The Ace Hardware in Pecan Plantation is FANTASTIC!!!! We are so lucky to have such a nice, clean, well-stocked, and well-run facility in our neighborhood!!! I highly recommend this store to everyone has any need for a household item!!!!Thanks Pecan Ace!!! You guys are the best!!!

I walked in and was immediately impressed with the kind greeting from a lady running check out by the door.I went in and needed wasp spray help.Totally despise those insects and needed to rid them of my front door so I could enter my home safely. I walked into ace hardware, was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. No beating around bushes about things just courteous straight up business. I LOVE THAT! She knew that store like pruning a tomato plant with her eyes closed. She directed me to the exact aisle with the layout of knowledge of that in her minds memory. Wow!Passionate about the service and quality of products and new store atmosphere here. I'll return for a quick straight courteous business whenever I absolutely can! Thanks Ace Hardware! 😊

Did an online order and the boy was sweet. One thing i did not appreciate was when i called up there to see if the had something in stock,the woman refused to go look and just said no they didn't. When i told her online said they were in stock,she got an attitude and said that it means my item would be shipped there. Got off the phone and placed an order online and my order was ready in minutes. Shame for being LAZY! Store was dead when i showed up and no exscuse to not check on items when a customer asks. Especially for 1 item. 09/09/23

Fantastic ACE Hardware with a superb staff. Very helpful and the manager ordered a very obscure part I needed so they would have a few on hand. Really appreciate a store like this.

I took my truck to Ace in Pecan to get another key programmed and the process went sideways, it turned into a very big deal, but the owner Chris stepped up and took care of it, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. He has definitely gained a long time customer from me, I would highly recommend doing business there

Called and gave them the exact part number that I needed they said that they would go out of their way to set the part aside drove 25 minutes out of my way came there picked up the part drove all the way back home to realize that it was a Completely different item than I gave the exact part number for. Drove all the way back out and they almost gave me a hard time trying to return the item saying that I didn't have the top piece of plastic bag it came in horrible retail experince and i worked retail for 5 years!!! make sure your orders right before you leave and waste a day!!!!

There is a ridiculous amount of stuff in this store. We found everything we needed plus stuff I didn't. Very courteous staff.

I called this hardware store to ask a quick question about whether they have a 1 1/2 inch long 1/2 inch machine bolt but the lady who answered the phone asked me if I could hold for a second and the background noise. Let me know if she was waiting on customers at her register. After about five minutes she hung up the phone. I found another hardware store that had the bolt.

I bought a drill this afternoon at this ace hardware and after using it for 2 hours it ceased to work anymore. I had the receipt in hand and tried to return it but the manager was hostile and shouted “I’m not returning your drill!” I explained to her that this is actually theft since I have the receipt and it was only a few hours old. She rolled her eyes and said “I can’t resell that so I won’t help you!” Please consider this before you spend your hard earned money at this place!

Google Maps should NOT share this store with the public for products. This Ace Hardware is located inside of a gated and private neighborhood. Gate security will not let you enter to shop here. Security does do the job they are hired for.

I bought a garden hose 2 way connector at the Ace Hardware in Pecan Plantation, Granbury TX yesterday afternoon. It doesn't work. It leaks from the top and bottom of the spigot connector. I took it back to the store with the receipt and was told by the manager I could not return it? She said I would have to contact the manufacturer? She was the one who sold it to me, and it was manufactured by Ace Hardware?

The Good - Good store with a lot of what you want and need without having to go into town.The Bad - Signing up for their little card to checkout with resulted in me getting thousands of spam emails from all over the place all with the Salutation:Dear Valued Ace Hardware CustomerHaven't been back since.They sell your data.

Called the store to ask if they had ADA toilets in stock. I was asked to hold while the clerk checked, after leaving me on hold for over 27 minutes, they disconnected the call. I called back and was told all they sell is the toilet seats. The clerk that put me on hold couldn't have told me this?Worse customer service, Ace Hardware will NOT get any of my business!

Very tidy store with most everything you would need from a hardware store. Little to no lumber options yet but it's coming soon. Plumbing, electrical, household, gardening, and patio all very well covered on basics.
