We went to purchase a bookshelf for my daughters room, and we picked up a box that looked like it had never been open, only to find out that the contents inside of the box were totally different than what were suppose to receive. I have a picture of the front of the box which is an eight shelf, vertical bookshelf versus the glass door shelf that we pulled out of the box. Mind you the item we pulled out of the box was really scratched up very dirty and already has screws and nails installed. It was clear that this was an old bookcase that had been placed in this box to look as though it was the original contents. What was even more surprising was how well it was packed, and the fact that it was sealed. The way that it was sealed was the way that large packages are sealed with the commercial glue. It makes me wonder if the repacking was done by an employee. We are not very happy about having to drive back up here with this heavy box to do this return. To top it all off, when I called to speak to someone regarding the issue, no one at the store would answer the phone. This is so unbelievable!Moral to the story- never hesitate to request at the store, open the box for you to check the contents prior to purchase.

Curbside staff is usually friendly and courteous. Management was very supportive when I had to return for a missing an item in my order, and helped resolve the situation promptly.Conversley, some of the staff inside the store tend to rush threw aisles, almost hitting other carts going by. And some staff members that appear to be head cashiers tending to the front end of the store tend to come off very arrogant. They walk right in front of you l, cart or no cart, as if you don't exist, and they tend to interrupt you when you are speaking (not small talk, simple item related questions) with the cashier upon checking out. Other than some associates lacking manners, the aisles usually tend to be well kept.

You need to reduce the number of pick up parking spot as 85% are empty and no parking left for in store shoppers. I’ve taken pictures. That’s why I didn’t shop your store and I’m sure I’m not the only one. It’s also like this during non holiday times

Dave was on register 7 tonight. I was waiting in line and heard every interaction he had with the customers in front of me. He has the best customer service and was so kind and personable!

AN EMPLOYEE HIT MY VEHICLE WITH THE WHOLE TRAIN OF CARTS AND DID NOTHING.So I came to this location yesterday with my fiancé and son. They both went into the store while I stayed in the car. While in the car an EMPLOYEE collecting the grocery carts decided he was going to push the ENTIRE train of carts between my car and the car next to us. Safe to say it didn’t fit and the whole train got stuck between both our cars and this employee just SHOVES them through. During this whole ordeal the employee noticed me sitting inside my vehicle and doesn’t even try to approach me about the situation. We had to go inside and notify the store myself. I left a note on the vehicle next to me and we did eventually talk to a manager or someone who could relay the situation. As we were in a work vehicle the MULTIPLE SCRATCHES left on the side of the car would be hard to prove but the car next to us had visible, provable damage that coincided with ours. The lady who came out just kinda had no idea what to say and was kinda laughing. I get it’s a weird situation but it definitely made me uncomfortable. It was my son’s 2nd birthday and we couldn’t stay to work this out , as I said, my son just turned two, and I didn’t want to from how uncomfortable we felt . I get our car was a bit older but no need to laugh at our car getting hit by 30 carts from one of your employees who thinks it’s okay to hit 3 cars (including the car in front of us and to the side) and not confront the owners of the vehicle or the place of business as they were an employee. Thankfully I was in the car because no one would know what happened. Definitely not happy about this location.

Placed a drive up order at the Georgetown Target. I live about 45 minutes away from the store. When I got home and started unpacking the bags, it was clear I was missing 3 items. I tried calling the store (on a Wednesday evening around 9:00) and no one would answer the phone…I tried multiple times (at least 5) for an hour with no luck.

So I stopped in to pick up a few thing really quickly, I used self checkout, since I only had 3 items. As I was walking towards the exit after paying for my items, I got a "thank you for shopping with us today" from 2 different Target employees that I just happened to walk past. I very much appreciate the gesture, I had visited a few other Targets around town previously, and they have all been okay. But this location here at Wolf Ranch is on another level. Kudos to the management and staff team!

I had a great experience shopping at the Georgetown Target today. I found everything I needed easily, stock was neat and orderly and check out lines moved quickly. It seems like there is more staff now too and all are very polite and helpful! That was key for me at this busy time of year.

This is the second time I’ve come in for a pickup order and waited an hour + to get my things! I canceled my order and had to find the product myself. The building had a bad smell and a lot of things were open as if “try me” stickers were on them. After finding the product I went to check out and there was one register open and 3 self check out computers running. I was rudely skipped in the line and had to go to another area. Everyone just stared. I wish I’d have taken photos and or recorded the entire process. I Will Not Be Returning!

not one person will ever pick up the phone.do not even waste your time trying to call to check on ANYTHING. they will never ever ever ever answer your call. it is a 100% lost cause.i EMPHASIZE, they DO NOT CARE.they will never ever answer your phone call. not a single department. no matter how many calls you make. it will ALWAYS just ring and ring and ring and then hang up on you.

Such a nice store, busy but not long waits, clean and well lit. I don't shop much, but do like this store. Returns are easy, there are a lot of cute options and sales going on and you automatically get discounts using your Target Card.

Paul, one of the front managers over the customer service/returns was awesome! I bought a lamp yesterday and had to return it because half the hardware needed to assemble the lamp was missing from the box. I had purchased the lamp amongst other items and used multiple forms of payment which included a merchandise card and a $50 visa gift card. The transaction automatically refunded to the original forms of payment and I no longer had the visa gift card (of course) but Paul fixed everything and made the exchange very simple. I appreciate his greet customer service and fixing the mess!

Although I really like Target, this is the worst Target I know. Products are very often not where they should be. Shelves are not stocked on time, specially seasonal products such as Halloween stuff. Inventory is never correct: if you visit their app/web it says 4 left but in reality there’s none. The Starbucks can’t be any slower.

I am a Target fanatic, add Starbucks and you have my dream day. This Target though not the biggest in the area has amazing customer service. The staff work hard here to give customers the best possible listed price. They provide support and an indepth knowledge of their store that many lack.For example one black Friday and individual actually went hunting in the back of the store for a product we were looking for. She was able to find it and help us load it in the car. The entire time she was kind and supportive never once making us feel like we were an inconvenience.Another time a young man and I went hunting throughout the store to find a product that was listed as being in the store but had been misplaced. We separated ways and as I was checking out he came running up to me with the item.

Wide variety of items, from grocery to household and basic essentials. I've had consistently friendly customer service interactions. The store was very messy and disorganized on this last shopping excursion and they have too many scented items on the end of isle displays. Some of us are super sensitive to toxic scents... I hope that stuff goes back into the isles soon. Forcing us to smell products is uncool.

I was overall pleased at my excursion to this emporium. The fellow pupils and personnel, (all except Jeff) made me feel at home. My only gripe is that while scouting out the premises I found a singular moldy bandaid adhered to the doorknob.

Management was so nice! I don't even live in Georgetown. A cashier didn't tell me I had another bag so left without it. I was pretty bummed so called to see if it was still there. The staff was super helpful in getting me in touch with Cathleen. She apologized for the inconvenience and really helped me out! I got my stuff today, wish my target had staff as helpful and kind as them! Thanks y'all!

Oh my goodness. I had the best experience at this Target today. I was having issues at checkout and Paul (who I assume is manager) came up to the front to help handle the issue. He went above and beyond and was so kind. I can truly tell that he cares about each guest and he made my day with his positive attitude. Thank you, Paul, for making my day 10x better.Definitely making this my go-to Target.

Unfortunately, Target has gone the way of Walmart, expecting guests to complete their own checkout. This is not only inefficient, it drags down the customer experience and leaves people feeling frustrated and tired from doing a job a paid person did before. Bring checkout clerks back, please.
