Again another visit to CVS disturbing when is corporate going to do something about your stores today we had to go and pick up meds for my sister because she had oral surgery drove to the drive-through and like I posted on their website it looked like an abandoned building from outside in the drive-through area They have tinted windows on the glass you have to look real close to all these signs in cardboard they have in their window and it’s telling you to go inside mind you what do people do when they are sick or just get out of the hospital or in my case my sister had surgery on her mouth blood everywhere and they want us to go inside ?! Disturbing! so like always you have to wait in a line for 30+ minutes and the only reason why they started to do something for my sister is because I made a comment do they want blood everywhere and I don’t think it’s a good look for people that are also waiting in line what happens whenever a handicap person goes through the drive-through and realizes that they have to go inside or somebody that is hurt and they can’t walk properly did y’all think about that open your drive-through back up for people that are in need of the drive-through because they are sick or not able to walk properly Or just got out of the hospital CVS get it together open your drive-through and learn how to be more sufficient and quit having people wait so long for meds . Walgreens Kroger’s Albertsons even Walmart doesn’t have you waiting this crazy amount of time

I honestly do not understand the rudeness and the terrible customer service that the pharmacist and staff have. They are supposed to be in the medical profession. They deal with medication to help people, but it takes an art of war to get your prescriptions, but never without a poor customer service attitude. If you don’t like the profession you have chosen, find a new one and stop taking it out on the patients!! Why is the drive thru never open? Do they truly realize how difficult it is for people to get out of their car, walk to the pharmacy, and stand in line for 30-45 minutes? CVS! Get it together, please!

My mom had the WORST EXPERIENCE HERE,Not only is the girl who assisted her unwilling to help her in Spanish and telling her she did not have her medication.She call me and drive back to ask in English to ask if she can tell what address her medication was sent to anther girl who is non-Hispanic came and was able to give her medication.The 1st girl who claimed she did not speak Spanish came to the window speaking Spanish and saying that my mom was giving her the wrong date and that’s why she did not want to give her her meds 🤦♀️You can tell when people feel miserable after Johnson, don’t want to help others, she’s definitely one of them.

This is very bad, how is it possible for them to open at 10 when there may be many people who need their medicine early? Someone could be dying because they don't have their medications and CVS opening at 10 as if it were a clothing store or a taqueria. ?? barbers better be open early

Possibly the worst pharmacy experience ever. Pharmacist on duty was not only unknowledgeable (I knew more about pharmaceutical laws in the state of Texas than he did) but completely unprofessional. The pharmacy clerk wasn’t any better and the manager couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she’d tried. It’s scary that group of people are responsible for any aspect of healthcare. Their low rating on here is not surprising. We immediately moved our business elsewhere.The CVS location at the corner of Mayfield and Collins in Arlington is a thousand times better. They’re very nice, super helpful, and know what they’re doing. When you’re not feeling well or need help or advice, that level of service and care are what you need.

Went to pick up a prescription today 7-6-23 at 4pm drive thru window had cardboard boxes covering it? Went inside they 5 five people working in the pharmacy with only one register supposedly working from what I was told. The ENTIRE STAFF OF YOUNG LADIES WAS LAUGHING AND GIGGLING with 7 people in line waiting.

8/11/2022 @ 12:39 The cashier in the first was extremely nice and great smile. She greeted me and we had a nice conversation while she checked me out. She even took time to explain to me about the 2.00 buck that prints out on the receipt. I noticed that that when I set my purchased items down to use the bathroom out came two female police officers. I AM not sure if they thought I was going to steal something. I’m not going to play the race card but I felt very uncomfortable. I find it very sad that as a Minority I’m still not safe to go anywhere. Nevertheless other than that my experience at this location was great. I think I’ll be boycotting yet another location. The white female officer even posted up right at the door watching me as I checked out. Thank Yahweh that I walked out alive and well. This is a sad world that we live in and it doesn’t even have to be this was. Why Stereotype every person of color , I’m sure they missed the real Thief from watching me.

I dont ever leave reviews but I have to say I had the most horrible experience at this location on 8/18 around 7pm. There was three ladies working upon my arrival. Two of which I see are described in another review. I had an Amazon return and what id usually do is take it to UPS but they were closed so I seen that CVS was an option. Mind you, I have never taken an Amazon return to a CVS before so I was clueless but I HAD to return it before friday. I took it up to the counter, the items were in a bag but weren't sealed. The older white skinny lady with glasses said "Oh no, this has to be ready to go in order for me to take it" As im waiting for her to explain what "ready to go" means she ABRUPTLY gives me back my bag and walks away. So I walk toward the older hispanic woman with glasses and ask her if she has tape that i can use to seal the bag, she says "No we dont just keep tape in reach" (sarcastically) I look over the counter and CLEARLY see tape! So I say, "I cant just use that?" She says "Im not trying to gate keep tape, " hands me the tape and says "HERE! IM NOT GONNA DO IT FOR YOU" I was very disappointed with the amount of attitude I received that day. BY FAR the most ghetto people I have ever seen working for a CVS. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, they need to be fired. I will say that the third lady who actually scanned in my package because the other lady said she wasnt going to do it, which was also hispanic, had an accent was a little more friendlier but still not the kind of hospitality you would expect. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. Considering there jobs ARENT needed in this great world of technology and online orders, you would think they would appreciate their roles a little more.

