All I can say is do not be in a hurry when you go to this walgreens. Even with no one in line, you still have to wait. You get calls and texts to say your prescription is ready. You go up there with their ridiculous wait lines to find you don't have a prescription. This place is overloaded in the pharmacy. They need better help.

Literally the nicest pharmacy employees ever. My doctor accidentally sent my medicine to the wrong Walgreens. I called what I thought was the pharmacy but it was a call center and they said they were going to transfer both but did not, they only transferred one. I felt so defeated, because the call center told me it would be ready in 24 hours. Before I could even say anything they IMMEDIATELY said but don’t worry we will get it over here right now and I will have it ready in about 10 minutes. Just the best feeling in the world. I wish people would leave more positive reviews instead of always negative. I have no idea how they are a 3.3 on google but it’s definitely 5 star service.

Maybe it's a Walgreens thing. I can easily see corporate saying: "let's start offering all these additional services, add a drive-through, but don't hire additional staffing for it to save money."This was visit was for my second shingles jab. Just like my first visit to a different Walgreens -- they didn't have my screening available that I completed online beforehand, and as I waited (in both visits), I watched the pharmacist running back and forth, poking on the computer, being constantly called for "consults", in the back doing whatever, helping out at the drive-through, completing paperwork, AND giving shots. ONE pharmacist on duty! It was exactly the same for my first shot. Oh, AND they can't make mistakes. I actually felt bad for them, in both instances. I think Walgreens is setting themselves up for failure. The burnout rate for pharmacists must be incredible. Took me almost an hour to get my jab -- and I was early for my appointment I made online.

Male that answered the phone asked for my information i told him i was checking on my prescription and wanted to verify my doctor had called in my refill since the other three walgreens had the medication out of stock.He said that he couldn't tell me if my doctor had called in my medication and he couldn't tell me if the store had the medication in stock the doctor had to call and ask if the store had the medication in stock.I laughed and said how many doctors do you talk to everyday that call to check if you have the medication in stock? He said he couldn't tell me that information. I said of course you can't because doctors have other things to worry about and that's why they ask there patients for help with locating the medication and so the doctor only has to send to the location the patients verified for them. It called teamwork or working together.My doctor helps over 300 patients per month and I can assure you that he trust and relies on his patients for help and that's why I have been a patient for over 8 years and don't hesitate to help when I am asked.Prescription was ready and I paid for the Prescription and showed up to pick up the prescription and they said it's now canceled and on backorder. And it's been on backorder.How can something be on back order back yet you charge my credit card $48.Now I have to wait 3-5 which will really be 5-7 days because of this week being a holiday!Ever since the covid situation and shortage staff and storage medication walgreens pharmacy continues to fail there customers.Moving all my family's medications to a private pharmacy and not using businesses corporate pharmacy anymore!!!!Walgreens doesn't know what team work is and honestly I don't think they ever will. Won't wait anymore of my time using there company for my family and my medication.

Nice and clean pharmacy right near Sun City gates.The pharmacy has play a role of a corner store for community bear buy abd offers prescription, otc medication, home and office goods and wide selection of food (nothing special, but good enough).Because the pharmacy close to senior and adults living community there are plenty of goods for this age group needs.

I have now had 3 experiences as a pharmacy customer at this specific location. (Del Web and Williams dr.) I would give the overall only 2 stars because it has been either a hit or a miss when speaking to the techs about my prescriptions.Today, though, let me tell you!!I called in today to refill one of prescriptions and a man answered the phone in a semi normal way, but still not like the other employees who work around him.I then told him my name and that’s it!The man did not even leave room for hesitation! He very coldly responded, (without even asking for my DOB!)”Nope, no scripts here for you! No scripts in that name!”I decided this was odd so I asked him his name. He called himself “Wilson”, and I told him to put me on the phone with another employee. Well, he put me on hold….I eventually hung the phone up, and private called back. Somebody very nice answered this time, and imagine that! My prescriptions were actually ready!!! AND to top it off, y’all there is not a Wilson who works at this location!Sorry for the long review, but posing as a Walgreens pharmacy tech?!?#Nonsense.#End.IT.<3 Haley

Terrible experience today. I had to go there because they didn’t deliver our medicine yesterday that was paid for through app and when I asked why it wasn’t delivered the young white female spoke over me without listening to my question. All I heard was that was my coworkers problem I didn’t work yesterday. She could have been kind or decent or an I don’t know would’ve been suffice but she just was condescending and rude and yelled at me walking away. Great job Walgreens! She should be fired or train your people to be respectful and kind.

My doctor prescribed medication. I received a text that it would be ready for pickup at 10:30am. My husband went to pick up the prescription just to to be told that they did not have the medicine. After having to call around to several different pharmacies I had to call my doctor who then informed me that she called back to this Walgreens as they had the ability to order it to pick it up next day. The pharmacy representative was very rude and did not mention that the medicine could be ordered and had a basic sorry about your luck attitude her name was Sarah. I called to confirm that they ordered the medicine per my doctor's request and the person on the phone was just as rude. Again today my husband called to check to see if it was in and the pharmacy representative kept interrupting him. They have the worst customer service at this location and after today I will go to another location or pick a different pharmacy.

Hands down the WORST pharmacy. The pharmacist are rude and can never seem to get it right. They call you to let you know that your prescription is ready, only for you to arrive to pick up and it isn’t actually ready!! Please do your homework and DO NOT get your prescriptions sent here.

