After we arrived home with our order. One of our burgers was made with only 1/2 the bun. They folded the wrapper on top of the cheese, so the wrapper had more cheese on it than the burger. Plus whomever put the burger in the bag had to have know something wasn't right. I could tell as soon as we took it out of the bag. This had to be done intentionally. If this wasn't intentional you have a severely challenged crew. When we called they wanted us to drive 20 minutes back to get our money. This after we just drove 5 hours.

Just what you would expect of dairy queen, clean, well managed, and very friendly staff, most of the staff is younger teenagers which is fine as they are respectful and kind and aren't messing around the whole time. I've never gotten my order wrong here nor have I had any other issues here.Parking: There are more than enough parking spots and the parking lot is actually very large allowing plenty of space for you to get in and out even when the drive thru line is very long.

I overheard someone named "Orion" at work saying really inappropriate things about Hispanics, like telling them to go back to where they came from. It was unprofessional and surprising that the company would hire someone like that. Texas values its Hispanic heritage, and comments like these shouldn't be tolerated. I plan to write a letter to corporate about this issue.

While the food is very good, my only issue is. We looked up the menu online before going there. And we discovered the prices online are inaccurate. We brought this up to them while ordering, they said. Oh, you have the wrong location. We show them the right location and the prices online. And they said, ha ha, how funny? Well, that's not to price in surprises are what's on the billboard. And I we ordered anyway, and they showed a total lack of interest over themisprincing. That's why we decided to lower the star points. Either honor your online prices or correct them. Don't just laugh about it after someone has driven a distance to try your place out because draig queen isn't in their area. Not a good first impression Please do better.

Last night was horrible. Cold burger after long wait. Then long wait for ice cream ordered before leaving. Told that the drive through was crazy busy. We were 1 of three groups inside that all had to wait for food etc. Been going there since they opened. Service has never been good. We got a burger at Joshua DQ drove home to Godley and it was still warmer that one last night.

There is no picture of current menu to ser what kinda breakfast yall have and current prices and yall don't have a way to order it online either and it is very disappointing I can't order breakfast online and have to come in to order breakfast but I still enjoy yall alot great people and customer service and food when I do visit yall.

I really enjoy Dq food. I ordered a steak finger basket the gravey was like water. I told a guy about it he told me it depends on who makes. The Godley location has been lacking!

Went there on a Thursday around noon,and it was very clean. An associate was at the register waiting to take our order (which was very nice). They took our order,gave us our cups , the drink station was clean. We sat down and when our order was ready they brought it to us . The food was very fresh! To hot to even eat! It had parking behind this DQ to park our truck and camper. That's a big plus!

Sunday evening I ordered 3 meat & chz tacos through the drive thru. I checked all the bags everything was there so I continued home. Handed the tacos to the person who ordered them & he noticed a taco had very very little meat & hella chz with a little tomato on it. Not sure what happened in the kitchen but always investigate your togo orders thoroughly before driving off!

First time eating here on my way back to my hometown and I was very impressed! Very polite employees and food was exactly how we wanted plus fresh! Recommend Highly even tho a little pricier than other further DQs.

This is a new dairy queen...very clean. The staff was very friendly except whoever was cooking decided to cook the burgers ahead, like we wouldn't be able to tell the difference between precooked and then warmed, in comparison to freshly cooked. We don't mind waiting for fresh, which is what we like about Dairy Queen. The veggies were thrown on instead of placed so they were all on one side but easily remedied by taking the top off and speading them around. I will tell you that whoever made the Blizzard did a great job! I ordered the Georgia Mud Fudge which is no longer on the menu but the lady up front knew how to make it and it was top notch!!

Went to dairy Queen tonight on the first day of the year. My husband ordered the entree of a taco salad beef two of them. They are supposed to be $5.99 but was Ring up as $7.99. when I went up to the front to show them that the app said 599 the worker I'm not sure what her name was said it was false advertisement . So I asked to speak to the manager. Her name is Rebecca that I found out. She was nice to me she made sure that I got our stuff or money back on what we didn't order and she just kind of laughed it off whenever I told her about what her employee said and she did her job she knows how to handle customers the worker on the other hand does not. Then my husband goes up there and orders a banana split. That didn't go over so well it was melted by the time he got to it and he there wasn't that many people in there some people came in after us but that was after us the worker that's working up there she's a little black girl she needs to start listening to people's orders. Or find another job because she's not doing hers. I go to dairy Queen about twice a day and I have no problem writing critics right back this is what I love to do but to the manager on staff at the moment thank you very much for your patience and your time and for helping us to receive what money we was to get back.

The worst DQ I’ve ever been too. The chicken was hard and the fries were cold. I couldn’t even finish eating it, so I threw it away. I will definitely not be returning.

I was coming from my daughters in Joshua on my way home to Olden. It's an hour and a half trip so I stopped to get something to eat. I ordered a 4 piece steak finger basket. Which I love I should have know when I was handed my food within 2 min of paying. I waited till I got on the road safely before starting to eat. The fries had to have been sitting a while and the steak fingers were barely warm. So I know my meal wasn't cooked after I ordered it. I don't mind waiting a few min for fresh food. That's why I don't go to Mc Donald's where food is microwaved. So I was very disappointed to say the least. They definetly need to do better and not give people a meal someone else didn't pick up or whatever.

I love blizzard and decided to stop as we were passing with my kids. I ordered two meals and additional some blizzards. But I guess I was too excited I forgot half my order with original drinks. I did not notice until I was at home, so that was my fault as I should have checked my order before leaving and red flag check the drinks too! But overall food is always delicious

This Dairy Queen has been great so far. Every blizzard I’ve gotten is always blended all the way to the bottom and they don’t skimp on any of it. Everyone is usually nice also.I did once get a burger that wasn’t that great, but in their defense I just don’t think I’m a fan of their burgers in general anymore. Very grateful for their ice cream though!

I've actually never been to a dairy queen before so wasn't sure what to expect. This one had really nice staff and was nice inside. I got the Jalitos chicken sandwich which was fun because it's different than what you could get at another fast food restaurant. I like the unique bites. I also got the Oreo dirt blizzard which was delish. I'd definitely go back for the blizzards.

So, I never leave reviews. I come to this DQ at least once a week because I’m limited on options. I will say that I have never had so many orders screwed up. It’s about a 70% chance in my experience that something about my order is wrong. I’m convinced the kitchen does not even read their orders at this point. The food does not taste bad or anything like that. Their prep is good, but very inaccurate.

My family and I recently moved to Godley. We've already stopped by the Dairy Queen several times. The food is fresh and delicious. We are now addicted to the blizzards!

Ordered thru the drive thru and ordered 3 tacos. When I got it, the taco shells were wet and very soggy and faling apart. I could not eat it. Since I wasnt able to eat all day, not being able to eat the food I paid for just makes me so hangry 😤 😒

Food is always good, however, they mess up my order almost every time. Wrong drink orders, no bacon on salads, missing items all the time. Be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru. Not sure how you can mess up orders that often.

After their first week of opening their service has become very terrible. I have been there seven times since the grand opening and they have screwed up my order every time. It doesn't matter how many times I repeat my order and have them repeat it back to me they always forget something or do not make the order correct as ordered. They do make awesome blizzards though!
