Auto Department sucks!!! For an oil change they took 4 hours!!!!! When I ask the guy at the door why so long for a 15 min job he replied, "Its normal for Walmart to take that long its WALMART people work slow" Some photos in attachment how buy they were.

Don’t come get an oil change thinking it’s gone be in the order they checked you in cause you’ll be highly disappointed. I went shopping 30+ minutes, my car was still sitting there while they worked on the vehicle clearly checked in after mine. I don’t care how much cheaper they are, they definitely lost a customer in me. I don’t care how many workers they got or what somebody wanna get done, they should communicate things like that to their customers. They are truly getting worse and worse. You’ve been warned!!

I shop here every week and have an enjoyable experience.Everyone is very nice, good service. However, I shopped here today & while checking out I couldn't find my card. I asked if they could hold my groceries & was told yes.I raced home got my card, raced back.....& my cashier said sorry your groceries have all been put back on the shelf.Very disappointed! 😲🙁

This walmart is usually clean and well organized. I do not usually have issues finding items and if something does not have a tag employees are quick to assist with getting the correct price. I have not ever had to wait more Ethan a few minutes for a cashier.

This Walmart was easily accessible with my RV for resupplying the essentials.I especially appreciated the ability to have a safe place to stop for the night in my RV since I was just passing through. Although I was not the only RV staying overnight, there was plenty of space for me to park out of the way of other traffic and shoppers. Surprisingly, it was a quieter overnight than the campground I had been at the previous night!Thanks so much Walmart for continuing to share your large lots to people passing through! I always need something in my trip so you always seem to have whatever I need.

This is the cleanest and nicest Walmart I have ever been too. The parking lot is very busy, but people in the area seem polite, and let you cross into the store without fearing getting hit...a little slower pace. Amazing selection. Was a nice experience shopping.

I had 3 watches from my grandpa. That I wanted to get battery’s for. The lady said they don’t have battery’s and that since it’s not a Walmart watch they won’t help a customer fix it who’s willing to pay. Cause they are afraid to mess it up. Sounds light excuses rather than solutions for a willing paying customer. Will be going to a different jewelry store. Thank you Walmart you just lost a customer forever.

Typical Walmart. It's generally stocked we'll and has everything we need. I would not, however, recommend going here if you're looking for any kind of hardware. That department typically appears ignored, poorly stocked, and a general mess. I'd suggest making a second stop at the hardware store next door. Photos from my last visit included.

Every time I have to come to this Walmart, I’m reminded of why I hate it so much. Incorrect signage posted, rude and judgmental employees, and disorganized shelves. The employees are truly the worst - a bunch of half-dead retirees on a power trip who seem to really enjoy making younger people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. But I guess if that’s the goal, you’re killing it, Mary!

Unfortunately, my order was not only delayed but had mistakenly doubled my order, already charged it and said I had to get refunds from an 800 number, i.e. not in the store. Frustrating experience as we were looking for luggage for upcoming trip.

Just called the bakery department. Asked about the custom cakes that you can order and see online. Was told "We have cake online?" "We don't no customize" and my favorite "We don't have cake" so I guess Walmart bakery doesn't know they sell cakes. This store (Georgetown, Tx) has the worst employees. They give zero Fs about their jobs. I sincerely hope this Walmart gets shut down and completely revamped with better management and employees... better stocking would be great too. Highly do NOT reccomended.

Needed def fluid bad and the worker turned me around and said they were closed even though it was 1055pm today. Pretty effed up considering I would’ve only taken 2 mins to grab the fluid and be gone. Not happy at all.

The Optical center inside this walmart Is fantastic. Specifically Analee and Jayno* sorry if I misspelt yalls names. They were immediately helpful explained the risks of having my glasses adjusted when I didn't buy them through walmart.Can't say how grateful I am and they earned a customer.

Ripping people off on water charging the same for 20oz Sam's choice water 12 pack as they do for a 28 pack of the same if they rip you on one thing will rip you on other stuff so BEWARE if you shop check the price on every thing. The reason for one star is could not post if i didn't give any.

