I have been here three times to try three different drinks and the chi, the lattes, coffees have Zero flavor. Even with adding Flavor there is no Flavor the coffee/ Espresso taste bad/ cheap. The tea place across the street has way better coffee

SUPERIOR! Was my 1st visit, tons of cars behind me, wasn't sure what to get so I just told them I didn't need anything as to not hold up the line. The owner came out to my car, explained the menu and had my drinks ready in under one minute. Owner was AMAZING! My hot latte was OUTSTANDING and by far better than Starbucks. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Phenomenal customer service! See you tomorrow, Human Bean!!!

We were soooo excited to have a coffee shop so close. Having been a few times now I must report that The Human Bean has been a huge disappointment. The drinks are quite bland. You have to ask for extra pumps of flavor or it tastes like plain espresso. The service isn’t slow at all actually, it’s just terrible. It’s extremely frustrating to have to repeat your order over and over and over each visit only to have them get it wrong anyway. I honestly DO prefer supporting the small business but sometimes you just have to give up too much in doing so and for me $5 coffee isn’t somewhere I’m willing to sacrifice.Is what it is I guess.

Been there about 4 times. The flavors are bad. The coffee is okay as long as it’s just the coffee breve. But every time I have had flavors added I couldn’t really taste them and they added a nasty soured bitterness that wasn’t palatable. Almost like they are using the cheap syrups from Walmart. Most consistent thing about the place is the bean they put on top.

This place just opened up down the street from our home. Less than a min away is DANGEROUS- since we’ve been we have gone almost every single day. Has been my highlight of my day my little “treat yo self!” moment In a hard day. I recently signed up for the rewards program and have already gotten a dollar off WHIPPEE! Their cute signature bean on top of the drinks is my favorite amongst million other things about the drinks. Personally I’m a Java chip girly. The staff is so sweet and always carry the sweetest and funniest conversations. I tend to bring my dog and he is always welcomed with a treat as well .
