Customer service does not exist at this Walgreens. Interacted with 3 different employees and all avoided eye contact and spoke to us as if we had asked them to hand over their first born. If you hate human interaction so much you probably shouldn’t work a customer facing job. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy, keep shopping.

Walgreens booty crossing Georgetown Tx has put my 92 yo mother in danger by not sending her a new heart drug for 2 days..they sent to Dallas for it..WHY??!! Still hasn’t received it…Argggh…She has no car…at the mercy of their incompetence

I would avoid this store. I went there to pick up my script and the drive thru was 3 cars long, and I think 🤔 is not too many cars And I spend almost an hour And they are so rude!The customer service at this Walgreens is horrible.

This Wal Greens needs new Everything. Most of the employees are very rude. New management would be great to. The cashiers are not trained properly. They don't seem to know how to work the register.

I’m a manager at a wholesale establishment , these pharmacy techs have wonderful customer service , have to name Jennifer, Jarod they always 100% have amazing customer service even with the disadvantages the endure everyday of being short handed and they still put on wonderful customer service . I have seen customers just plain rude to these pharmacy techs because the have to wait an extra 30 minutes for their scripts, and the employees continue to have great customer service . I know for a fact any where in town every pharmacy is slammed , understaffed and have long lines . These pharmacy employees are doing in amazing job and need to be recognized by Walgreens !!!

Pharmacy is too busy and pharmacist is going to make a mistake. Put a 12:15 appointment that arrived at 12:30 in front of my 12:00 appointment. It never registered when I told him, he just said sorry, we are busy. This was the 3rd time for a flu shoot. First time, the refrigerator broke, second, they were just closed, and this was my third...I just walked out after waiting for an hour...

Corporate has ruined this pharmacy. Faces change constantly, mistakes are made. What other store closes mid day for lunch???? They need more techs!! They are trying, but can’t keep up. When people feel bad, there should be no waiting in long lines just to spread illnesses. Drive through? Forget that. Lines too long.

I'm sad to report that the positive experiences I had here a few months ago have been overshadowed by the rude and dismissive treatment I have recently received by the pharmacist at this store. He made light of my life-and-death situation multiple times, when he could have just as easily shown sympathy and a wish to be more helpful.

I am a pharmacist. I called this Walgreens to get transfers for a patient. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before the line was answered. When I requested to speak to the pharmacist, the technician said it would be a while. I asked for how long and can the pharmacist call me back or fax me and the technician hung up on me. Train your staff better. You are delaying patient care. I tried calling the main line too and apparently no one in any other department could answer the phone either.

Drive thru time is 45+ minutes. I understand that it takes longer to administer Covid tests but taking longer than 30 minutes to do this for each patient is ridiculous. They schedule their test online, you know they are coming. Have the supplies ready before hand. Work on being better prepared and better equipped to cut down your turnover time.

I would avoid this store. I sent my sister in to pick up my script because the drive thru was 6 cars long. She was handed a script and told the amount. When she got back to the car I realized she had picked up the wrong medication and I got in the drive thru immediately. Once up to the window the person inside closed the blind and put a sign out for lunch (I was the last car in line.) Through the speaker she told me she had a 12 hr shift and needed a lunch break. I understand, but this needs to be resolved! She told me to come back after 2pm. When I returned they wouldn't take the other meds back because I left the pharmacy. I DID NOT LEAVE THE PHARMACY! I got in their drive thru line! The other script was $162. Sorry, ma'am. Next time tell your sister to verify the script. Um, no, that's your job.I'm going to CVS. Walgreens no longer cares about their customers. (Or their reputation, it seems.)

The pharmacy employees at this location have been extremely helpful to me and my family members. One pharmacy tech stayed with me on the phone for almost 30 minutes to help find the lowest cost medication for my needs. I’m so appreciative.

Had everything I went for. People were very polite and did drive through for prescription pick up. I had to turn in two more. She said it would take about 20 minutes. We told her we would do some shopping and pick it up inside. That way those behind us would be able to do their pick up. She was happy with that.

