The website made online ordering easy. The wiring harness wizard made difficult details easy to understand. When I called to check on my order, the customer service rep was super friendly. I would definitely do business with Texas Speed and Performance again. They even helped refer me to a tune shop near my home in Omaha. Great service!!!!

I bought and cam for my spouse, and I had talked to multiple people before this and they said it was “ being made” turns out the 4th and last time I called it had been discontinued when we bought it but was still on the website, got a receipt it’s been over 2 weeks and have talked multiple people who have said that’ll it’ll be on the way when indeed they never actually had it. I just think the way they went about it was unprofessional like I could have gotten my money back way sooner. The day I bought it and you were out I should have been given a refund then and there but no I called multiple times and it took one lady walking to wherever and looking for us. She did an amazing job helping us. But for the other lady I talked to you shouldn’t have a job honestly. If I pay more than $200 for a stupid part you should at least have the common decency to give my refund whenever you ran out regardless.. very unprofessional won’t be spending my money with this company ever again!

Excellent service and quality products. The customer service and sales team is 10/10 which is one of many reasons why Texas speed has always been my choice of all LS/LT needs. You can always count on them to answer the phones when other cam dealers will leave you on hold. I HIGHLY recommend TSP& performance. In particular, Jordan is very thorough and attentive to my every need when I am needing parts. However from my experience, all of the friendly staff makes it their duty to have a satisfied customer.

After finding out I had a bad camshaft. I figured it was the perfect opportunity to upgrade. I called a few companies and Billy at TSP made me decide to go with TSP. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was wanting and he was able to suggest the correct camshaft and all the supporting parts I needed. Thanks TSP!

This place is amazing, called today with some technical questions and spoke to Lee who answered every question that I had and quite honestly the best part about it was it didn't seem to bother him. Customer service just isn't the same anymore and that's coming from someone who manages a dealership. It's Just so hard to find good employees that genuinely care about their job as much as this guy did. We even got disconnected right before the end of the call and he still took the time to call my dealership back and even wait on hold for me to get back to my office. Standup guy! This was by far amazing customer service and I'm hoping that his supervisor reads this and recognizes him for it. Although I don't live in round rock anymore, I'm here in Boston making sure anyone and everyone who needs performance for their Chevy goes to TSP!!

I’ve tried to order parts from this company twice. First time I ordered a Supercharger paid in full. They told me 4-6 weeks. After six months of holding my money and no ETA on when I would be receiving my parts I canceled the order and got it somewhere else. Once again trying to order something else. Place the order, 2 days later nothing. The order didn’t go through. While I was on the phone I had them verify the part was in stock. They said they had 5. I ordered it 2 day shipping. 2 days later no parts. Now they said they are waiting on a part. Do yourself a favor. Shop somewhere else for your performance parts. There are plenty of other suppliers that will give you an honest answer.

Called with an issue with my 2014 Chevy 6.2L and the AFM Lifter issue and Ryan knew exactly what I needed and provided a link that I was able to open an email, click the link and order what I needed to do the job. Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable with my issue. I'll use Texas Speed & Performance in the future.

They allowed me to put parts in my cart and purchase them without notifying me (at least not that I noticed ) that there was a 5 month wait on shipping. Then I got an email that said shipment might be delayed on some parts. I had to call to find out they were actually delayed and by 5 months. If I hadn't called who knows how long I'd be waiting. Very disappointing, however customer service was easy to reach and helpful so two stars.

Purchased an afm delete kit and salesman assured me all physical components were in kit. Well, not the case. Do you're homework because there is a ton of stuff not included. Pretty dissapointed with the price of kit vs what you get. The staff it pretty polite, knowledgeable and helpful though. I'd buy again because of that.

Phenomenal customer service, called them originally to get help with correct part numbers for a 5.3L dod/afm/vvt delete kit. Would recommend Texas speed and performance to everybody if you’re looking for quality parts and customer care!

Look I'm not trying to bash the company because overall they're great what I don't like about them is being a world wide company selling parts from so many manufacturers but they don't stand behind the parts they sell I've bought 2 cam kits within 2 years of each other and the culprit has been determined to be part failure lifters specifically the most recent one did not last to the first oil change with a fresh short block their cam kit with morel lifters I like the company but quality control has gotten ridiculous if you won't stand behind what you sell and make profits off of don't sell it. But overall I'm not bashing just hate flushing money down the drain.

I called TS to find out what the best cam would be for my application and It was a pleasure to work with Jaiden he listened to me about what I wanted to do and he gave me some ideas of what I could do and also told me that I could get on YouTube so I could hear what the cam he suggested would sound like . He’s a great guy to work with and I will definitely recommend him and I’m sure that the others there are as knowledgeable as he is . I want to thank him and everyone else at TS
