Not impressed at all. After calling to verify that the Gladewater Goodwill would be excepting donations we drove 45 minutes only for them to tell us they couldn’t take any donations…… due to every excuse imaginable. not even knowing what we had….. several bags of new clothes…. Christmas gifts….. household stuff…. Electronics. It’s terrible that we couldn’t be a blessing to someone less fortunate because of a lady not interested in doing her job. I will say at least the other donation locations told us they couldn’t take any instead of lying.

This is a nice clean Goodwill. It is expensive like all of the rest of them nowadays but they miss some things & you can still get a great deal. The only bad thing I have to say is that someone has been smoking in that building and it reeks! It smells so so bad, I immediately got a headache walking in.

Mrs NANCY 🙌 really made this visit pleasant. Great customer service. Plan to be there more often just to see that beautiful energy she passed my way today. Not to mention the money I spent for the amount of clothes I got. Very happy with this particular goodwill. 🙏

They have taken the "good" out of Goodwill for me with their no-return policy. I shop for my elderly brother because he can't get to the store. Not allowing me to return items/clothes that don't fit makes it harder. The reason I bought the shoes was the employee assured me I COULD return them within 1 day. I regret the direction of the country lately.

This place requires a mask.. So I wouldn't shop here.looks very small and For a place that doesn't really help the community and gets it's stock free. Lame.. First place I've seen in months in Texas that requires a Mask.

This a great place to shop on a budget they have any and everything you might possibly want. The people that work there are so inviting, friendly, and helpful. The store is always clean and organized well.

I travel to Gladewater to see my son every summer. We always come to this store to look around. I have found something I love every time. It is truly worth the trip.

I like this goodwill always finding great stuff! the manager Nancy and a elderly lady in her 60s i forgot her name is very nice. Also another cashier with brunette hair is nice greeting and making you feel welcomed. Prices at this location are by far the best compared to kilgore. I can only say one bad thing the other manager is very rude when she’s having a bad day she takes it on customers. Not acceptable.

I've been going there for years and the prices have been steeply raising. If they want to keep their customers, they need to reduce their prices, if not people will just drive to Walmart and get everything new and cheaper. Staff is normally very nice. Store is normally clean and fairly organized.

Well I actually discovered a very expensive painting was listed for only 5 dollars :) but to find out it was worth 395 online just the copy :) I tried giving another lady a opportunity to buy it but she looked at me and said buy it and make some money and walked offLady at the counter was very nice and said she loved hearing about Jesus and encouragement, wich really blessed me alot always smiling and telling me about the diffrent sales

Workers were absolutely amazing, found a ton of clothes ( two of their large bags FULL) plus 2 pairs of shoes for $77 found plenty in my size ( which is kind of hard for me) and they had a buy 1 get 2 free on halloween costumes! Love going to the gladewater goodwill one of my favorite stores ( even against name brand stores!)

Thw atmosphere and the prices were excrllenr, the only thing i didnt like was they have a coed bathrom and it sits about 9 inches above the floor and my knees were past my ears when i sat on it .Its quite the challenge to get up when you hsve abtoken pelvis. Lol GREAT PLACE TO GO

Love this store! I've found some of the BEST things here around Halloween (including two pairs of gothic boots, one pair of which is expensive Demonia's, high quality wigs, and even a human hair wig once), fantastic bras/lingerie that weren't ridiculously priced, and they've never had the slightest issue when I've brought my Service Dog with me. One of the employees loves her, even!

Was told if we didn't wear a mask we had to leave.However they said they would sell one mask each for $5 each.Goodwill is no longer nonprofit but a for profit store. They ask you to round up( to the next dollar)even if your total is $10.02.No customer service.Bad place here.

Still Loved it... But just seen for their Black Friday and Thomas Train TrackFor $150....do you think the rich shop here??? Or could it be common folk who can't afford expensive things for Christmas.... WOW...... Yall need to regroup and come to grip with reality... Store was kept in a very neat and clean condition, staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We went to shop and were told my 3 and half year old son had to have a mask but then when we were there today we watched two women walk in with two little girls. The two women had masks but the two little girls did not and they were allowed in with no problems.

The store was smaller than many Goodwill locations but what they had made the place fairly full, and it was neat and well organized. The staff was friendly as well. I found several t-shirts.

Found some super cute clothes here. Good selection if your willing to take some time to go through the racks. Some times staff is friendly, sometimes they could care less. Doesn't really bother me either way

Staff is friendly and fun. The store is very clean and organized. The prices on some things are a litte high for Goodwill, but overall it's a great place to shop.

The store is clean, the staff has always been friendly, however, due to all of the Goodwill thrift stores raising their prices lately, I will move to shopping more on line and going to yard sales.

I remember when Goodwill was about helping people by keeping prices low. Clothes are more expensive than what I buy new on clearance racks now. 😒
