Stopped by at the end of the day to pick up supplies for some goats that got messed up. They sold me what I needed gave me advice and even loaned me some tools to help. Top notch service very nice people that really do care. They really did everything they could to help in every way. Loaned me tools without even knowing who I am, just asked that I bring them back when I was done. Hard to find helpful people like that now days.

I called early on a Saturday morning for our barn cat that sustained some pretty bad injuries in an attack. When I called they were at breakfast and did not hesitate to help. They met me at their vet clinic (they beat me there actually) and were just so kind and knowledgeable. Vet Terry even called a few days later to check on the cats wellbeing. I've also been on multiple wait lists in FW to get this cat neutered and he said he would be glad to do it after he heals. It's good people like this that we need more of in today's world. They are amazing.

After a long bout with kidney failure, we brought our dog to Terry Vet clinic. We had made an appointment much earlier in the day for a 3:00pm appointment. When we arrived, we were told that Rocky Terry was working with someone on roof problems. My dog was given a morphine shot by his assistant which knocked my dog out in minutes. But we had to a while wait until Rocky came in from 'working on the roof' to complete the euthanasia. He puttered around the office, then when he finally came into the room he had to wander off to find clippers. When he was finally ready, he couldn't find the vein, more than likely due to the fact that he waited too long to give my dog the second shot. He tried 3 times and finally his assistant had to complete the euthanasia. In the process, Rocky manhandled the unconscious pup. Euthanizing a beloved dog is a traumatic experience. It should have been handled in a kind & compassionate manner. Instead it turned into a lengthy, horrific event.

Dr. Terry is a very sweet vet. Very caring. Some of his staff is not. Loved this place until they doubled prices after asking less than 24 hours before what my price would be. Very unprofessional on their part. Wish they didn’t do this but felt uneasy going back so we left.They charge $40 a SHOT (not including anything else) which is almost double everyone else. That is not worth going back.

Dr. Terry and his very capable staff have been caring for our pets for years. They are compassionate and treat both our pets and my family with love and understanding. Dr. Terry is reasonably priced and they take care to remind me of appointments and give great tips on keeping my animals healthy. We all know that it's the staff who make or break a practice and Dr. Terry's staff feel like family to me. They totally helped me on their off day. My moms dog got in a bad dogfight and my mom wanted me to see about it getting some pain meds because she didn’t know if he’d got in a fight or got hit by a car. He told me to assess the situation, and on arrival to the house, my dog was up and walking around, although gingerly. Got in a big fight with the neighbors dogs. We live in the country. Anyways, I really appreciate Terry Veterinary clinic, and I would rate them very highly. They don’t like for animals to suffer.

Dr. Terry and his staff were great. He work super fast and was clearly very knowledgeable diagnosed my cat within minutes of looking at him. Gave him a quick antibiotics shot and was able to send us on our way. In and out very quickly much appreciated. Thank you!

This Vet Clinic is the Best in 6 surrounding Counties. The staff is exceptional and Dr. Terry is an animal genius. They care about you as well as your pet! My dogs are like my kids and I drive them an hour to Dr. Terry because I trust that he knows what he is doing and cares about doing what's best for the animal.

Dr. Terry and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a bonus they’re right down the road from me. I had a sick kitty with a dental issue and they were able to fit me in to the schedule the same day. Since kitty had a late sedation, he wasn’t going to wake up before closing so Dr. Terry was so very kind to meet me after clinic hours so I could pick him up. I realize this may not be possible for everyone but I had such peace of mind with my cat home with me that night. Dr. Terry made me feel comforted knowing he genuinely cared for my pet. Their office might not be able to handle the most serious emergencies but this is Glen Rose and most emergency vets are in the city. That being said the staff were very professional, very kind and made sure my cat had the treatment he needed to feel better.

