I have the DQ Texas app. It gave me a coupon for a $1 Kids Meal with the purchase of a combo meal 1-6. I showed the coupon to the cashier, ordered a no. 1 combo meal ($9) and a kids steak finger meal ($6). Total : $15 and change. I told the cashier that was not correct. It should be about $11-$12. She argued with me. Said she took $1 off the kids meal. I told her that's not what the coupon says. You should take $4.99 off the kids meal. Please read the coupon. She refused. Said that is how her manager told her to ring up the coupons, and that's what she did. My dad went ahead and paid for our meal. But that just isn't right. It clearly stated a $1 kids meal not $1 off a kids meal. Yes, it's only $4. But that $4 is not the principle. It's clearly getting ripped off. It's employees who don't care and don't care to make it right. It's managers who aren't doing their job training people. It's got me wondering who gets the other $3.99 this store will get from corporate because they turned in a $4.99 coupon redemption.

We stopped in to eat around 9:00 one night. It wasn’t busy. 2 groups waiting to get their food. It was clear the young girl taking our order was new. We paid and waited for our food. After 30 minutes or more another waitress asked who took the last order after she looked at the cash register. We were the last to order. I could tell something was wrong. None of them said anything to us but just went back to the kitchen. When I asked if our order had ever been turned in, the girl who asked about our order went off on me. She yelled “I’m trying to train 2 people and we’re doing the best we can” it was already so late and we were tired of waiting, I asked for my money back. My husband heard how she treated me and went to talk to her. She yelled at him too and told him we looked down on them because they worked in fast food. She made assumptions that were untrue. She threw the money down on the counter. My husband asked her if that was how she counted money to customers and she said yes if they disrespected her. Never an apology for our food not getting turned in. Horrible experience. Never going back.

At 10 pm, as my family sat and dined in the dining room, (we were almost finished,) the employee rudely asked us to leave, while we were still eating, because it was 10 o’clock, and they close at 10. I’m fed up with all the fast food options in Graham. I don’t normally leave negative comments, but I’m seriously over teenagers running restaurants and being rude. Bad experience. I won’t be back, and I’m going to tell everyone I know about this poor service.

I took a friend out to eat. I wish the prices were a Lil more pocket book friendly. The food is good but it's fast food. I can go to a restaurant and have a good sit down meal for what I paid to have a burger n fries. The girl behind the counter was nice. Her boyfriend was their with her and he was nice too. In fact he helped her get our meal together.

We use to stop here all the time but now it has become such an inconvenience. They don’t wear gloves, no hair nets and have very little care about customer service. We pulled into drive through, there was 1 truck in parking lot and only 1 truck in drive thru besides us. Waited no answer so pulled forward to see if we could see anyone working and couldn’t see anyone. Suddenly a voice came on speaker and said she would be with us shortly. So backed up waited again and nothing. We left, no reason to be so behind when it’s not busy and sure not worth the wait given the lack of quality and care being provided there. Literally only 2 customers - 2, not the fact of two vehicles with multiple people - No just two people. Not to mention you run into just because it’s on the menu doesn’t mean they have it or they will serve it.

My daughter and I flew into the municipal airport across the street. We started walking over but the airport manager had heard us on the radio and gave us a lift, which was very nice in the heat. The service was friendly and our onion rings were piping hot. The blizzards were thoroughly mixed, which is nice to see. Our only issue was that the bathrooms were tiny and not very clean.

Worst burger I have had. Who knows how long the Patty was made before I got it? Bun old, cracking, dry and hard. One piece of bacon tie in half old and halfway cooked. So sad.

I cannot believe the service I got today. The employees acted like today was their first day. They didn't ask me if I wanted a 4 or 6 piece basket, but got mad when I said I needed "said number". Then when I got my food the fries were RAW! COMPLETELY RAW! As in they were still hard from being frozen & were completely white. There was no color to them whatsoever. I had to take them home & bake them for a good 15 minutes before they were edible.Hopefully this was a one time thing.. because that was unacceptable. I guess at least the meat was cooked. -.-

My daughter and I got blizzards, service was okay. Restaurant was clean and neat. I got the Choco Brownie Extreme, and when she was making it I noticed she had run out of chocolate syrup, despite the fact that I asked if she had the ingredients. So, there wasn't as much chocolate syrup as there should have been, but otherwise it was good.

The people here are always friendly to me and know a lot of times what I'm going to order that day. I only go about once a week or twice on occasion. I like it because it's the most convenient place to stop by when I have my lunch break. Answered quick when I called in my order.

Employees had bad attitudes and service was terrible. And took forever to get my order. When I got my blizzard and they turned it upside down, it dumped out on the floor! I've never seen that happen before. When I finally got my blizzard and sat down at a table and got ketchup on my shirt from where it wasn't cleaned properly. It was a bad experience all the way around.

You can never go wrong with Dairy Queen, still just as awesome and delicious as I remember from my childhood. Each location has maintained its family feel even though that they core and Machinery have been modernized. There is a reason each and every Dairy Queen is called a Texas stop sign.

Long wait to take my order. Placed order for one sandwich, no one here mid afternoon. 25 minutes, still no sandwich. No apologies or "coming soon sir". Won't be back.Update. 30 minutes. I left, keep my $6.99.

I've never been to a lousy Dairy Queen. This one is lousy. Stopped in one night (son's high school played Graham), restaurant run by all teenagers, only one knew how to run the register. No lettuce, no shredded cheese. Tacos were meat, tomatoes and nacho cheese. Nachos were a pile of tortilla crumbs. How do you screw up a Dairy Queen? This is the second time I've been to this location (once a season) and thought the first time was a fluke. Apparently not.

Doesn't allow trucks to park overnight in the massive parking lot. I deliver once a week in Graham. I won't be back to eat. Sorry your business relies on trucks and you won't allow them to sleep there.

I paid for a medium chocolate truffle blizzard. When a small was given to me I asked for the medium. I was given a "watered down" version after the girls must have just put some vanilla in a larger cup and given it back. I will not be going back soon!