We had a covid PCR-test at this location and we got there 15-20 minutes earlier and we went to the drive-thru line ( There were 4 cars ahead of us)After waiting for about 1 hour and 40 minutes when it was finally our turn, the manager told us that they're going to get lunch and when we asked if we can wait there for them to come back they said no and basically there was no way for us to keep our spot. We were told to leave and then comeback to the wait line after 30 minutes . This is not an acceptable behavior and considering the situation of someone who is sick makes it even worse! Very bad experience. I understand that they were short-staffed but it is lack of management that cause the costumer to wait for nearly 2 hours and yet no service provided. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I absolutely love this location. The pharmacy always had my medicine refilled and ready before I ran out of the meds. Even during the Georgetown, TX worse went snow storm they did amazing. Store was kept clean and organized. Very friendly managers and cashiers.I won't visit another location because this one is the closest and the best service by far.

Worst pharmacy ever. I get there to pickup my perscription and they tell me I already picked it up. I said no I didn't. To make a long story short. They gave it to the wrong person. Today my Dr sent in another prescription. I get a call that there is a delay because of my insurance. Long story short. They tried to put the same perscripting through insurance twice. Need to find a new pharmacy . The wait is always longer than 20 minutes.

3rd month in a row this pharmacy filled wrong dosage of medication, that required a prior authorization- then refused to give correct dosage. They have given wrong medications two other times. They are going to kill someone with their incompetence

Racist Alert! I called to speak to a pharmacist about some medication I picked up at this location. I had no idea that the pharmacy was closed from 1:30-2:00pm. I called around 1:40pm then was put on hold for 20 minutes then Amber, a pharmacy tech, got on the phone & I asked her why I was on hold for 20 minutes with no one coming back on the phone to check in with me? She asked who I initially spoke to & I stated that it sounded like an African-American female who identified herself as a pharmacy tech. Amber, in a sarcastic tone, asked me, "how do you know she was African-American by being on the phone?" What! How inappropriate, in this day & age, that Amber bring race & politics into customer service at Walgreens!I have NO trust or faith with Walgreens any longer! I'm not going to be harassed by some evil racist like Amber - or by any racist! The pharmacist, Kimia, seemed concerned but not enough to send this racist Amber packing. This is unacceptable!

Unimpressed with the pharmacy staff. They are the only pharmacy in town that routinely stocks one of my medications (an expensive name brand), so I continue to use them, but I have NEVER had a transaction go smoothly here. My doctor has even voiced her opinion over the incompetence of this pharmacy! It's not one single staff member either, I have had multiple staff members catch an attitude with me, over the phone, at the drive thru, and inside the store. I routinely fill 4 scripts per month, they will leave an auto message saying my scripts are ready, then when I get there (a 20 min drive for me) they only have 2 or 3 of my scripts ready, OR they only have a partial script fill for my expensive medication. I shouldn't have to make multiple trips if I called them all in at the same time AND received a call stating they were ready! Also, one time I went through the drive thru and the man told me there were no scripts ready for me, so I told him to check again, and he still told me none were ready. I drive off, make it a few miles away, then he calls me to say that he finally found them, then when I get back to the window there are still only 3 of my 4 scripts! Once I find another pharmacy that is willing to carry all of my scripts, then I will moving on...

Incompetent and dangerous to leave these people in charge of your medications. I had a recent change of health care providers and this caused a delay in refilling a prescription. I have submitted two refill requests online and am now on my fourth day without a heart medication.A family member tried to get a couple of days advance and Walgreens couldn't understand what was clearly written on the empty bottle: 200mg take one and a half daily.No further attempts were made to clarify the situation and I'm left without this medication even though I requested a refill over a week ago.I will be moving my business elsewhere after this. You lost me, Walgreens.

They won't get my business. Very incompetent staff. On my first visit they didn't have my medication in stock - a simple antibiotic. Jordan was suppose to call me when he found another Walgreen's that had the meds my doctor prescribed. It never happened. I got a robo-call telling me my prescription was delayed, that I'd be notified when it came in. That never happened. They weren't concerned with me at all. I called the HEB and they were very helpful - I had my prescription in a half hour and they had to call Walgreens to get them to hand over the script. I think they try to take advantage of the seniors here.

Had an issue with getting some meds. Assist manager came out and was very rude. She looks as though she has been smoking for years. Real haggard looking lady. But yeah would not recommend super confrontational.

Just had great experiences at the pharmacy and cosmetic counters. Insurance rx card had changed and they had it already fixed. Cosmetic person knew what I was asking for and helped me find it plus told me about coming changes.

My infant has the influenza. I decided that I would use the drive thru to pick her Tamiflu. I didn't want to share the germs by going in. I've now been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I will avoid coming to Walgreens at all cost.
