Love to go get meat here when the have the three day special prices, yesterday they had $3.00 dlls off on yhe strawberries, paid only $0.99 always buy the pasta for my churritos and mexican snacks here to cook on my regular fryer, tons on mexican products here, you can buy piñatas and all kind of mexican candy, fresh cooked food and aguas frescas to go or eat there, stop by to enjoy this place

Horrible experience. The woman at the stand where the agua frescas are at was rude from the start. We went up to the counter and asked if they had elotes and after she just nodded yes and she asked if we wanted everything on them. I asked what is everything? and she couldn’t even answer. My mom had to list some ingredients out for me and have her be like yes. She only said “Mayonesa, crema, mantequilla” Since she only listed that I said okay yes with everything. I went to the other side of the counter and paid and when I went back to where the elote stand was at I saw her adding chile to them and I said “Chile no por favor” By then she had already finished one elote that had chile and I stopped her before she could do so with the other one. She looked up at me and was rude. She looked at me like I had agreed to it and snapped back with “Dijo que con todo” I responded back with “Usted nunca mencionó el chile” just for her to snap back with “Cuando yo dije todo es todo”. Last time I checked chile is something the customer adds to their liking after having gotten their elote or after making the customer aware of it being added. We didn’t want to deal with her attitude anymore so we just took the elotes as they were (they had a lid on top when we got them) just to get home and see that the cup wasn’t even full and after mixing it was just a goopy mess from there not being enough elote and a lot of mayo, crema (sour cream), and a lot of limon which was also not mentioned when I asked what the elotes had. It was horrible customer service (not from the cashier she was polite) from the person preparing the elotes and we will not be coming back to avoid receiving that type of treatment. It was a waste of $10 for the cups to not even have enough corn.

Finally found Goya Adobo with Saffron here after 2 years searching. This is great for dieting to change the flavor of brown & white rice as it gets boring with just salt and pepper. I got 2 of the pink cap and there were only two left. Apparently people love this too! If you see it. Try it. You're going to love it. 💕

Entirely staffed with Hispanics some of which can't speak a drop of English. And if you just so happen to be of a race that isn't Hispanic you can almost forget about trying to get real customer service.

Most of the time they have what I need and at good prices but the associates? They most definitely need better training, they don’t greet you, they don’t tell you your total and they talk to their coworkers while having a customer.

Service is okay. Staff could be more attentive and helpful. English should be required for the staff that deal with customers. Prices are a little bit higher than most big brand grocery stores. The floral department and bakery are exemplary! Very impressed with the floral arrangements through out the store.

They have good prices on their fruits and veggies. Look in their ad for weekend specials because sometimes they have good sales. Lines can get long but at times they move quick. They don't have a place for carts in the parking lot. You have to bring them back to the door.

Haven't been to this store in years because they made another super market near my home. Went a week ago and it was the dirtiest store I've been to ever. But I give it 2 stars because the people who work there were soooo nice to us.

Great place, great people . Very friendly... Not really. LOL everyone just minds their own stuff but if you need help and ask you'll get it. every worker I encounter with went far and beyond to help with what I needed. Highly recommend this place 👍👍👍

This grocery store was very well stocked and seemed clean and organized. I went for an advertised special on chuck roast, they had a lot of the roasts available and they were easy to find. All the employees were friendly and wore masks. They had one employee standing at the carts (buggy) wiping them down with disinfectant while another employee gathered them from the parking lot.

This place is great for Mexican groceries. If your looking for meat then look no further because its the freshest meat I have found in DFW so far. The pan dulce is really good and at one of the best prices I have found. They also have a great selection of cakes.

Today being Sunday the store was extremely busy and that's a good thing. As a general rule the store is clean and we'll stocked. Two employees did speak to me made me feel really good, most of the time no one acknowledge you are there.

This is my favorite grocery store in GP. I obviously don't speak Spanish - the ready to go food here is excellent. I get tamales at least once a week... the hot sauce is on point. They have a great selection, excellent fresh fruit and vegetables. Awesome selection of meats. Most of the employees don't seem to speak English but everyone is super nice and patient with me to make sure we understand each other. I love this place.

Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Great selection of waters mixed up fruit. Mexican cuisine cooked and served on site. Bakery has large selection of custom designed cakes. Meat market has large selection of meats seafood and cheese. Customer service is Spanish and English speaking. Lots of parking and clean carts.

Finally made it inside. Produce section was huge with plenty of merchandise per item to choose from. Prices of the produce were lower than most of the other stores. The meat area had a large selection with some decent prices. Noticed the national branded item prices a bit high in several product areas. The employees we encountered were cordial and eager to assist. We will definitely be returning for portions of our shopping.

Service is always great and food is always fresh. Spanish is not the only language spoken here! They do have people who speak English too but this is definitely a place for native Spanish speakers. The prices are fairly cheap and the checkout service is always quick, plus the people are really friendly.

What can I say this place has amazing produce! The parking is a bit terrible but you can usually find a space pretty easily everything just seems to be very compacted. The employees seem to be nice but a lot of them seems to not speak English but there's enough that do as to which you can get your point across so it's not really a problem. Other than that that's all I can really say it's a really great store and the produce is so much better than the stores surrounding my area which happens to be Kroger's Albertsons and two Wal-Mart's.

I used to shop there but I had to stop going due to the meet (pork) having a stink to it. I had to keep throwing it away. I did it at least five different times. Place is good just the meat was my only issue.
