This dollar general has always been sub-par, hower this morning was just unacceptable. Went into the store and the associate there didn't even acknowledge us. Onces we got what we had came for we went to the register. We waited about 5 minutes then called out if anyone was there to check us out. We got no response and waited another 2 minutes then called out again. After another minute the lady came up and said rudely "are you the one yelling" i noticed she didn't have a name tag and had a bluetooth headset on. She was very rude throughout the transaction even telling us if we didn't like it we could shop elsewhere. After finishing the transaction she yelled at us as we were leaving that we were not allowed back in the store. I have contacted corporate on the matter and am waiting to hear back.

I was in car waiting for husband to get a couple things in store and notice a little girl trying to get out the door, but she didn’t know that the door wasn’t working and she needed to use the other door. She went back into the store and let the clerk know. The clerk walked out with her, watched her until she got into the car, and waved at whoever the little girl was with in the car. I just had to know her name so I could put out a shoot out to her. So I went back to find her. I finally found her in the back room working. She was taken back by me asking her name and when I explained to her why she was so kind and sweet and thanked me for letting her know. Her name is Andrea. Just wanted to share this act of kindness! Very sweet!!

Staff is okay, but the store is NOT wheelchair friendly. I am paralyzed from the waist down and must use a wheelchair. I found it very difficult to maneuver around stacks of boxes in the aisles. There is simply not enough room for a wheelchair without having to constantly bump into something. I received more help from other shoppers than i did from the staff.

Oh my...store was in total disarray. Stuff was everywhere. Seemed to be no organization at all. The place was just old and shabby looking. The line was long and just very slow. Of course there was only one checker. But she seemed very nice so it was not a total loss.

Not good at all!! Employees followed us around the whole time we were there shopping for my kids birthday party! Every time we've been there they've done the same! Very uncalled for!!

Bathrooms were hard to find. There was no cashier for awhile and there were mosquitos in the store biting me
