That’s family in there always giving me the best of deals and when I tell him I want to try out a new vape he goes out and orders it and puts it out on the shelves for everyone and also listens to his customers and will replace the brands they don’t like

Came in for some CBD and a delta pen… Effy was very helpful in finding exactly what we need. He knows what he’s talking about. If you need some vapes, CBD, or anything delta I would come here! Love this place.Update 3/30/24:Came in and bought something I had second thoughts about, came back and asked if I could exchange it for something else, and she said no returns or exchanges. Of course this is unfortunate, but then she immediately started being rude and short with me. Getting mad at me for no reason. I was calm and nice the whole time. If that’s how I’m treated here, why would I want to spend my money here? Same goes to you. I wouldn’t spend my money somewhere they aren’t interested in true customer service. If it makes them money, great, but they couldn’t care past that point. Trash. I’d spend my money at vice city down the street. Their shop is growing, and they always take care of my needs. Returns and exchanges included.

This place is the best in gladewater tx. Tobacco junction isn't the place to go anymore. There so much more expensive than vape and smoke center. The owner is awesome as well. It's a joy going in his establishment.

I choose to drive from Longview to Gladewater every week to get my product just for the product are worth to spend and the store is super clean and arranged customer service is superb and perfect Mohammed knows what he is talking about and is honest to his product I would recommend going to smoke center in Gladewater A real boom place for smokers

This is not a complaint, read it all...After not realizing this was the same place as the longview "smoke center"s, i stopped in here. I swore id never step foot into a store owned by them, and left a VERY heated, but true review on the longview location recently. That being said, the gentleman here, was professional, and he did not try to take me for a fool, sold me what appears to be a QUALITY banger for a good price, and did not push me into buying anything else. He did however mention me by name, and was trying to make things right. I acted like i didnt understand him, cause frankly its been a hard day and i didnt have it in me to discuss the previous experience id had. It was not the same guy i dealt with in longview, so maybe an owner or manager. regardless, i was much happier with this experience, and i will keep shopping at this Gladewater location when i need something. its very hard to find a good shop around here...

Came in on 9/19 to buy coils for a very old vape that leaked really bad, so that I can stop smoking again. I left with a beautiful new mod that is hand down the best I've used so far. The nilla bee juice i got is also amazing. The flavor out of this lost vape centaurus is awesome. Sooo much better than my old vaporesso. Thanks so much for suggesting this mod! First time in store. He was extremely helpful,sweet and respectful. Great customer service and I will definitely be back.

I very quickly became a regular. So happy we have a smoke center in gladewater. The store is great but Affy makes it my favorite place in town. He’s amazing. Until recently I liked this store, but my last visit the man tried to increase the price. Then I discovered one of the vapes I purchased was defective and leaking. We tried to exchange the vape as we paid for the same quality product that we had been getting, but the man refused to do us right. Will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

Hands down the owner of this store is amazing! He can answer any question you have and then some, great customer service and very clean. Highly recommend if you’re in town or close to Gladewater, they have everything you may need. Won’t go anywhere else after finding this gem, go check it out!
