Had a family day on the lake and Naylor boat rental was amazing! Fantastic service, clean & really nice rental boat. Even brought my dog and she loved it. Easy to access the marina and they had the boat ready to go for us. Definitely will visit again!

Friendly and relaxed customer service. Our pontoon and jetski were in excellent condition. Our two dads with daughters had a fun day on the water and were a little late in returning the gear, but they made no fuss about it. Will definitely rent again from them.

Very disappointed with the quality of the equipment. The jet ski was small and hard to balance and turn. It just didn’t handle well. Also the business itself is nor by water and about 4-5 miles from rented slips at a marina owned by another company. All in all not someone I would give return business to

Super nice and professional service! We decided to rent a boat late in the day, they still accommodated us and even extended our return time by 30 min. We actually got lost at the end of our trip and was 15 min late. I called and it was no problem. Extremely nice people. It was very windy so we couldn't rent a pontoon like we originally had planned but they suggested a ski boat. Best time of our lives!!!! Will absolutely return. Definitely use this company!!!

The store is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. Everything is reasonably price. Everyone is so helpful and respectful. We will definitely be returning. If you want to have loads of fun this summer that won’t break the bank….. go to Naylor by the Water.

I just rented a party barge from Naylor By the Water. EVERYTHING was superb. From the way I was greeted and treated by Martha Ann in their store, to Barry at the dock. They could not have been more courteous and accommodating. They were both so easy to deal with, patient, and engaging. And the pontoon boat was as clean as a whistle. It was ready to go when we arrived. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Good company, good people. Rented a Pontoon 3/14/19. We arrived and it was very windy. As we have no boating experience, they we're patient and offered to cancel and refund my deposit. Instead, we came back a couple hours later and Bob got us off. Super friendly, and nice. Thank you Bob and Rebecca!!

We rented a 25ft pontoon boat for a Saturday afternoon. The service was great! Plus the upgraded tube was perfect. The boat was very clean, in great shape, and worked perfectly. We will gladly return and rent again!

We have rented from Naylor's twice: first time was a couple years ago and second was June of 2017. Great experience - very good customer service, so easy to do business with them! Both times we rented a pontoon. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and quite helpful. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a boat at PK lake.

I asked the lady if they had available rental boats. She said "NO!". She did not greet when I entered the shop either! I asked for recommendation of other locations and mentioned that I visited another shop but did not like the prices. She decided to rent a boat to me and opened her book! I told her that I will pick the boat in 2 hours, when I was back she was leaving for lunch, without stopping said "SOLD OUT!".Anyway, I am glad I did not do business with them. The harbor in Cliffs were friendly and professional besides I was able to get a much better price!I do not recommend or return to this place!

I rented a pontoon boat for the first time for a half day outing. This is a professional, well run business. They rent a large variety of watercraft and accessories, tubes, tow-behind inflatable couches etc. The boat was ready when we arrived and they had an experienced staff to explain the operation and provide directions to places to see and eat on the water. They provided a very positive experience. I would rent from them again and recommend them to my friends.

Let’s say we disagree on what Jay said when he rented the boat to me and we picked up the boat. I was renting for a group that would be sharing costs. I was verbally told a price and a $100 deposit. I inquired about any other costs including optional insurance. He doesn’t require ins. My initial charge was over $100 so I called to see why. I was told tax, ok but never told of any other costs. When the boat was returned there is fuel cost over $5 a gallon which is a sizEable amount over local cost. I could used our gas cans to fill. When I spoke to Jay he said he always tells people about gasNo he doesn’t When we got the boat he said you won’t run out of gas got 40gals. I inquired again and asked so I only will owe the balance of rental and tax. He said yes. Again never mentioned gas his website does not mention gas. I signed no contract setting out a gas charge. Since a misunderstanding I offered a 50/50 split trying to be reasonable. Because another couple was with us when we got the boat he said 33/33/33. told the others a price and no gas was told to them. I honor my word unlike Jay. .
