My husband and I went in to buy two beta fish. The store was exceptionally clean and organized, and the associate (Gracie) that assisted us was very informative,helpful, she had a wonderful attitude and made our experience absolutely awesome due to her outgoing personality I definitely will be returning. My hope is that management or owner will see this review and praise her for a job well done.

I have several pets and I was a frequent shopper at this Petsmart. My husband forgot to grab crickets, and we were going be out of town for 5 days, so it was necessary that our lizard eat that night. I drove as fast as I could to the store, and as I parked, it turned 8 o’clock. I ran to the doors as the manager locked the locked them in front of me. I begged her to let me through because my pet didn’t have any food, and she said, “Sorry, I can’t!”. I understand that this was a mistake on our part, but it is insane to me if this is the Petsmart philosophy because there are always unfortunate circumstances, and this was a time I really needed someone to show some compassion. Crickets are not sold anywhere but pet stores so it wasn’t like I could just stop by the local Walmart.

Not accommodating at all. If these big corporate stores are going to come to these small towns, at least be more accommodating. I called for curbside help because the app was not working. My kids were asleep in the car and all I needed was crickets. I got told, no sorry, wait for the app.Maybe I’m overreacting but it’s not like the store is ever so busy they can’t be more helpful.

The girl was extremely knowledgeable and guided me on which fish I should get . I have a new aquarium and she answered all of my questions. She had a great attitude and that is why I will continue to get my pet supplies here.

Been coming here since the place opened about 8 months ago. Store is very clean and staff is always friendly. I am an aquarist and PetSmarts fish maintenance has declined as the months have gone on. I see dead fish in the tanks almost every time I come now and it’s disappointing. Prices have always been on the high side for me as well. Great store and a great atmosphere, but they need to improve.

The young woman who helped me finding a substrate for my snake was very knowledgeable and friendly even though I was clearly pulling her away from a task she was trying to finish before closing. Every time she got back to her cart, I'd ask her another question. She answered all my questions like a champ and even went on a wild goose chase to find some reptisoil that didn't exist. I wish I'd gotten her name. Minus one star for not actually having any of the things I needed (reptisoil and isopods) but that couldn't be helped by the staff on hand for obvious reasons

I wish we had caught the ladies names who were working tonight (4/22/23) - very personable, friendly & kind. My grandmother is in town visiting and needed items for her dog. The employees were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience! :)

Place sucks never been to a Petsmart and couldnt buy anything. I dont remember the girls name but you lost my money. Wanted to buy a little goldfish for my son was told i couldnt use a bowl had to get a 10 gal tank...for a goldfish? Yeah right... then was told i would have to wait 48 hours to get my fish you people are crazy anyways went to another Petsmart and got my son his fish.

The store was very clean. The staff was not very helpful. We asked for a specific item while there was a free customer service representative available and they just pointed back to the general location of where the item was located. The prices are very high, which should be compensated with better customer service.

This place is what you are looking for to find food and beds and what have you, but there aren't any reptiles, amphibians, or arthropods of any kind there. No spiders, or scorpions. They have some fish and I think a few birds, but if you are looking for reptiles like I was, this isn't your joint. Also don't think they have mice or feeder crickets either. Good place to go for aquarium stuff and I think they have UV lights there, but yeah herpers you might wanna look in a different spot.

The Weatherford pets mart was very helpful took my granddaughter to get a gecko they were very helpful and let her choose the one she wanted showed several different ones they were awesome

PetSmart Granbury is awesome 🤩. My only issue is I didn’t love the the cattoys selection. I hope Granbury PetSmart has a better selection of cat toys. My cats and I would appreciate a better selection of toys .
