Tried calling customer service but no one answered. Only Electronic department picked up. The customer service representative (in person) told me to make a money order out to Walmart in order to cash it. Specifically told me to cross out my name. I'm not familiar with those transactions and did as he suggested. That voided the money order and then his manager told me it was my fault. Lost $1000 because of these people. He also took the time previously to preach my ear off about his religion. As someone living paycheck to paycheck, and trying to feed a family, this is not acceptable.

Walmart contributes a great deal to road safety by allowing travelers/RVers to spend the night in their parking lots. But not all Walmart stores do this, either because of local laws or bad experience with certain people abusing the privilege by trashing out the property, causing property damage, harassing customers or any other forms of bad behavior. If you want to overnight in a Walmart parking lot I suggest you go inside and talk to a store manager before unhitching and obtain approval for your overnight presence.

If you buy something make sure you are going to keep It because making returns here are nearly impossible. I have come 4 times in the last week and a half and I have been told the person is on break, or that they are unavailable until who knows when. There are 20 people standing around and not one person can do a return. It’s ridiculous. The managers don’t even know where their employees are and are even less help than a regular employee. Truly the worst Walmart out there 😂😂

I was shopping and I was thinking about buying something so I put it in my basket but as I was walking around the store I decided not to buy that item and I put it on a shelf. Well I went to check out with the rest of my items and when I was walking out of the store I was stopped and was accused of stealing the item that I put back. It was so embarrassing and when I told them I didn't have anything and showed them that I didn't have anything then the guy who stopped me said next time put it back where it belongs like if I was a child. There should be something we could do about that. So just be careful if you change your mind on buying something.

All I can say is outstanding!!! By far best Walmart I have ever been to. I've been to hundreds!!! The people who work here are so friendly and helpful travel for work been here at least 8 times in last two weeks. Best Walmart!!!! I don't say this much anymore keep up the great job. It makes a difference in peoples day even if they don't say it. God bless.

I love Gonzales, Walmart. You can get anything from fishing license, RV, accessories, vehicle, accessories, household items, groceries and clothes. What more could a person ask for. Thank you Walmart

This Walmart is clean and tidy. The restrooms were clean and had toilet paper and paper towels, soap for hand washing. Shelves were stocked and the lines were not long despite it being a Saturday afternoon and was busy. Appreciated that tremendously! Becoming my "go-to" big Walmart store for essentials.

One of the better Wal Marts. Relatively easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Easy to get into the store, shopping carts are right there for the taking. Store is generally well stocked and uncluttered, and the multiple self checkout kiosks let you ring up your purchase and get on your way. Good enough for me.

Good variety, but remember, just like other stores, they will be low in stock around holidays. Do your shopping early and do not expect popular items for the season to be available at the last minute.

The store is fully stocked and super clean. The staff was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. The best Wal Mart I have seen yet. The isles and areas were clearly marked and signage was well done. 7 stars.

Computer checkout keeps freezing up,have to start all over on another machine..spend more time trying to checkout, than shopping, sucks when you're on your lunch hour, this has happened numerous times

There is one cashier that stops us everytime we leave the store to check our groceries and makes a passive aggressive comment about us stealing when we've never stolen anything. She makes us feel unsafe and will stalk us when we get to check out. Today I went in to get a few things and tried the new pay and go thing and the women ran over to us as fast as she could to stop us. It took another worker to tell her what we were doing for her to stop. She kept watching us. We now use the back entrance to stay away from her and even then she'll try to stop us. She has become aggressive and we try to go to other stores but couldn't find our dog food anywhere else. Being a minor, I feel like she may attack me physically or verbally any second and the manager does nothing. One time while we were checking out she cornered us a wouldn't leave us alone and finally a (seemed to be manager) came out and instead of talking to her told us to check out and leave?! We were doing nothing wrong and just simply trying to buy groceries. We've complained and no one cares. She told us and I quote "the managers are Mexican and think I'm being racist when checking people so I have to check some white people too." that was her reasoning and multiple people have shared on Facebook and in the store that she does the exact thing to them. Another time my grandpa had literally died that morning and she had the nerve to come stop us and be rude. Hours after he died. Hours. Not the time. She seems to target people and no matter what any of us say the store always sides with her. We have No problem with our groceries being checked but when we are getting stalked, verbally abused, cornered and tormented because she feels like it THAT IS NOT OK! The worker in questions name is Debbie and although everyone else is nice and tries to help she makes the expirence 100000x worse. She is truly devil incarnate. She knew my mother when she was younger through her aunt and for some reason even though we have never done anything to her, she has it out for us. Do better. Don't let an abusive, clearly racist (from the things she has told us about other customers of color and her management) mean old women ruin a good store.

Along with the majority of people I speak to or overhear in the store hate the new lay out of a number of Walmarts. Other than the corn maze like feeling employees are helpful and kind. Parking at this particular Walmart, Gonzales, Texas 78629, is a nightmare. Complete Fail
