and that she's an excellent Doctor! I was a little nervous today but her calm and caring energy was so reassuring that everything would be fine! When she gave me the vaccine, I barely felt a thing! Excellent technique! I thank God for placing this angel here at this Kroger pharmacy location!

We got a cashier named Anita and she offered the worst customer service in my life. She didn’t even greet us when we came to her line and was very cold towards us. I went with my sister and we both went on the same line, we both had sprites and she didn’t allow us to get it because we supposedly had reached our limit. However we were paying separately and were within the limit for each customer. She gave us attitude when we explained that we were individually paying and that we had each gotten sodas for ourselves. We ended up having to leave the sodas to avoid the drama. Y’all need to have better employees with better attitudes and aren’t as rude as her.

12-19-22 The self check attendant was repremanding me for entering the wrong code (plu) seems they are eager to bad mouth customers. I do not recommend this store. Plus what's with this employe hiding his other eye behind his hair. It makes him unprofessional, plus he's attitude needs a overhaul!

Always dirty looking. I've yet to have met sometime nice. I live 3 minutes from this location and rather drive to the one off 20 and Great Southwest for a much cleaner and friendlier experience.
