This is my favorite place for plants and trees. Its nkt huge or as large a selection as some places but they plants are always healthy and great prices.Jan 2024...I made my trip to grab onions then back today for fruit trees and soil...they tend to have those things before more places if you like to get an early start. As always pleasant and helpful. I really love our hometown smaller Ace over big box stores. Even if some things cost a little more it's worth smiling faces you've come to know and helpful people right handy.

Personnel are friendly and always helpful. I recently went to two plumbing stores, Home Depot and Lowe’s in search of anything that would fix a broken toilet flange. A Baileys employee gave me the time with a product and simple solution! when I was resigned to calling a plumber. Saved me $$ and time.

I go here often. The staff is always friendly and ready to help find the odd items I need to start or complete a project. They even keep treats for when a dog comes.

This place, along with all small hardware stores, is a bit more expensive than larger outfits, but . . . The employees at this location know their stuff when it comes to outfitting you with whatever you need for your project. The convenience of location and quality staff more than make up for the little extra you'll pay at big city stores. It's a great place!

For a small town, this hardware store is great. I am so glad they are close by. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. During the season, their selection of flowers is lovely and they are typically healthy plants.

This review is for one of the employees here. Audry Timmons. The world seems to have nothing noce to say anymore. However this review is how this man I feel literally saved a little fe this morning. Other than his great customer service, he constantly smiles and works hard. This man should be in the spotlight not only here but publicly. A car caught on fire blew up actually while he was at work across the street. It took 12 minutes for ems police and firetrucks to arrive on the scene. 12minutes. Yes 12. We timed them. This man grabbed a fire extinguisher and ran across the street from work and did the unthinkable. He stepped outside of his work to do what not many people do now. In this crazy world of insanity this man risked not only his life but his job to help another stranger out. I can not tell you how much this man changed my life on people and the way the world has become. I think this man is amazing and is definitely a role model people should strive to be more like .. that little old lady could have been much worse if he wouldn't have stepped up and done what he did . You sir, not only need to be in management position but also need a gold star for your bravery today... Wwjd. Exactly what you did today... Thank you from just another citizen. Happy memorial day . Had a return, to turn in my rewards application, and purchase some items. The lady running the register wasn't very friendly other than that I really enjoyed my visit! The other salesmen were coming up and asking questions about my puppy and prices were very fair for being a local hardware store!

Helpful staff, we'll organized store. Not the selection as your big box hardware stores, but that is the nature of the business. Super nice not having to drive all the way to longview when I need a new hose bib assembly. Pipe tape was right next to them too, for a quick trip.

As this is the only hardware store in town it is nice to have around. Ace typically has about anything I've wanted or needed. Thing I typically dislike is the prices, as they are generally higher priced than other hardware stores. Sometimes I find also the option or selections of choices are not near what I would like.I have found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable in products they do And don't stock. Place is also generally very clean and organized.

This place is a small town hardware store and the employees are the nicest people ever. You can get hellos and asked if you need help by everyone that's sees you. Always help for anything you may need. They have good sales and send you coupons for more money off in the mail when you sign up for the rewards.

This is the most amazing store!! It is hard to believe it is a small town hardware retailer as they usually have anything and everything you need. The employees are FRIENDLY, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help. Also, as a woman who gets sent to the store for her husband, I am glad to say that they send me home with the right stuff, which is always a good thing:):)

The employees at Bailey's have always been helpful. If they don't have something in stock, they will look to see if they can order it. I appreciate the fact that I can get help there which is difficult at some stores now.Sometimes they are higher on items, but sometimes they are lower. Often, prices are comparable to other hardware stores.

I am here every couple weeks buying chicken feed. Built a chicken coop in my backyard and found all the stuff I needed to complete it. Staff is very friendly, sucks they wouldn't hire me. I couldn't get a manager to even speak to me about my application when there were hiring signs everywhere and staff told me they were looking. I won't deduct stars for that, but felt I should mention it because I really wanted to join their team.
