I went in here kind of clueless on what was the best to food feed my puppy without spending a whole lot of money. I was helped and given exceptional customer service while I was shopping. The shelves are stocked with only the healthiest pet food. The gentleman there explained to me the types of food and nutrition that was available in the bags of food.The prices are reasonable and some were better than the websites like Chewy and Walmart.They have a deal as well that if you buy 12 bags of dog food you get one free!I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy quality pet food, treats and supplies!

Was having brunch and saw they were hosting adoptions from the local animal shelter and couldn’t help but rescue this cutie!Wag is a great business and has some of the best pricing on deer antlers!

saw a video of Jinnytty bringing chan who is a foster dog for the day to this place and they offered free treats and a bath for chan really appreciated them trying to make this pup's day thank you!!!!

The staff was amazing and accommodating to our human childrens' allergy concerns. The process eas an adventure since both of our Huskies hate the process of home bathing, but love going to the spa. This was a small fraction of the cost of baths with the groomers. We live in McAllen, but we were in town to drop off a resupply for my son @ SU. We decided we will be back any time they need a bath & we need a visit with my son.

Took our precious pup in because she got skunked. I called prior to going in and Morgan was so very helpful . Upon arrival, she actually had 2 different shampoos on counter. She explained the different options and proceeded to guide us thru the process of the self wash. GREAT, and very clean facility. Thank you Morgan!! We will be back.

We saw a Wag Heaven booth at the Georgetown Christmas market, and brought in our husky for a bath the next day. They have two bathing rooms with a stainless steel high walled tub in each. They also provide along with the hose, a bath brush, shampoo, a towel for drying and high-speed dryer. There is a 30 minute limit which we were not aware off in the beginning so we got a little rushed at the end, but they were very polite when they let us know that our 30 minutes were up. Their bath self-service is first come first serve, and there were two customers waiting when we left at 11:30 AM. The price was a fraction of what you would pay at a doggy grooming center – $14 for 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience for us to bathe our husky who does not enjoy baths or the water at all.

This place is the best thing since sliced bread! I was a little concerned about how my girl would react by getting a bath in a strange place but leaning over her in my stand up shower at home is a back breaker. The atmosphere at Wag Heaven is very calm so she wasn't nervous at all. And the two gentlemen there were wonderful! We were also out of dog food as well so it was nice to be able to grab a bag while we were there. We will definitely make this this a regular visit every month.

I love this place! Stopped in while visiting the area, wanting to bring something home for my dog. The gentleman working recommended two items according to my dogs age. My dog absolutely loved them both! Thank you!

Went to Wag Heaven for the first time today with Simon. The experience was extremely serene. With the exception of getting Simon in the tub on his own, giving him his much needed bath was easy on me as well as my back.I loved that we were in our own room, that everything needed was available as well as the room being clean.Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman that was there assisting us, but the store was clean and he was very helpful and pleasant.Simon and I will definitely be back.

Nice facility providing shampoo, wash brush, towel, waterproof apron to keep you from getting soaked and blow dryer. My only disappointment was that the water never got warm and my dog didn't like the cold water. I inquired about it upon checkout and was told there had been a lot of baths today and possibly the water heater was just out of warm water. We'll give this location another try sometime soon.

Great local pet supply store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The two owners will both go out of their way to help you. They also have top notch self-serve grooming tubs that are elevated and have a ramp for your pup to walk up into it. A back saver!! The owners recommended a particular dog food for our dog who was having skin allergies that the vet couldn't even get under control AND with expensive Prescription Diet dog food the vet sold us. After the first month her itching went away, her red skin disappeared and her numerous bald spots started filling in. Several months later now and you wouldn't even know she ever had a skin allergy. Her coat is back to being thick and shiny again! We constantly reccomend them to our friends and to you.

Love the location in downtown georgetown. Staff and owners are awesome and very helpful. Lots of options for pet food, toys, treats and other supplies. So grab your dog and head over. You can even give your dog a bath there and you don't have to clean up the mess.

This place is great! They have a great variety of safe chews for my girl that I haven't seen at other stores. I went in with my dog and we had a good time looking around. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly. I will be back to spoil my baby there some more!

Wonderful employees/staff/owners. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Both locations go above and beyond to help you with your needs. I had to get a dog cone fast and they stayed after closing to make sure I got it. Highly recommend both Wag Heavens in Georgetown!!

Dang, their dog food prices just went through the roof. We'll be going back to the store bought stuff.Updated 6/4....after the wonderful reply I rec'd from the owner I retract my snarky comment and will continue to buy the "Gucci" dog food that my girl loves, no matter what price.

You wouldn't believe the amount of help and available treats, foods, and toys that these folks have here. Everyone is so friendly and giving. And the self serve stalls are such a wonderful idea! I clean my dog every time after we're done getting dirty in the river!
