They refuse to let people use their bathrooms.I asked where the bathrooms were and they lady said "they're locked""Okay can I please have a key I really need to go""No, they aren't open to the public"Oh so you can let me use your toilet and you can see me physically struggling to hold my bladder but you won't allow me less than a minute to relieve myself....?

Great store, but however the new employees doesn’t seem cheerful. Anyone who walks through the door, the two guys behind the cashier will just look at you, and turn back to their phones. Without no “welcome to family dollar” like most stores do.. AND ALSO, I purchased some box of cereal and the cereal was getting ready to expired! The time says 8am, but they have people waiting at the door after 8am. You’ll think this store was getting better, but it seem to be spiraling down, once again.. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

This is my local family dollar. The staff are very welcoming and super talkative. Had a random cute young lady if I was the customer they called "Clark Kent". While I am not that person, I do still enjoy the hospitality of the crew.

Not bad at all. Well stocked and clean. There was only one cashier and 5 people waiting to check out so that wasn't the best , but easy to find what you need. Nice little home section. Lots of paper goods. And lots office/school supplies not bad for a dollar store

The store is set to open at 8am. The women opening arrived after I did, and instead of opening the door they have customers sitting outside over 10 minutes waiting on them and pretending not see us, ridiculous. So many vehicles pulled off.

The staff is always very friendly and the prices are great. Sometimes it feels more like you’re shopping inside a prison commissary instead of a store, though. When you enter this Family Dollar a pre-recorded message warns you that you’re on camera and not to steal anything. Every once in a while a voice buzzes in to ask the cashiers if they’re okay — as if you might be robbing them. I’m glad they’re watching out for the safety of their staff, but it kind of makes you feel unsafe and/or unwelcome

They always have stale food or expired PRODUCTS on their shelves. I had to take back so many things, toooooooo many times! This is ridiculous, they needs to get some organizational skills. Staffs and manager needs to do, INVENTORY! and start checking their PRODUCTS everyday.

Everything was great the store was clean the place had plenty of customer service employees are more than willing to help but they have this problem about getting cash back I don't know what the problem is other than they don't give cash back early in the morning when I come to load my cash app card thank you for the inconvenience

I stoped here to get a drink to go with my lunch for the day and was disappointed with the store. They had 8-20oz. packs of Gatorade for $5 as advertised on their product labels. While $5 for an eight pack is pretty cheap all the packs had been intentionally cut into four packs. Any store that intentionally cuts products in half and try to sell them for the same price as the full product should be ashamed. For anyone visiting this location you better triple check the price tag and the item you plan on buying to make sure they’re not to sell you less for the same price. As you can probably tell by now I did not end up buying said Gatorade pack because of the obvious trickery going on in this store.

Instead of being stocked correctly, had to dig in the back of the shelves to get the item that was push back behind other things stocked there instead. Was forcefully overstocked so some of the items fell off the shelf hitting me.

Their sign reads open til 10p. It's 9:36p and the doors are locked. Not the first time I have encountered this either.

Typical Family Dollar store, a little crazy this time of year. They do a decent job of staying stocked, but sale items go quickly.
