I like the selections here at the store. I get my toothpaste from here, they have a wide selection of natural toothpaste and deodorant. The only thing I dont like is the lack of cashier's during the holiday shopping the lines are super long anytime after 12pm.

This is the best TJMAXX in central Texas! I've been to them all & this is hands down the best location every time 🤩👏 Super friendly & helpful staff, an amazing home decor selection, & lots of great clothing finds too! And of course the prices here can't be beat 🙌

They are well stocked right now for Christmas. Their stuff can get picked over quickly at this store though so make sure to hit it at the right time.

I worked for this store 13 years ago with a bunch of Karen’s. I remember one time I worked on my birthday and I just wanted to be relieved so I could go home, but no one came and I remember trying to get a hold of someone to come and I mentioned it was my birthday, and some rude Karen in line said, “I don’t care if it’s your birthday it’s your job to ring me up.” Typical Georgetown middle aged rude Karen. Also yall always had me stuck in the fitting room. Years later, I still remember it as likely the worst job I ever had. Also if Janie still works there, you were a big mouth Karen.Not sure why customers in Georgetown are just ruder than customers in Austin.

My wife bought a gift for me, and they had a missing item in the box. Upon returning they couldn’t find my item through the credit card due to outdated system and only gave store credit, to a place I don’t want to come back. Very unprofessional.

Great store with a wide variety of products. It can be hit or miss as to whether or not you will find what you came in for due to the fact the stock is constantly changing. Great prices on clearance merchandise. Restrooms have been better than average each time I've visited & the store itself is organized & clean considering the amount of traffic that goes through there. Some of the aisles can get a bit cramped, but again, it's due to the amount of customers inside the store at that time. They often have name brand beauty products & unique grocery items making these two of my favorite departments to shop.

I had a horrible return experience. Cashier named Hope was extremely rude and accused me that I was trying to return an item I wore already! What a way to treat a customer. They have a month return policy and I never try clothes in the fitting room. I buy my items , go home and try and if they don’t fit right , I return them back . If you do not have the retail personality , if you do not know how to treat people with respect , then retail is not for you , Hope!!!!

This was our first time stopping at this location and it's to be expected that there's no where to go without being in the way, the aisles are smaller and there's so much to look at. On the plus side they have so much Christmas stuff to look at.

rating one star because at this location the managers allow their employees to place items on hold that haven’t even been put out on the shelves yet. making it impossible for shoppers to get ahold of them. happened twice this week on 2 separate occasions.

Decent selection in the home area. I felt the women's clothing section was lacking. Felt a little too thrifty, although thrifting is great when that's the intention. Didn't really experience a customer service interaction but the security guard circled me a few times. I bought a lovely wood chopping board. Line was long, as usual but they added cashiers when it got excessive.

The store is clean and has many products for sale. Products range from clothing to kitchen products to household products. Comparable prices. The staff at checkout were attentive and talkative. There were many people shopping in the store. There are plastic shields at the cash registers. Good experience.

Friendly cashier, wasn't hassled while I was shopping, had a cute Halloween selection(wish it was bigger,but better than some stores I've been to),and I enjoyed myself. This store has a little bit of everything. Clothes,decor,make up,bath and body...etc.It's a great place to shop if you need to find a gift,but don't want to break the bank.

Not bad, store has been rearranged a little, especially housewares area. Not as much cutlery selection as in the past. Overall, good. Christmas time, so be Covid prepared to wait to get into the store and long (but efficient) lines.

This is THE BEST TJ Maxx! Every time we are in town I try to make time to stop here because the quality of products is just better.This store is kept relatively clean, and even though their checkout process takes quite a bit longer than other TJ Maxx stores, it's worth stopping in because the inventory is just better here. They consistently have better brands, more quality, more quantity, and often lower sales prices than other TJ Maxx stores.Definitely worth a visit.Again, they're definitely lacking on cashiers (there are just never enough) and the line here is slower, but it's worth it for the product quality difference!