Don't go into this store location, the manager. The older lady with the glasses and the young Latino woman with the dirty blonde hair are both disrespectful, rude and immature.I had to call CVS corporate office due to the manager disgusting behavior towards people of color. She called police to the store on a false disturbance call on me, but I have video evidence of her disgusting behavior, when I was simply trying to process a return and I had my receipt.Please do yourself a favor and go to the CVS on Carrirer in Grand prairie. I stopped using the 810 pioneer parkway location months ago, the atmosphere of rude behavior wasn't getting any better.The carrier location fixed my issue, with courtesy and respect and the customers where a job to talk too. A night and day difference of courtesy, respect and implementing company the correct way.

Wait time has been terrible and they have not been letting people know about the long wait. We waited in line for 45 minutes the other day and the line didn't move. The drive up window is also covid test only. You can't handle any pharmacy things there. They also never answer the phone. I'm switching pharmacy asap. It's been 2 days and I can't get my daughter's prescription or get them on the phone to release the prescription so that I can get it from another location.

I rarely write negative reviews. But man, this pharmacy is bad. One time I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was literally standing up outside my car, looking in the window, and they just ignored me.There's almost zero chance of getting them on the phone. Unless of course you enjoy the hold music and/or don't fall asleep waiting.I just picked up a liquid prescription and the bottle was loose, so a bunch of it came out. Last straw for me.Get your prescriptions sent to literally any cvs except this one.

How such a big business like CVS has the drive thru system down but if you go inside then the system is working, your prices are very high so invest some of it in the clients satisfaction and run it properly

My only problem is when I go get my flu shots (yes I get them, you don’t have to snort). The waiting times for the clinic is horrible. I’m pretty sure there is only one person operating it at a given time because the “doctor” is never there - always on a lunch break for 35 some odd minutes before they come back. I can understand this but CVS needs at least two or three people who can switch in and out of the clinic so someone will always be in there. This happens to me so many times that I actually get my shots by some workers over at the prescription pickup counter now. It’s fast and proves that CVS finds it acceptable for you to stand around for half an hour waiting for someone to finish their sandwich.

As someone who works in a doctors office I understand how difficult customer service can be, most of the people on here complaining and whining about long wait times would rather them rush and fill their medicine with all kinds of mistakes and the possibility of getting the wrong medications. If you can wait in a hospital to receive care why you complaining about a 30 min wait?Almost every CVS I have been to never has enough people working in the pharmacy, I get that you want them to work in a timely efficient manner but I wanna make sure I’m getting the right medication so if that means waiting a little longer then that’s okay with me. Considering I come into the pharmacy around 5-6pm when everyone gets off work and my wait time is about 30 min to fill a script I would say that is fair. My only reason for not giving them all stars is the lady not putting the insurance on one of my prescriptions.

Absolutely terrible customer service from a guy named Cedric. Would never acknowledge me standing outside patiently for 15 minutes. I waited and I saw his service to other customers he serviced other customers that came and walked inside the store after me. some of us cannot go inside the store to get the things that we need to get. And so therefore they built a window for a reason.. He never once tried to communicate he never once tried to communicate or try to acknowledge that I can't go inside.. and was extremely disrespectful person. I would suggest you driving an extra mile to get your prescriptions elsewhere. They really got under my skin.

Charged me $130 to just talk to me and look at my nose and tell me I had the flu. They didn't even do a swab! Your GP is probably more experienced, more patient, and more inexpensive.UPDATE: While I still think this is overpriced just to talk to a nurse, CVS Corporate just reached out to me to offer me a gift card to apologize for the poor service I received. I'm changing my review to a 3 star because of it. Well done, CVS. I applaud you for your customer service!

Received two calls from the Pharmacy saying come pick up my order. Went up there and the woman name Charity said its not ready and walked away , I said you all called me twice and said it was she said come back tomorrow , which I was told the same thing a couple of days earlier. Went back on Tuesday and they told me to come back tomorrow, again. Came back on Wednesday and was told the same thing. If I could give negative stars, I would. This was just pitiful.

I spent an hour on hold, listening to the recordings that were playing.lover their phone, to check on the status of 3 called in prescriptions. After a full hour of holding to their recording they simply hung up on me. I don't know how complicated it will be to change pharmacies but it's clear they don't want this medicare patient's business.