Called to ask when I could pick up a prescription and the pharmacist at the store who answered my call spoke to me like I was an idiot for asking that question, rather than simply telling me the date it was to be filled she talked to me like a child in math class, "well if you picked it up on the 1st and 28 days from then is...." after which they actually laughed. No should be made to feel stupid for asking a question in any situation but when it comes to a professional in the healthcare field, it was really disgusting to be spoken down to like that.

They never have my prescription refill that is on auto refill. its always delayed, I am beyond frustrated. I use this as a thyroid medication and require it due to no thyroid. Literally every time I refill it I have this issue. I will be transitioning my prescriptions elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever used. We only use them because they are on our insurance provider list when others aren't. The staff there is RUDE and talk over you. Tell you that you have to call physician's office for refill permission when I know that isn't true. They can fax a request to the physician but they just don't bother. They mess up your prescriptions - I once left a bottle with the prescription label on it there for refill and it disappeared and no one knew what happened to it. Took several days to get all that straight. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!!!!

I know this Walgreens Pharmacy had more negative reviews than it does now.I am the idiot for thinking that surely my poor experiences are isolated. Today I am done with this Walgreens. I like Walgreens but this Walgreens pharmacy is very poor performing. I have had many problems. Problems are fine but it is how they are handled. The folks at this pharmacy do not care about the customers and their mistakes cause customers grief. I live 20 miles away from anything. Their mistakes cause me to have to make inconvenient trips. I can even handle that if I thought they cared. I am going out of my way to go to alternative pharmacies to save time and headaches.My wife and a random person I met have the same experiences and complaints as me.

The pharmacy is absolutely awful!! I have given them 18 months of chances but they still can’t get it right. They do not value your time. They will mess up your orders and then make you go to the end of the 15 person line to wait for them to get it right. Go to Randall’s or Liberty Pharmacy if you want your time or business to be valued.

Walgreens Drive Thru on Williams has gone from good to bad. Consistently there is no one at the pharmacy drive-thru window. Keep in mind this Walgreens is catering mostly to Sun City folks and I am watching cars drive up and wait for a few minutes and when no one appears they drive off. Also, the phone tree for Walgreens is AWFUL needs an overhaul. There should be a ring back feature once a call is answered. Pharmacy staff tells patient they have to call their doctor for a renewed prescription, which I know is not correct, when your doctor tells us to call the pharmacy.

I have never had any problems here and I come here often. They open registers if lines start forming. The cashiers are friendly, but I am friendly to them. I"ve never seen an employee be rude or unfriendly. I have checked out at the cosmetics register with no problems. There is a high amount of retired and elderly that shop here, and one must be patient with them, both as cashier and customer, both when checking out and while shopping. To be fair I have not used the pharmacy which is why I am giving 4 stars. To the lady who gave the store a one star, it's not the store's fault that a product was discontinued. Sounds like Walgreen's headquarters is really where your difficulty lies in getting a refund - not this store.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Pharmacy is very understaffed. Today I stopped to pick up a prescription for my husband and there must have been 20 people in pharmacy line.I left I don't have that kind of time. I had to stop in at Walgreens six times to get my inhaler filled last week. A different problem every stop. Getting prescriptions filled here is a full time job. I am transferring all my prescriptions to McClure's which you can do online on McClure's website. At McClure's I have experienced fast service and the PHARMACIST knows me by name and has my prescriptions ready the first time I stop to pick them up. I am out of Walgreens. Walgreens also filled my husband's prescription under our son's name. Our son lives in Milwaukee and called us very upset about a prescription he should not have known about. Walgreens neglected to check names and birth dates.

Their "cash rewards" program is a fraud. They do NOT honor what is printed on your receipts as "available" rewards to use toward your next purchase. This company engages in deliberate fraud. Take your business elsewhere. As it is, the pharmacy is incompetent, the products on the shelves are very overpriced, and the staff are indifferent. Perhaps they're trained to be that way so Walgreens accomplishes "institutionalized incompetency." They've succeeded!

The pharmacy service at this Walgreen’s is very slow and some of the clerks and pharmacists are downright unfriendly and don’t appreciate the store’s customers. I have waited in line for 20-25 minutes or longer several times and the clerks and pharmacists never seem to care how long people are waiting. When I complained the last time, the pharmacist with white hair turned the microphone off and walked away. His attitude was he could care less how long people waited for their medicine.

This Walgreens location is horrible for prescriptions. I first went there and found out the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2:00. So second time I go at 4:30. I waited 30 minutes only to be told it wasn't ready because there was supposedly some problem with drug interaction...with what...they didn't say...only that it would be 20 minutes more. Never again. This happens a lot here. Next time it's HEB pharmacy for me.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went into store and placed a cosmetic product order several months ago. I paid for it when it was ordered. To make a very long story short, product was first backordered, product discontinued, and several months later I still don't have a refund. Every visit to the store and every phone call I got a different excuse. It wasn't a big amount but I still should get reimbursed.

I get my prescriptions here. Usually a line that takes awhile to get meds but at least staff are helping customers. Most techs are good but there's one guy, his name escapes me, but he is probably the best tech I've ever come across. He knows everything and resolves issues quickly.

Going in person to pick up prescriptions usually goes well. I don't mind the lines much. However, talking on the phone with the pharmacy is a really terrible experience. Very short on the phone and rude.
