The Home Depot in Georgetown truly has the best selection of products. They are usually always stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I do have the brag for a second about the signs I saw this past weekend. I have stood in front of these bags of fertilizer so many times trying to figure out which one is for St. Augustine grass, so whoever decided to do this is amazing! Thank you!

It seems like more and more stuff is online and ship to store. Or you can pay top dollar for what's on hand if you need it that bad. Pretty much shows why Amazon and other hardware local stores seem to be doing better. The best part of it all.... if the veteran spot is open and not taken by a "pro" shopping, it's the second to last row against the farthest fence line in the pro parking. So best of luck my fellow veterans. Also, be ready to check out all your own stuff while it saves them money and you wait in line.

Absolutely terrible company to work with for home improvement. Took a year and a half to complete cupboards and they are screwing us over with their window program. Production is a snails pace, there is no communication, there is no respect for the customer. They expect customers to project manage their work.

I shop at Home Depot’s 3 times a week. This location needs to get better at the staff moral, knowledge! I seem to always get pushback by the employees, so I just shop on my own and don’t bother any of the employees. Specific departments, paint, tools, electric, and plumbing. I don’t one star because the products I need are at least in stock when I need it.

Terry in the plumbing department was incredible and deserves a raise. He took time to walk us through everything we needed to replace our water heater. Very valuable employee who should be appreciated. Will be back again thanks to his service.

This is the worst Home Depot store I ever been to, they list items available when it’s not available.Every single order I made there got messed up and their customer service never pick up the phone.I do not recommend shopping there.I closed my credit card and switched to Lowe’s.

Clean store, helpful staff working at night, don't try browsing light bulbs around closing time because they have a busy receiving area! Besides that every thing was easy to find with app, was accurate, didn't need much assistance!

Edith…associate at Georgetown Hone Depot….was extremely helpful to work a military verification snag in the computers. She was patient, positive, knowledgeable, and determined. While the computer processing was slow…she even helped other customers rather than waste employee time. She is a dynamic customer service associate….and I am most grateful.

As this is just another cog in the home improvement chain, there are no big ups and downs here, just regular. There are some very knowledgeable and helpful employees here, but as a general rule, it's better if you know what you are looking for. Plenty of parking and very convenient pick-up of online orders

This place will sell you an item but have zero parts to the item they sell. One example; A John Deere riding mower can be purchased here for $2,500.00 but they don't a single item that makes it run, Absolutely LAUGHABLE.

Robert Alvarez installed our attic ladder this morning. He arrived about 10:45. He said he would be here between 10 - 11:00. Nice to see him in a timely manner. He was in contact twice this morning and letting us aware of his activities. He introduced himself and gave us his business card. He got right to work and quickly had the old ladder removed and soon the new aluminum ladder sas installed. It was secured, the leg extenders were added, the molding was replaced, he cleaned up and took away the old ladder. Robert did a 5 Star Job. I would ask for him in thr future, and gladly tell others about him.

Could not find any Associate on the floor and various departments for assistance. So I ended up going to lowes and purchased my appliances there.

Your standard Home Depot. Nothing special about it that I have seen. Main problem is how long we had to wait for someone to operate the panel saw. They only had one person authorized to do it. He didn't want to do it. Waited nearly 30 min for another guy to arrive at work to do it.

Disability scooters always never work properly. Haven't been able to have a successful trip at really any home depot location for this reason. Hardly have this issue at all over the years with lowes. Yall aren't super disability friendly and it shows.

This home depot isnt bad. They seem to have most items in stock but the parking lot sucks and they place cones in the curbside pick up spots because it's a service they don't provide after 6.

Hard to find stuff in there. Faucet insulation in 3 different places. Picture hanging supplies in 2 different places. I do appreciate the checkers helping at the self checkout.

For me it is the only place in town. I work with wood and they have a good selection of both soft and hard woods in stock. The paint department is also outstanding. They know what they are talking about!
