The sales people are always very nice and how full with any questions or finding anything that you need. Carol the store manager is one of the best I've ever dealt with she's always adamant about making sure that you're a satisfied customer when you walk out her doors of the store

Cashiers need coupon training. The fact that a customer knows more about coupons than the cashier is sad. I understand it’s a small town and y’all probably don’t see that many couponers, but the past few experiences I had was enough for me to never come to that store again.

If you can't find a product they generally will check the back to see if they have it. Not true at the store in Amarillo TX on McCormick Rd...No compliance with company policies and less than satisfactory customer service and manager absolutely not customer service minded. The one here in Graham TX is exemplary with customers and store is always clean. And manager always greets using your name.

Tho a older, smaller store, it always has what I go in for, and almost matching a certain big box store just across the street. The people who work there are very nice and work hard to keep the shelves stocked at all times.

Changed managers seemed like it was getting better in the last 6 weeks or so. Was in their yesterday back to the same old like it was before, can't hardly get around all the clutter in the aisles very disorganized and very dirty like before. Needs to take a look at a good clean run store like the one in the big city of Graford. Not even 30 minutes away with a population of I know maybe 500. It makes this one look like garbage which it is on any giving day. All you hear it's gonna get better, truth is it's not and its sad that we drive to Graford or Jacksboro to those instead of this one cause we can't stand the woke Wal-Mart here.

Been to other dollar generals and thus one is by far the most organized. Cashier was very friendly and had me laughing the whole time so thats always a five star rating to me!

The guy working was nice &took time to help us find what we were after and even told us which sodas were on sale when he herd me tell my husband we needed soda

To much product packed into a small area. Hard to find things, understaffed 90 percent of the time. Normally have to wait on a checker BC they are stocking items.
