On 8.9.22 at noon the lady at the counter was extremely rude. Told me to back up from the register until she got ready to ring me up. She acted like she was not happy to have a job and went out of her way to be rude.

Store is packed with a lot of things. Luckily I found what I was looking for after going to 3 other stores. Whoever that blonde lady is, was not very nice. I did as instructed on a note taped to a bell and the lady piped up, 'I'm right here. Be there in a minute.' I turned around and she was on the computer. Feeling like I bothered her, I apologized. When she came around the counter to ring me up, no eye contact, no greet, no smile...usually not a big deal to me...but I tried to spark a conversation while she rang me up, and it was like talking to a wall. My first time there, and my last.

I have been there on 2 different occasions recently and their store hours claim they open at 9am. The first time i got there at 915 am their door was locked a lady came to the door and said she wasnt opening for 20 more minutes cause she had a truck and was by herself. The second time it was 905 am and the employee said i could come in but she wasnt gonna check anyone out for 15 more minutes. So i left. I will shop elsewhere as ive encountered other issues there with poor service as well.

We come here pretty often , but there is a older lady who works here who is super rude. I know some people are just unhappy in life but leave that at the house. Customer service is everything. She has NONE.

The gentleman that was cashier seemed bothered that he had to check me out. He was complaining about being short staffed. Also store hours say it closes at 9pm however for the past month it's been closed by 7pm.

I don't know why the manager was let go or fired but the store is not good like it use to. U very disappointed in the store now I'll go somewhere else to do business. Yall screwed up letting that older lady go big time!!!

The store was very cluttered and all the shelves looked like law enforcement had came in and conducted a very thorough search of the place and the staff wasn't very friendly at all.
