As I was trying to do my job as a doordasher and get my customers orders the ppl that was running the store was pushing us out the door and yelling through the store to get us out that is completely unprofessional and disrespectful just bc they want to get home does not give them the right to do so this store DOES NOT deserve not one single star yall need to seriously get new management 😑

Tiffany the Mgr is the absolute BEST! ALL of the negative reviews on here well.....if you read them are written by people that complain about everything. However, I must say, this store ROCKS! TIFFANY ROCKS! The Mgr of my local DG did not have what I needed and she immediately called Tiffany and she completely went above and BEYOND to accommodate my needs and request! I will ALWAYS AND FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR TIFFANY, SHE IS ONE IN A MILLION. AND THAT IS HOW SHE RUNS HER STORE!

Good balance of product, good people.However, the front of the store is filled with trash of every verity on earth. The grass has not been cut in some as well. Be proud of being in Goodrich Tx.

The place is really clean and organized. Its very big also so theyre bound to have what you need or may think you need haha I always walk out with stuff I really wanted after seeing it lol. The only reason I didnt rate this as a 5 star is bc with prior mgmt experience, I just feel as if the place should be more inviting when you walk in the door or when you go to check out. Ive tried being friendly at the check out and basically just got ignored. When you walk in, its crickets...they dont say anything. There has only been one time that I had good customer service at this place and it was by a young lady late in the afternoon. Also, the workers dont really know where anything is in the store. Another customer and i were walking around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to find a couple things since the store is fairly new and s response was that he didnt know and he just works there. So that being said, the store is great but the customer service is not impressive.

Finally a store in Goodrich! Very thankful that there is finally a place to go other than Valero for a forgotten sundry. Love the fact that there is no longer a need for a trip all the way to town for items such as paper towels and laundry soap. The store is well organized with a lot to offer.

Clean store and friendly staff. I visit the store at least three times a week, saves me long trips to town. I can find just about everything I need there, from groceries, dairy, pet food, laundry soap....so on. Very reasonable prices too.

It has everything; hair care, nail care, food frozen and canned, clothes, dog food, hygiene products. It's the best if you live in a small town that doesn't have many stores.

This place has some of the slowest cashiers. The manager, Julie, gossips about her employees and just seems like more of a bully than a manager. Honestly, the only employee that seems to know what she's doing is Daisha. If she isn't working, I'm not shopping there.

literally the girl Jacqueline behind the counter at this location refused to sell my boyfriend melatonin and said that he needed to be 18 years old to purchase a vitamin.he is 30 years old and she was very rude and unprofessional and when he asked to speak to a supervisor she refused to provide one as well as refusing to give him corporates number so now all of this information will go directly to Facebook as well as to corporate. You do not have to be 18 to purchase a vitamin, this is nonsense and it is not even in the Dollar general handbook.

I’m an old Lady with issues several times I have asked to use the bathroom while shopping and have been refused the manager is a Jerk and I spend over a hundred dollars when I shop which takes a long time I’ve had to leave because of restroom problems and there is no other stores around to go to potty at. PLEASE DO FIX BATHROOMS For CUSTOMERS

Well I call it my Dollar General. It's close by for alot of us here in our little town a lot of us say. Ok ok I will give it that. For Mrs.Big Mouth Maggie or Loud or I call every chick girlfriend.Yes that's me.But I'll tell you what my Dollar General here in Goodrich ,Texas Its the best and awesome and the workers there now and even the ones who open the Dollar General they were and still the ones there now,their awesome people and awesome workers. I am content and happy with everything a d every one there in and or at my Dollar General. Keep up the hard work and lets keep this Dollar General up and running for all and our town. I'm satisfied y'all awesom girlfriends or dudes who ever Its a Cool store with cool emploies.

The one in livingston on 146 the employess are wonderful. But at the dollar general on 787 in Romayor texas. The wmployess are good but the mural is down. When that young lasy manager is around bo smiles no sense of humors. But of coarse if you are a person from new New York . Attitude doesnt matter! But here in I believe is the wxtent of the great Bible belt TEXAS! We love a smile and sure dont mind giving one and a little something to say to make the other one smile!!!
