Great staff who were pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of items locked up though. It's a sketchy part of town, so I understand why. There was good variety of merchandise and food.

This store is absolutely horrible!!!! They stand around talking about customers , they are rude to customers, there’s no one ever at the register and have absolutely no customer service skills. They also over charge and not honor the sales as advertised therefore always have false advertisement. Save your time and energy and go to another location!!

Since when did they stop taking coupons from the app? They literally have the sign on where the debit/credit card reader is at. I was gonna save a good amount but they didn't let me use them cuz they "changed" a lot of rules and the manager wasn't there to authorize it 👎🏼

This place needs new evening staff. Got there 15 minutes till close time and as I pulled up along with another vehicle (customer) we noticed the girls in there ran off to go hide from us. Doors were already locked. Business hours on door state 8-10. I just needed to run in there to grab a single item and know where exactly is stored. The other customer stayed by the door a little longer waiting for them, but never came out🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Never buy any packs of shirts there because they always put holes in the shirts from the tagging gun which they do not know how to use properly. All the shirts will come with 4 holes in the front of them, it never fails

You know the experience is bad when you have to put your items down and walk out of the store. The employees did not greet or ask of we needed any assistance. To top it off, my daughter were going to buy a couple of body sprays and as I mentioned that to her, the employee puts the ladder in front of the sprays with a big frown on her face. My daughter did not want to buy anything from that location and we left. Very rude service!

The stores much bigger from about a year ago when I first saw it it's nice I hope they keep it up and it doesn't look like the other Family Dollar's good job pretty good selection of products especially when you're in a hurry trying to get home from work and most of the stuff that I've encountered for the last couple of times that I've gone there they're very nice

I needed to use the rr one time and stopped here. Bad choice. Only 1 employee checking folks out, the rr had no toilet paper, they told me to check the males rr. Also had none. Then I waited and waited for someone to help me after telling them. Then I finally went back to the front register for her to tell me to ask someone in the back rm. I went to the back rm and there was 3 emplys on there phone, finally someone got me some paper towels. Smh. Unacceptable. Store was also highly unorganized.

I really love the staff that work on the week they have really good customer service, on saturday one of the ladies working on the shift ( she chubby long straight hair) she was really rude towars my children and I, we were on the toys section trying to get some toys for my kids when she came by and got infront of us got the toys my kids were taking and throwing them in the floot really hard so i told her im sorry we are not done looking so she just didnt say anything she kept on graving toys an throwing on the floor I left went to another store, she doesnt have good customer service if your upset dont take it on the customers...

I stopped because I needed the rr really bad. There was only 1 person at the register with a long line. I went and there was no tissue. I went back and told that to the register person and she said someone will be with me momentarily. I waited 20 minutes before I just went back and she said oh you still need help? DUH. Then she says can you check if theres some in the mens rr. I grabbed a roll and proceeded to the females rr. It stunk SO BAD. I LITERALLY thought I was going to pass out or throw up only being in there 3 minutes, and I am not a squeemish person. This was BY FAR the WORST rr experience Ive EVER had. Shame on you family dollar. I hope no ones grandma has to go while they are here.

The prices are never what it says, I realized that....at the register, it charges you more, if you pay attention to your receipt. I have to pay attention EVERY time I go there, so I try to go to another dollar store by my job.

Selection of several grocery/food items has really gotten bad. There hasn't been butter in weeks, and the candy aisle is a bare example of what it used to be.

Everytime I go in there the workers go out of their way to help and are so courteous, my only wish is they had more than 1 shopping cart especially since I'm handicap.

Newly remodel store. Great prices on a quick run to the store. The cashier attitudes are always kind.
