Completely disappointed with the serviceman in the back section where you get your tools repaired. I took my two blades, he said they're old which they are not but only dirty and rusted. I also a few years ago I took my lawnmower so he didn't want to repair it either you need to train these people.

I had a pipe burst, and was frantic finding the parts I needed to get the job done. I called B&S, and got the much needed help I required they even made sure the part I needed was already ready at the front counter for me. I highly recommend them, definitely made a difficult situation easier.

These guys and gals are fantastic! They don't talk down to you when you don't know what you need to fix a problem. They have suggestions and help figure out the easiest way for you to get what you need without making you feel like a dummy. That puts them way above Lowe's and Home Depot.

Awesome place with awesome people. The customer support from every employee is great. I go there many times a week and sometimes daily. They usually have what I need and typically can tell me up front if they have it or not. Ray is the best. Shelia knows her paint. The counter ladies are always a delight to see.

Went into the store for the first time because my local store didn’t have any drywall fill , anyways I also decided to take a look around the store because I’ve never been there. As I started to look around to see what they had and wasn’t even 5 minutes in there and a African American employee kept asking me if I needed help with something multiple times and I mean like 5 times and I said no thank you ! and it kinda made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel like they thought I was stealing or something and the last time he kinda said it with an attitude and didn’t even get to look around comfortable I been to many stores and looked around comfortable with out someone making me feel like I’m stealing or something and this is the first store where I have felt like that. To be honest won’t ever be going back to this store

Convenient and close. I tend to go to tractor supply first but many times wind up here anyway. They're prices are sometimes my issue BUT they seem to always have what I need when no one else does. And so far I mean always. Even what I need today that no one else in the area has, yes this store has it. It is more expensive than the lowes i called, but!!! I'm saving 40 to 50 miles round trip by buying here. Thank you for always having what I need.

Great hardware store,they are always willing to help. They carry a lot of different items and a lot of them are better quality and cost less than at Walmart and Lowe's. Don't drive to Longview until you check them out. You will be pleased.

I got a zero turn mower from B&S in Gilmer and it has been a god one. I spoke with the salesman and he was able to answer all the questions I had regarding this mower. The staff is friendly and very helpful and its seems that they will go above and beyond to make their costumers happy.

I have just moved to Gilmer area in the last year and B&S Hardware has been a pleasure to work with . Chad and Stanley two of my favorites to work with . All the girls up front at the register are nice. I have had made some big purchase from B&S and had some problems beyond B&S hardwares Control and they stepped up and made things right and made a customer out of me .