Almost nothing is properly labeled with a price and often times in the wrong place on the shelf/rack.I saw another customer asking an associate to scan a tag for the price. She told him to download the WalMart app and scan it himself. He didn't speak English and she reluctantly scanned it for him.I also needed to scan an item, it was obvious that I was waiting for her to scan his item. She turned to walk away and I had to politely ask her twice to scan my item.I don't like going to WalMart because of the rude associates, messy stores, self checkouts with an associate watching like a hawk to make sure I'm doing their job correctly.

Went to exchange the batteries in my truck due to them being less than year old. I have a 3 year warranty on them. Guy tells me they can credit me 40$ towards the purchase of a new set. I drive a diesel so it requires 2. He told me that my batteries have been exchanged according to the serial number and that may be. But I know that I never exchanged them. So be careful, they may be putting returned batteries back on the shelf and selling them as new. Your warranty will be void. Needless to say, I left the new ones and will go buy mine somewhere else. Second issue, automotive guy is very argumentative, and disrespectful. I own a hauling company, and I have at least 10 vehicles I buy batteries for yearly and Walmart used to be my go to. But no more. Way too many negatives at Walmarts these days. I do believe I’ll just start ordering from somewhere else.Terry

I do curbside at Walmart frequently and it’s always seamless. Also, this round, Pepe brought me a little pack of goldfish too. Hardworking team, great location, and using curbside has been awesome the last few months! Thanks Wally World.

This Walmart and is staff both need an adjustment. I work across the street and shop here weekly for both work and personal and there is always a problem with the staff. Today someone with earbuds in refused to help people looking for birthday cards and the couple was nearly shouting to get this associates attention. I felt I had to step in and guide them to the cards bc your own employees don’t care too. As well as the receipt checkers upfront they are terrible and the rudest people you have working for you.

Bakery review.Placed an order for a custom cake. The bakery staff had no clue about custom orders. But somehow placed an order for pickup the next day. Received a call from baker next day only to change the 8” inch cake to 1/4 sheet cake.At the time of pickup, none of the bakery staff had any idea about the order. They kept saying that there was no order on my name. An hour discussion and cross checking later, the baker enters saying they noted a different pickup time.After all this, cake tastes weird and it was literal ice. Absolute disaster! Never order cakes here

They are very difficult, do not communicate. I order Christmas photos 3 days ago on the first day they told me to come back in 30 minutes but the next day would be better to come back and pick up the photos. I came back the next day and they told me that their machine was broken and they don’t know when it’s going to be Back up again they didn’t give me no timeframe That night I got a text message to come pick up my photos after they’re ready and I came the day after(3rd day) Telling them my name and what kind of photos I have and they cannot find my photos after a while they came up and said nobody reset it The photo print so I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Very frustrating not organized company.

This store is nothing less than a joke!We have ordered our groceries here for over a year. Usually missing items but I guess you cannot moan too much as they always credit us.This last delivery totalled $352, this is a usual weekly shop.This time our just over 100 items were split into (wait for it) FOUR separate deliveries over 5 days. So, 82 items arrived by door dash 1 hour 30 minutes late because the driver had to wait at the store 2 hours to be loaded. I know this is correct because the driver called me appollogizing while waiting at the store.The mailed items included food and cleaning materials. The attached picture shows the gigantic box with a few items in it. Bleach is mixed in with food items which I would assume is illegal. Food packets are split open with the contents loose in the box.On trying to call the store, they obviously did not want to know or care as they just cut the call off before I couldn't even tell them what had happened. This is totally unacceptable and as a consequence, we will never shop at Walmart for groceries again. That is around $1500 a month they have lost. We will now be shopping at Amazon Fresh! Walmart will not exist if this is a sample of their customer service.

Water department suck! When you pick up your order, you need to double check how many items you have. if unavailable item, manager doesn't solve your problem. Just Pushing from one department to another.

I have only visited this Georgetown Walmart a couple of times. I like that every department is clean and the staff is helpful. My new Walmart home,yes I prefer the grocery selection over other retailers.

Just a typical Walmart. Store was fairly clean and organized. Employees are just there. None of them were helpful or friendly . Our cashier barely acknowledged our presence as we were checking out. This location seems to have more registers open than other Walmarts.
