Well this is the best Family Dollar I've ever been in ! the whole time I was there the clerks were busy stocking, displaying, and cleaning. There was nothing obstructing the aisles.. everything was displayed meticulously... food was fresh !. I was impressed with the employees they kept themselves busy by improving their surroundings with positiveness instead of herding around each other and talking about their problems on the phone with their friends

I am not a huge fan of this family dollar. But some of the team workers are okay. I just wish they were more professional. One lady that is the manager asked me what was I doing? I told her I am taking the previous prices off of here because you know how you all do it. And she is going to look at me crazy. They still pull up the previous price. I told her I thought you said it was set you made sure of it. Wow...

Decided to try family dollar, found specials on a few things interesting, had to sign up to get digital coupons and at the cash register found out I had to download their app to use them. I hate that. I think cluttering up my phones memory with every app out there is ridiculous. Not doing it. The associate tried to be helpful but the app thing really just frustrated me. Oh, and found out the cat food digital coupon didn't match the item on the shelf. The only difference we found was that the bag had a bonus pound of food in the bag. That was all they had. This store also didn't carry some of items listed in the ad.

We went to go buy some stuff real quick! When we got there the doors were closed. I looked at my time on my phone to see if it was 9pm already! Nope it was 8:52pm & I looked at the lady inside showing her the time on my phone that it wasn't 9pm yet! I could have still bought my stuff in under 3-5 mins! But no she gave me a look like nope too bad "We are closed!" To me a store should open and close at the time it states in the outside hours of operation chart! Not one minute earlier, not one minute later!!!!!

I do not recommend shopping here. They don't pay attention at all. You will leave the store with half of your items. I also think the workers are stealing from the store. They don't answer phones and very rude.

I can not deal with this family dollar. The chick that says she is a manager is on the phone the whole time. Her personal cell phone, all on her ear. I took the container of GAIN washing detergent to the register. She said $8.95. I said for what? It says on the sign $1.95 final price. She says that is for the Gain Flings. I said but you have the product for $1.95 that is what it says. Why have the container of gain there? the sign says one thing you are saying something else. You are suppose to honor the sign because you all are the people that put it in the wrong place. Why have a sign underneath the product then?

I have to say I shop at Family Dollar almost daily. So far this is one of the cleanest organized stores I have seen in a while. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very sweet.

store is clean, don’t have a problem with the sore. A staff member ( dint get her name) yelled at my kids to stop running after she heard that I already addressed it to them. Wasn’t her place.

Very bad customer service with this boy name Nicky I asked same in Spanish and he say don’t speak Spanish he star say bad words in front of my little kids in inglés I’m very respectful person and don’t say nothing bad to him but that’s not right

Staff is so rude, my 2 year old was playing with a squeaky toy (that we were going to buy) and black lady creeped up on us telling me to take it away or make her be quiet.

They need to teach the employees how to use the store coupons. Never have I ever been able to use them. Like the store but.... always a hassle
