What a GEM! The restaurant is beautiful. All the food was delicious. The best part for us was probably the staff. Everyone had a smile, was friendly, was knowledgeable about the menu, and was very helpful (Cara was our server and she really added to our wonderful dining experience). The prices were great too! We drove in from southwest Austin and it was so worth the drive and we will be back.

DO NOT PASS; STOP IF YOUR IN TOWN AT MEAL TIME!!!! Passing through town and hungry at about 11:45, passing through Goldwaithe on the main road, we passed a grey stone non-descipt building with a small sign hanging from the building. We circled back fter determing that this was probably one of the only places to eat at that was convenient. We parked right in front and entered... wow! You can see what we saw from the pictures. This place is a "gem" as another pit it. Food was so good looking I forgot to take the pictures! I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger, which is made with brisket beef! It is 1st smoked AND then grilled and because of the type of beef, I ordered MEDIUM which came out with a pink center. The fries were the regular kindle kind, but came in the right portion. My partner ordered the Cheese-steak and it came out just as nice looking. Overall the service is outstanding, the atmosphere is outstanding, and the food is outstanding!

Great bar and grill in downtown Goldthwaite. Great beer selection with Axis IPA on tap. Menu broad enough for many tastes, from apps, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and more. We had the Club Sandwich with fries and it was delicious!! Lots of flavor. Asked and received a sample of pulled pork and I'll be ordering that next time. Lunch specials during the week as well. Comfortable booths and really sweet servers. Priced reasonably.

Avocado/Bacon Chicken Melt was delicious. Pizzas were good. We all loved the roasted brussel sprouts- we ate them before I remembered to take a pic. House salad was good. Creamy jalapeño dressing- very good. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

My wife and I drive through this town often. We decided to look for a place to eat dinner before we continued our 4 hour trip.As soon as we came in we fell in love with the feel and look of this place. We were genuinely greeted by the hostess who walked us to our table.Our waitress, Riata, was so awesome and helpful through entire ordering process and follow-up visits to make sure all was good.Food was delicious and one of the best steaks I've eaten, and we love our steaks.Highly recommend stopping by and eating at Fisher Street Bar and Griil

I’m so glad to have a new & different restaurant in Goldthwaite Texas, it is surely a great addition. The atmosphere is unmatched, the service was excellent, and the food was good. I can’t wait to see what new items they add to the menu! I highly recommended the pickle fries 😍♥️

Place is really nice. I like the atmosphere. Beer is serve yourself, great idea, then we ate. So I would think the food would have been off the chart with the first two. I had the Philly Cheese Steak served in a hotdog bun. Meat was ok, bread was a 0. Friend had rack of ribs and they were horrible. Come on you could have knocked this out of the park. Anyway, for bar food it's just ok, but if they would put a little more effort into the food, it would be the hot spot in the county.To be clear, never said I didn't like the food, but it can definitely be better. Ribs tasted like they were boiled not done on a grill and smoked. BBQ sauce was bad. But I will come back and I've heard the burgers are good. The atmosphere is the nicest within miles.

I highly recommend this local bar & grill. My lunch mate said the burger was excellent! I had the grilled chicken topped with Swiss, bacon and avocado with roasted Brussels sprouts and a side salad. It was all perfect seasoned and cooked. The house salad was fresh and included olives, cheese, tomatoes and croutons. The draft beer was perfectly chilled & fresh.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp with a rail off of street parking.
