I went by looking for a birthday cake. They had some in the freezer but the flavor I preferred was too small so one of the ladies (I think the owner) offer to check the back. They found one and said it would be like 30 minutes to decorate it and asked if I wanted to go back later to pick it up. I had time so I hung out and browse the store.They have a pretty nice variety of products and a lot of them natural and I liked that. They finished decorating faster than expected and apologized for a tiny smudge but I didn’t mind it and my dogs didn’t even noticed.I have to say, they LOVED IT!!! It was hard to take it away from them. I will definitely go back for more treats and cakes.

Today was our first visit to Tail Waggins, and it definitely won't be our last! Our husky was desperately in need of a bath and deshedding treatment, and her normal groomers were booked out for at least the next week. We couldn't wait that long, so I decided to give Tail Waggins' DIY bath a try. Let me tell you - I've never had an easier time giving a dog a bath! The setup is excellent, the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, and the prices are great! Our husky is normally pretty averse to baths, but after settling in for a few minutes, she calmed right down and had herself a grand ol' time. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

The ladies here are so kind! They greeted me immediately on entering the store and helped me pick the perfect cake for our sweet boy's 2nd birthday (and I couldn't resist the adorable bandana). Padfoot LOVED his Banana Peanut Butter cake! We will definitely return for more goodies and friendly staff.

This is a fantastic locally owned business with adorable, homemade treats for any occasion. They also have a good selection of unique toys and accessories for your own pup or a gift for someone else. It is my go to place when I’m looking for something dog related for a holiday or event!

Amazing service and great selection. Drop up for a dog birthday cake and some cookies and they staff was so friendly and helpful. Ended up leaving with more then I planned and shared dog cookies with the neighborhood dogs to celebrate my pups 11th birthday. All dogs gave them an A+ for taste and parents gave an A++ for design. We will be going back.

Awesome products and cookies. The ginger bear have been life saver for my sensitive dog. My dogs love the birthday cakes. We've have tried a lot of their products and have loved them. We have 5 dogs and this is one of our many favorite places to go. However my main reason for coming here is lupine merchandise. I honestly never had a problem here except when I tried to get help with the lupine leash. I've bought approximately over 20+ items here of the lupine brand. Everytime I purchase them here they tell me that if it breaks they can replace or offer to help file a claim for the broken leash or whatever it is I bought. The one time I bring a leash in they tell me to do it on my own and they are not gonna replace it either. Don't tell me you can replace or help file the claim if your not willing to do it. That was annoying it was my first time trying because to be honest the leashes are awesome! I hadn't replaced any and it's been 2 years, and my dogs are not destructive like that. The leashes I brought was bitten up but by a dog I baby sat. That is the only reason I had to come.

We passed through Georgetown and made a bakery stop for our dogs. One of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to. Very helpful in fitting my dogs with harnesses. Lots of frozen raw foods to pick from. Just an all around good feel.

Popped in this cute local shop to grab a few treats for my Dog's birthday! Staff was so welcoming and gave me a tour of the store (I asked where so many different things were). They even suggested which cat toys were Merlin approved (their cat). So adorable and friendly - will 100% come back again!

A blue ribbon surprise! Went in to get baked goods, had no idea they are a full service dog and cat shop! Quality made essentials and gifts! We got birthday party stuff! The baked goods are made by them, adorable and popular with the lucky dogs! Loved the warm welcoming and the buy local! We will be back and will tell all of our four legged friends know that Tail Waggins are right here in Georgetown!

The store is super cute with a lot of inventory. The staff was very nice too. I bought a birthday cake, I'm not certain I will again. The dogs didn't seem to like it and the blue icing wound up everywhere. We will probably try cookies next time.

My Yorkie's 4th birthday is around the holidays and with the hustle and bustle we failed to order her cupcake.(I know, bad doggie mom) However, my husband made a call and Tail Waggins came to the rescue! They even told my husband they would wait for him since it was closing time. We will definitely be back! Thank y'all so much!!

I love this place! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We brought in a newly adopted dog and told them he’s weary with new people but they made him feel comfortable and made sure we had the last stall to give him a bath. They provided special shampoo for his allergies and asked the other customer to give us space while we bring him out and finish shopping. Worry free experience and will be back.

We are very pleased with the birthday cake we were able to get for our German Shepherd’s 1st Birthday. I emailed Tail Waggins Dog Bakery in Georgetown the day before going in to make sure they made actual cakes and received a quick response that they do. My husband stopped by to pick it up and she had just run out. She was making a new one and let him know she could finish it up if he could wait. He said the entire place was very well stocked and had hard to find specialty items. We had a very good experience!

Went in today for a birthday cake for our sweet frenchie Penelope who turns 1 today!!🎂 (Chicken pot pie 🐓🥧flavored) complete with candle and bday hat😭😭 !! ended up taking some new food and supplements for our pit bull as well! She was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to do and not to do since chicken is a huge trigger for her 🤧😣Even got some calming treats for our Maltipoo to try out before purchasing, which was extremely nice of her to do!We will be back, atmosphere is nice , well organized and it was all well worth the drive highly recommend!

This is the my go to pet shop, HANDS DOWN. I'm not a easy customer as I tend to do tons of research and am very specific and want to be educated on topics of interest. The ladies helping me including the owner herself were amazing and helped me understand the various things I was interested in which is like everything dog and puppy related right now. Valuable information on raw or partial raw feeding. Im still not 100% but I know they are there to help me get more comfortable with my choices.

This is the best pet store in Texas. They take time to discuss any issues the pet owner has relative to feeding and care. There is a fantastic do it yourself dog wash plus a groomer if you want to leave your dog. Truly the very best!!!!

I just shopped here for the last time (we’re moving) and I’m so sad about it. The store is so cute and well organized. The ladies are always so cheery and helpful. I love this place!! They have a great variety of dog food treats and much, much more! I am picky about what I allow my pets to eat or even use topically, so all natural alternatives for flea control, etc. is greatly appreciated and works really well!!
