It's always worth the drive to come to HEB. Their meat is always fresh and they have a huge variety. Plus I love the smell when u first walk in the store. Mmmm. It's the bakery department, but the best part is the fruit ad veggies, they are my favorite. And u actually save more money going to Heb when u buy in bulk..

My son and I shopped here last night and found the self-checkout to be anything but! It was like taking close-order drill! The attendant was rude and demanding. She didn’t like the way we wanted to bag our groceries,among other things,and spoiled what could have been an enjoyable shopping experience. I think I’ll get my groceries at the Walmart across the street next week…sorry!

Probably a nice place, unless you're cycling around the world to raise money for a Kid's Hospice and stop here to buy some cooling ice-cream and drinks to consume under the awning (in the shade) outside, only to be moved on by 'BJ', a job's-worth member of staff who has nothing better to do than threaten you with calling the police because "You're loitering."

I love HEB, my family members as well as myself been employed there, I worked on the property in Comfort TX hanging iron on the edge of the Hill country over looking the valley amazing indoor swimming pool there just fabulous

Went in for flowers. Had a good selection of perky flowers. Got what I needed and back out pretty quick. Wish someone had been on site. Worker got off at 5. Unfortunately since most can't get there till after that. That part bites. But flowers were gorgeous.

My Favorite HEB for sure! Always Great Produce and Deli items . Staff is very friendly and helpful , the employees are fast with check out. While also asking how youre day is and asking any other questions that may be needed for your transaction.

Great place to shop. The store is very clean and very well organized. The staff is always willing to help. They have the freshest produce and meats. I refer everyone I know that this is the best place to shop. Just wished they had a fresh seafood market like the H.E.B in Seguin.

I don't believe i have ever had a bad experience here. The food is all organized neatly and the prices are excellent. They are the cheapest place in town to buy groceries! Everything is always fresh and they always have amazing deals and coupons to offer! The staff is all super friendly and fast, and you can always count on a friendly smile from Lisa, Frank, Mr Billy, and Ben! They are my favorites! And when the lines start getting long they open up more registers to keep people from having to wait too long. One more thing, their bakery there is amazing! They have the best tasting cakes!

Always great to have a great dependable store that you can count on while traveling. We stopped in here for a few needed things. Nice, large, and clean store. Easy to find and get to. We'll keep this one in mind whenever we're in the area.

The store is good...but more and more I have to go other places for ingredients...this was going on way before the pandemic. My husband made a review/comment about it and boy were they all over wanting to talk to him to smooth things over. I have been commenting, even directly to store managers, I am blown off. You choose where you shop.

Groceries are always best priced here and 90 percent of the checkers are super friendly. The store is always neat and put together and the food is always fresh. But one thing I sure do miss there is mr Billy Washington. That store lost its spirit when he passed away. It seems so dead now in there without him .

Stopped in for some breakfast and lunch. Got a sample of some delicious taco meat and good conversation with the nice sample lady. Fruit was fresh, milk was cold, and the staff were wearing their smiles.

Great store however the isles are a little tight 2 baskets side by side will fit but not much more. This causes a lot of bumping into each other , everyone that works there is wonderful and very friendly. They take criticism very well and they actually seem to care. We shop here weekly and definitely recommend going here.

I love H-E-B. This location is smaller than some of the largest you'll find in bit cities. However, it is much larger than any of the others in our area.The noticeable things our location is missing are the fresh-made tortillas, the massive bakery and a bulk food aisle. However, we have everything else. Many gluten free, organic and even vegan options throughout the store.You get the same friendly staff and exceptional customer service you find at other locations across the state. There are more options at the larger Seguin H-E-B, however I can get in and out of this locations much more quickly. Parking is easy and close. Pharmacy drive-through is convenient. The store is easy to navigate with wide aisles and always organized and clean.Don't miss the Combo Loco's and Meal Deals every week. Also, if you are new to Texas pay attention to the yellow coupons throughout the store. Many times they are better deals than you will ever find through manufacturer coupons.Did I mention how much I love H-E-B?

Have never been to an HEB who's employees are not friendly, happy and helpful until now. The last 3 generations of my family have only shopped at Heb when possible. All of my siblings go to heb only. Extremely disappointed!!!! Definitely not the heb experience I've always had.

The whole store except for the cashiers they've always been very polite. I was really disappointed I've always looked up to HEB that's the only store grocery store we have besides Walmart. And today I was very disappointed even the managers the HEB workers that were on the floor not even good morning did you find what you were looking for how's your day going I don't know what happened. Because I always bragged on H-E-B how nice their employees were their managers were not today...
