AFTER I POSTED THIS I READ THE REVIEWS FROM THE BOTTOM...OWNERS AND UPPER MANAGEMENT..THIS IS WHAT IM SAYING..HER MANAGEMENT..PLEASE GET RID OF THEM AND GIVE MANDI THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THE STORE TO SOME PLACE PEOPLE WANT TO GO. ..Just horrible.. I enjoy Mandi, she makes the atmosphere and shopping experience truly fun. Mandi is always friendly and professional. Personally I think she should be higher management. Compared to every other dollar store in town including the people that are management she definitely is the best. It is her and her alone that I continue to come to this store. I enjoy her personality. Her management could definitely learn from her .Mandi, keep smiling and shining.

Customer service is lacking here. Audrey is rude! Sorry we interrupted your phone and smoke time. Literally ignored me at the checkout even after I said hello how are you. Scanned my stuff with attitude. In a hurry to go back to smoke her cigarette. I guess i stopped at the wrong DG. Will keep that in mind next time.

The manager that was working tonight was very unprofessional my daughter went in there after she got off work to buy puppy food and the manager and a different customer was talking about my daughter and and where she worked at and when I called the manager out on it she wanted to say it was a joke I’m sorry but if you are a manager it does not matter that is no way to talk about your customer’s dollar general needs to do better when they hire there employees

This place is a mess and a joke every time I come in I just dropped all my product and didn’t even buy it because there are three employees working one of them standing behind the counter the other one actually checking everybody out and then one outside smoking weed. I loved Dollar General but this is the worst Dollar General I’ve ever seen and some reason I keep going back but not anymore there is another one in this city. This Dollar General just needs to be shut down

This store use to be beautiful! Everyone loved shopping here because it was clean! Now since the old manager left. You can't walk through the store! There are bins baskets carts and rollers ON EVERY ISLE!! It is completely trashed!

We shop here often. Easier to navigate because we don't have to walk as much as we do at Wal-Mart. They also have better prices on many items such as canned food, and they have a good assortment of $1 household items that are great if you're on a budget. Overall I prefer this store for quick trips due to their selection and convienience.

There is stock in every one of the Isle of the store. The lines at the register run all the way down in the isles.The product is never restocked prooerly.I literally hate going in there.The staff is slow.2 years ago It was a really nice place to to go.

The one on Hwy 80 is good, but the one on 271 going toward Gilmer, is horrible! They can't add, so didn't get the 70% off of beach balls I was to get, got .75 off each one instead. The manager was not any help either, as she couldn't even get my check to run though her machine, & had to take everything down to her register & start over. I will NEVER go in without cash again, & doubt I will go there again unless the other stores in town think they may have what I'm looking for.

Ok so you know how the Big Mac® looks on the commercial compared to when you drive up and get it,. That's kinda how the Dollar General is. O the pics. are so clean and spacious you could push that yellow buggy for aisles and aisles. In reality, if 2 or more cars pull up at the same time. Instant bottleneck at the front door. And what's up with the I.D. thing. They will card 80 year old ladies,.POWs of WW2, the vast of the breakfast club. I mean come on, 3 cars just pulled up I'm trying to get outta here before I get caught at the door.

The staff is friendly. The place is very clean very organized. The parking lot is huge so you have plenty of places to park and it is easy to maneuver. You have only one way in and one way out.

Pretty busy place, a lot of thing squeeze in that store.... Took me 15 min to find what I was looking for, regardless I ask for assistance and the lady have to ask another employee for help... Let me clear this, I don't shop often here, I was just looking for a tablecloth nothing fancy.... But for more my trip was OK...

$General is conveniet but aisles are 1 buggy wide & you have to go 3 aisles past your aisle to get around the freight & venders then if theres more than 5 customers it becomes claustrophobic.

Who doesn't love the great old Dollar general. That's all I love to go you store for a bunch of stuff I wasn't planning on getting. I really love the store and the staff.