If I could give a negative I would and I don’t even do reviews. Today in 09/21/21 @ 8:45-9am. The young black lady that was work pharmacy was beyond rude. If you don’t like your job or you not feeling it ima need for your to find a new career or quit your job regroup and try life again because your job is dealing with Customers! We did not make you pick this career you did. Today’s world just wanna get these jobs based or hours or $$ pay but not dedicate to they job. I deal with different people day in and day out and no matter what I’m going though I wouldn’t treat people or act the way you did today.

Watched as pharmacist turned away a line of people because their prescriptions weren't ready, told some to transfer to another store, then told an elderly person his urgent new script wouldn't be filled for a week because of staff shortage. Saw this because they were 20 minutes late on my scheduled appointment for COVID booster, because staff wasn't there.

Normally I don't check reviews for stores but man I should have. This pharmacy is by far the WORST customer service you can imagine. You wait forever and they don't acknowledge you. I was waiting for an hour to be helped(with no customers even waiting, they were empty) I was pissed. On top of the wait the lady charged me for the medication for my baby which should have been free and now medicaid is reimbursing for it.(which is what I knew would happen as I told the lady my daughter receives medication for free) needless to say I changed my pharmacy to the Walgreens off Jefferson. It's further but anything beats those incompetent people.

This pharmacy always claims thay you will be sent a text notification when your prescription is filled, but this is the second time I've never received a notification. All I get when I call to ask when it will be done is, "you will get a text notification". My son's prescription the prevuous time I came here was filled, but no notification just attitude.And today I dropped off my prescription at 11am, was told I it would be about a hour. I call at 1pm and is told it's not filled, but would be 15 minutes. I drive to the drive thru and the prescription is still not filled, and they ask me if I even dropped off a prescription.I don't know what's going on, but this visit would have been a lot better if the young lady in the front would be a bit more pleasant and diligent.

Good Luck trying to get ahold of the pharmacy. They told me via phone robot that my prescription was ready. We went to get it and only 1 of 6 were ready. I have covid and need my medication. They’re terrible. Do not recommend. I’m currently on hold to speak to someone and have been hung up on twice. They’re probably killing people with this poor customer service as we speak!

This CVS Pharmacy Yes Buffet lacks customer service.A guy named Steven or Stephen was very rude to my wife. I can tell that the people who work there HATE their job and their customers. It's not like the atmosphere at Walgreen's where you are treated with dignity and respect. My wife came to pick up her prescription after 4pm as instructed and arrives to the drive-thru. On the first drive thru, Steven rudely tells my wife that they are not done with the prescription fill up, even though we wanted them early that morning of 12-22-2020 we were kind enough to wait till 4pm. So Steven rudely tells my wife to go to the back of the line of the drive thru. Second time around after waiting for a prolonged period of time in the drive thru my wife approaches the window again and she presents her credit card for payment and insurance as well. Steven rudely tells my wife that next time she comes back for a prescription fill up and has an insurance card she needs to come inside instead, so Steven tells my wife to go back to the end of the again and wait her turn again. On the third time around Steven rudely tells my wife that she needs to come inside with her insurance card instead of telling her on the second time she came through the drive thru. I spoke to a Pharmacy manager (White Caucasian full figured lady blonde streaks in her hair) about this situation and what did she ask me? Basically, what did my wife do, instead of asking what did Steven do. My and I are in customer service and would never treat our customers with less than dignity and respect. I believe Steven made my wife got around the drive thru line with malicious and frivolous intent due to the frustration of having to work in a job they hate. CVS, word of advice.TRAIN your staff members on customer service, cultural diversity, anger management and sensitivity.If there a 1/2 were a half star available I would've chosen that instead of a full ONE star. I've been to many CVS stores and I've never had a problem in any of them until I came to the Grand Prairie TX one. We use to go to Gibson's pharmacy but us customers go transferred to this GOD forsaken CVS. I am so angry, because I love and respect my wife with all of my heart and soul, but to see another man treat her like she is less than a human being, pisses me off.

Dr.Mavis is so polite and kind, went there on 01/12/19 to pick up a prescription but found out it needed a coupon from the website, she went out of her way to make sure I got her the advertised price online! Also the young man who filled it was very fast and I saved $500! Been going here for years and I always see different people in the pharmacy I think the turnover off staff seems to be a issue since they seem to be understaffed all the time.

Do not send your prescriptions to this location. They have shut down the drive through and have one tech behind the counter. 2-3 hour wait in line to pick up a prescription. I was in line twice today for 20 minutes each time and did not see one person actually get their prescription.

This pharmacy is a joke. I understand things are tough right now, but make some adjustments. I waited in line twice for a simple antibiotic. I made it through the first line to ask for my prescription then was asked to wait in the crazy long line that developed while I was waiting. Such a joke.
