We LOVE LOVE Ashlee in grooming. My pup is such a nervous wreck getting groomed & I hate to leave him. Ashlee is so sweet & even calls me when she’s about to finish, so I can be there right when he ready. The store is always clean & friendly staff that greet you as you walk in.I also get our dry dog food here & after 10 bags (I think it’s 10) you get a free bag.

Scheduled grooming on their website for the next day. Later that evening I received a call that my time slot was unavailable and to call for rescheduling. I called to inquire about the unavailable time. The response was ‘oh we don’t know why it doesn’t work’Very poor web design. The associate was very friendly, but I won’t be back.

Absolutely love this place! Pet adoptions via Hood County also! They have plenty of Fromm dog food and other brands. Tons of treats, fairly clean store. Lots of selections for all kinds of animals.

Friendly staff we were greeted the moment we walked in, store was extremely clean and organized, the only downfall was that the prices are extremely high, and I can purchase the majority of the items online or at Walmart alot cheaper. Also, there was 1 cat, and her cage was very clean with fresh water and food. I would return to adopt a pet but probably not to shop.

I love this store so much! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, we also love using their groomer service for one of our dogs, he always comes home happy and looking absolutely amazing. You can tell they take great care of the animals they groom. Highly, highly recommend!

Don't go inside because it is always filthy tables and chairs. Starting going to drive thru but by the time you pay and get to receiving window, icecream is half melted. There's gotta be a better way.

A basic pet store model. They had what we needed but it was way overpriced. Their price match policy You have to jump through lots of hoops. Their animal collection was lacking. Friendly staff. Was very disappointed in the betta setup was told that it broke a while ago and corporate doesn't want to fix it. This is why we will be going elsewhere. If you don't care about the pets and are more just in it for the money in the supplies and can't take care of what you already have then what are you even doing here?

The store is kind of trashy, ghetto might you say. It’s a junky store. Then you go in the back to the groomer which was one person who wasn’t very nice or personable. She did get my dogs to come to her hence the two stars but I wasn’t impressed with my dogs haircut or her in general or that area. It was kinda sketchy and overpriced and I won’t be going back. I even tipped the girl she didn’t even seem appreciative.

It's kind of a tiny place but does offer alot. Wide variety of pet supplies and grooming services. What Tractor Supply doesn't carry for pets this store does. Super friendly staff. Once a month vet clinic from 1pm to 230pm which seems kind of short but get there early so you can put your name on a list and they text you that your next to be helped.

I love petsense and their selection and they are nice people but I went yesterday. to ask if a costumer needs help is fine, one time. But being asked repeatedly every five minutes I was there it felt like being followed around.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, great selection, however, the prices could be a little lower. Even with the buy 10 get one free or whatever it is, it's still a little high. I know the staff can't control this, and I know we all gotta make money, but I'm only taking off a star for the prices.

Always friendly helpful staff. Looked at pets. One wasnt feeling well so the lady from rescue was right there taking the kitten to be cared for and checked out.Always clean when Ive been there. Can always see cleaning items like they are always checking. High quality products with large variety. Offer lots of services.

Told staff members that my dog had very bad anxiety before arriving over phone. Was assured my dog would be well taken care of. Took dog in to be groomed. He was to be bathed and nails clipped. When I dropped him off I again told the staff he was very anxiety ridden and again was assured he would be fine. I leave to go run errands and roughly 15 mins later get a call from staff saying that they could not finish the services because he was too scared. I went back to pick him up and he was shaking uncontrollably. He smelled worse than he did when I dropped him off and only half his nails were done. I complained to management and was told it was my fault the services were not completed and was still charged full price even though they didn't complete job. Will never go back to this location again.

They usually have cats or some sort of per in their display ready for adoption, $50. Has things for all pets though I'm uncertain about live food for snakes. Though wonderful staff and a great place for adoption, pet supplies, or to let your child look around.

Your average small pet store, not a wide selection, overpriced and understaffed.Clean store, friendly employee who was polite and eager but not very knowledgeable.Groomer was doing her best to act like she was loving her job and caring toward the nervous and scared little dog being groomed, but being a groomer myself in the past, I could tell differently. It is very stressful to groom with an audience and added stress on the pet as well. I understand the reasoning behind it but it is a terrible stressor on all involved. The pet wants every person they see to 'rescue ' them, making the groomers task that much more difficult. Then there is the added stress of having critical eyes on you every minute, would you like random people watching you at work all day?Store doesn't carry my brand of dog food and charging 16 cents each for a tiny cricket!Same crickets sold in Stephenville for 11 cents each, which is still too high. One employee running the register and trying to wait on customers, catch crickets, etc.I saw 1 groomer and 1 employee working.OVERPRICED LIKE ALL THE REST.

It's a Wal-Mart. Nothing special. Big parking lot easy enough to get in and out of. Large selection of items even boats for the nearby river. Not super clean or organized but not messy. No wow factor but gets the job done.

Manager not aware of toys available at Pet Smart. Pet Sense toys not as interesting so drove to Pet Smart. Also I purchased a gun that shot tennis balls at his store. They did not have the gun now and he said they never carried it.

Utilized their online schedule for a grooming which showed several times available. I selected a time that was listed as available and received a message about 5 minutes later that the appointment was "not accepted". If your times aren't available...don't show them as available.

I just wanted a fish and it was almost an inquisition to get him. Apparently they have gone to using plastic bags instead of sending you home with the cup. I was told it was a corporate directive. Makes sense I suppose. But geeze just give me the fish.
