This particular store is usually well stocked and well maintained. I even had employees ask me if they could help me.The parking lot was just rejuvenated. Resent renovation in other words.They are ready for Spring.

Stood in line for 30 minutes only to watch them open another lane and take people behind us first. Didnt give us an opportunity to move. Then there chip reader malfunctioned and they dismissed us so quickly, didnt give us a chance to even check what happened. Very rude. Won't go back. Lost my business. Over priced items with poor service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

I was shocked and amazed that this place had cashiers standing in the aisle waiting to check people out (like the old days). AND they were happy and friendly! I tried to take a pic but the pics didn’t show it well enough. Anyway the pics are attached.

The aisles were full of people and baskets. They were rude and some even blocked them and talked. The store was out of alot . There were employees filling pickup orders trying get through. The Cashier was really nice.

Best, friendliest employees, unlike any other Walmarts. Always plenty registers open and self check. Don't have as big of selection as what others do, and no in store bakery. But the small town grocery store vibe makes up for it, and can get your French bread at brookshires.

Experiment I had a theory, and I proved it. I went food shopping at Brookshires. Then, I went to Walmart online and scanned my products from Brookshires. Walmart was more expensive by $51. I get my paper goods from Amazon. Walmart was more expensive there to by $18. So my conclusion is Walmart the big box store is more expensive than Local family owned grocery store. I have now erased any news for Walmart.

Very nice Walmart. Clean bathrooms. Good fresh produce. I had to stay overnight in my RV because I cannot drive at night. They were super nice and let me do that. I bought a portable heater and some other odds and ends.

Called the pharmacy at 1:22, they answered after about 3 minutes and put me on hold for about 15 minutes and assumed they forgot about me like they often do so I hung up and called back and it said they were closed for lunch..

UPDATE: I noticed soon after my previous review, I no longer find anyone sitting at the entrance to the garden center. I hope my voice was well heard, and if so, I thank God someone had the heart to change his circumstance. He does still work there; I saw him attending a different area of the store...inside where it is much cooler.Previous review: So inhumane!!! They have an overweight elderly gentleman sitting outside at the entrance of the garden department ALL DAY DURING "EXTREME HEAT WARNING" WEATHER!!!! WITH NO FAN!! I asked him how he stays cool, and he says he uses a wet washcloth...all the while his face is bright red from being too hot!!! The heat index has reached 115⁰ and they have him sitting near the hottest part of their establishment...the parking lot!! The heat reflects off that pavement right onto him!!! I don't know who the store manager is, but i am sure he wouldn't want to do that ALL DAY LONG!!! Even livestock is treated better than they treat him!! 😡

Terrible customer service in the fitting rooms! I asked a short older white lady if we could get assistance and she rolled her eyes then got up. Next lady that helped us let 2 people go in next stall, but looked bothered when me and my sister went in together. Had a terrible attitude. It was on July 7 at 7pm. She also opened the door while we were changing. Never using the fitting rooms here again

This location is always out of stuff. Several times I have looked up items online to see if I can pick up in the store and it says they have it, but when you get there, it comes up out of stock or can be delivered to the store days later. I understand it is a super small store compared to all the other locations, but their shelves in this location are almost ALWAYS empty when we come in. This time it was cases of water bottles, last time I was in, they had hardly any party supplies, and a time before they were completely out of the mascara I was looking for. On the food aisles, there's always several empty shelves. I don't know if they just don't have the help to put items out, or if it's an ordering problem, or what the deal is, but it's so frustrating we don't even stop anymore, we just go on into Longview.