Dr. Terry and his amazing staff have always been there to treat and love on my dogs when we are in need. Dr. Terry takes the time to answer my questions, love on my dogs and treats them as if they are his own. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

We drove over an hour for our dog to be seen, she was hit by a car and her leg was torn open down to the bone and her Vet wouldn't see her in this emergency case. Dr. Terry and his staff was so wonderful, even though they were booked, he took her in and did surgery on her. I will drive the hour to take my pets to him. Very caring and wonderful staff.

Terry Vet Clinic has been the best vet clinic we have ever used. We will definitely use them for all of our pet's needs. Dr. Terry and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure all of our dogs get the attention they deserve. They make you feel as if you are a part of their family and it's their pet they are looking after. Very specifically, our smallest dog, Little Bit is diabetic and needs her insulin. I dropped the vile of insulin on a Sunday morning and I had texted Dr. Terry. He was willing to meet me at the veterinary clinic and let me purchase a vile. No other vet I have ever been to would even think of doing something like that. Thank you Terry Vet Clinic!

Great veterinary clinic! Dr Terry and his staff treated my dog for a copperhead bite and he is doing awesome now. He was not a very good patient but they took awesome care of him. I highly recommend Dr Terry and his great team!

We called Dr. Terry at 10:30am on a Sunday. He answered his emergency line right away and told us to head in, he would meet us at the clinic! Our dog sliced his eyebrow open on a barb wire fence (it was pretty nasty and he bleed profusely the house looked like a murder scene ) Dr. Terry made us feel safe and secure and had him stitched up in 30 minutes and out the door in under an hour! The most important part is that he took great care of our Charlie and to top it off he didn't charge us a ridiculous amount like a 24 hr emergency clinic would ($800-$1000) it was a fair amount and didn't leave us in a bind. He is a good, honest and professional vet who we would use as our primary vet if we lived close (we live in mineral Wells and we were visiting family in walnut springs) ! I would recommend Dr. Terry over and over again!! Thank you Dr. Terry!

Dr. Terry is hands down the best veterinarian around. He uses state-of-the-art digital x-rays and is a pioneer in the animal orthodontics field. He was find things other vets miss and keep your animal feeling happy and healthy. I bring all my pets to Dr. Terry and I've never been disappointed. Go and see for yourself what I'm talking about. From the moment I walked in, I just didn’t feel welcome. The girl at the front seemed to be having a personal conversation with another customer, which is fine. However, I’ve been in customer service for many years and a “hi, we will be right with you” goes a long way. My pup was there to get her first round of pup shots. When I was done, the same lady took my payment and was kinda snobby about it. After payment, there was no “have a great day” or anything. I try to be courteous even when people aren’t that way towards me, but I’ve decided to look for another vet. Turns out my pup is sick, so I’ve been taking her to Glen Rose Vet Clinic, and it’s been an awesome experience.

We love the folks at Terry Vet Clinic! A few years ago, our beloved Kelpie, Bo, got very sick & we immediately took him to Dr. Terry. He worked until Bo got well. What a relief! Dr.Terry & his assistants always get us in to see the doctor as soon as possible whenever we call, whether for a dog or a cow. And Dr.Terry makes house calls, too, for those animals too big to jump in the back of Ronnie's truck.

We recently moved to Glen Rose and we couldn't be any happier, pleased and confident in Doc Terry and his girls in the office. We are the proud parents of 2 toy size Yorkies (5lbs each), Rusty and Abby. Abby has spay incontinence and now because of Doc Terry she is off Proin! She is doing so much better, both physically and mentally. We are so very grateful to Doc Terry for his experience, knowledge and concern for the well being of our little fur baby. Our dog was dragging her front leg and it was swollen at the elbow joint. Dr Terry reviewed her x-rays and was certain nothing was broken, just a sprained joint. Mandy and Cara went over the medication directions with me and Dr Terry gave me tips to keep her comfortable until she heals. Their office and exam rooms are immaculate. If you are looking for a full service vet, this is the place.
