Dr. Cherie Nazzal and her entire staff are amazing. They took care of our Bodie on a walk in basis on a Saturday morning. He had a bad tooth hurting him and the entire team was very understanding and compassionate about taking care of our little man. They were able to get him taken care of and put my worried tired mind at ease. We are forever grateful for this amazing Veterinarian and her staff.

The lady vet has been taken care of mine and my families dogs she docks my dobermerman litters tailes starting from 1-3 days old she's help me keep my big daddy dapper dan alive till he was 18yrs old him mother was 20 yrs old the lady vet treats all may dogs from young to old

They deleted my last review but please don't take your babies here... She killed my cat and refuses to let me get him so I can bury him... Half the bill got paid and still refuses to let me get Prince my cat... Hospitals don't do this to your love ones!!! My cat deserved better than what this place has shown and done to us.

Small but equipped Country Animal Hospital. Has a walk-in clinic most days of the week. Pet boarding is available. Friendly, respectful and caring. Driveway and parking are less than optimal.

We have been taking our fur children to Dr Cherie for years. I have never been turned down when I call, with what I feel, is an emergency. The staff will always work me in. Staff are polite, professional and caring. We had to send one of our adopted, older dogs over the rainbow Bridge. Neither my husband or I could lift him to take Lucky to the office. Dr Cheri and a staff member came to the house, sat with me on the floor and explained the procedure fully. I got to hold him close, talk to him while he went comfortably to sleep. Then, we all cried. She and her staff truley care for animals. Prices are very reasonable for all the hard work they so and the amount of time spent with her "patients". Trustworthy. Kind. Compassionate. You can not find better care and she does a great deal of free work no one ever heard of. Blessed to have her for our vet and friend.

They made us feel like our pet was their baby to help us with everything we needed. Very friendly. Very welcoming. Best experience in any vet situation I've ever had. They even have a sonogram machine from Longview regional medical center to look at our babies babies! So impressed!

Drive almost 50 miles to go to Dr Cherie. Couldn't ask for better care for our furry children. She loves all animals and her concern for them and their parents shows. Her staff are all great! I refer everyone to her every chance I get.

Cherrie Nazzal is the best vet I've ever had. She actually cares about your furry family members and not just what money she makes from them. She has been there for us when we needed to have a beloved pet put to sleep, as well as when a family friend's puppy had parvo and needed round the clock treatment. She even taught me how to dock my own puppies' tails personally. She remembers all their names and personalities and truly befriends them all. All my animals love her. The pricing is excellent and she has even set up payments for me in the past. Be sure to make an appointment, though! I'm not the only one who adores this place, and it's usually packed. If you're going to entrust your pet's life to someone, let it be someone who cares about them as much as you do.

Very disappointed!!! I have never had anything but wonderful service here... Until now. My Great Dane suffered some lacerations to his throat, from a fight with another dog, that resulted in severe swelling of his throat and face. I called Dr. Cherie's office at which time I was told that there were no available appointments and I should flush the wound as that was all they were going to do. I was advised that I could bring my pet in on the following day (Friday), but I had to work. Now, several days later, my dog is so weak from not eating that he can barely stand, so I called Dr. Cherie's office again. I was told that I could have brought him Saturday (which was never offered in the previous conversation). They have insisted that I bring him in to be seen at this point even though I explained his present condition and weakness. I asked them how I am supposed to load a dog who weighs as much, if not more, than me by myself. I was basically told not their problem, they would have to see him. So, I'll find a way to get him loaded up, but I WILL NOT be bringing any of my animals back to your office.

Love the staff here! After going through so many vets, we were finally able to find this place where they accurately diagnosed my Rottwieler and were able to help him! I was so scared I would lose my baby but the team here was so caring and thorough! They diagnosed and treated him, even sat and explained in detail his condition. When he had a flare up the next day they saw him again and treated him again without charging me nearly as much as they could have. You can really tell they care!

I had gone to spencer vet and I was turned away. Thank you spencer vet for turning me away. I met some of the nicest people that really care for animals.
