What a Wonderful experience! I work with acrylics and need 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to make my products. However, you can't get it for pick up in Arlington. So, to find this store had it in stock - Made my whole day!!Thank you for saving my bacon so I could complete my customer's order!

The problem I have is with the cashiers every time I go there it's like it's a bother for them to be working. Not once have I ever been greeted with a smile or even told thank you. If it were not for customers you would not have a pay check. The last time I went I smiled and said thank you come again. Clearly not trained right.

The employees there are very knowledgeable on someone's needs. Also when i went there i ran into one of the employees who happens to be a good friend of mine. That was really cool. I didn't know he works there. He is a great person. Been going to Ace Hardware forever!!!

I don’t normally shop here because it’s more expensive than the other hardware stores but the location is sometimes more convenient and I do have to say they always have what I need and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable and I like coming here.

Walked in here Sunday to return something I bought, presented Betsey, the cashier, with the items and my receipt. Betsey dumps out the siding clips which should contain 20 pc and begins counting them, no one counted them when I purchased them, but you want to count them when I return? Then Betsey tells me that I am not able to return this item because it was purchased at a different Ace location. I will not ever be back to this Ace Harware location.

I usually go to Home Depot which I hate but it's close by. But today i went to GP Ace Hardware. The sales person was very patient and answered all my questions. They had exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store.

Took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised. Store is deceptively large despite a modest storefront, and staff were friendly and helpful. They also had the exact specific products I needed, which was great since I generally have to go all the way to a Home Depot or Lowe's for them. Would recommend.

The employee that helped me was professional and patient. Although the didn't carry the special screw that I was looking for, he did spend his time and found me an alternative within their stock. Very helpful and know their resources. They also have a good amount of special hardware like gun screws and electronic screws that I have a hard time finding in other local hardware stores.

The manager Chris went above and beyond to help me exchange an old craftsman tool. The people in this store are great! Very friendly and helpful. I like the size of the store, it's small, but they have anything you need.

Stopped by today to get a key fob replacement. The cashier greeted us at the door and directed us to the key technician, even let him know ahead of time that we were coming to see him. She was very nice and helpful. The key technician provided us with some great information and was very knowledgeable. He was also very kind. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a hardware store. You can't find this kind of service at a Home Depot or Lowe's. Definitely will be coming back.

I have a hanger bolt that I couldn't find anywhere. Apparently it was customized for the furniture I have. I had no idea. I stopped by Ace Hardware and Joseph was able to customize 2 for me. Thank you Joseph!!!

I like going here so that I can avoid going to the big box stores and so that I am not forced to self checkout while being stared at, as if I am likely to steal something. If this store was larger, with more selections, I could have submitted 5 stars.

It is relatively small but has great selection. Nuts and bolts as well as other such fittings are well managed and organized. I hate going to the big box stores and find everything so disorganized and little help there to help you. There is always someone knowledgeable and helpful at ACE Hardware.I believe this a family owned and operated Franchise too. I believe we should all buy local and support small businesses in our community so I will drive a little further. Also don't forget, you can order on-line and have it shipped to the store. I will do that often as well.

Workers are at the ready to help and friendly. But the selection is very limited. I worked at a big box hardware store for many years and if you know what you are looking for you will find a better selection of items but limited customer service. Ace is just the opposite. So pros and cons for both. We went in to get 3 items and walked out with 1. But like i said the staff is friendly and helpful.

I was in earlier today for some carriage bolts, nuts and washers. A young man helped me with everything and I wish I had remembered to get his name for this review. He saved me a lot time and enabled me to finish my project today. The customer service I saw while there was impressive as the staff were all friendly and helpful. The whole staff at this store are friendly and helpful. Dominique,the manager went out of her way to get me what I needed,she's wonderful.The floor staff helped me out twice without hesitation and the cashier's both took time out to make sure I was able to use my rewards with both patience and courtesy.I hope they keep their staff cause it made my shopping easy.

Employee working there was very helpful, as soon as I walked in the front door he said welcome to Ace Hardware & asked how I was doing. I fine & how about you. Then asked if I needed any help finding anything & took me straight to the isle I was looking for child locks for drawers & cabinets. Now on another note, prices are a little on the high side but besides that my experience was good.
