I had no complaints about this pharmacy until they changed they started using the Sincerely Health app. Even though I have a grocery account, I have tried repeatedly and been unable to create a pharmacy account. Can't see my prescriptions, can't re-order unless I go in person. Often takes more than a day to get a new prescription filled.

Everyone is so kind! Sometimes they are a li’l slow (when you don’t have auto refill set up, so that’s on me) but they make up for it with customer care and advocacy. I’ve never seen a pharmacist/pharmacy tech go to bat for patients like the fine folks @ Randalls! Thank you for all that you do :)

I called a refill prescription in on Monday. Today, Sunday, it was still "processing" when I called to check if it was ready. I spoke with a pharmacist and she stated she would fill it right away. That tells me it was still in the queue and not yet being filled. It would be a week tomorrow if I had not called today. Way too long for a refill Rx.

Okay, I have several reasons why this pharmacy should not even be allowed to have a star rating. I will be short with this…The staff, from my own experience, is very unprofessional, judgy, slow, and rude. Their productivity level is little to none, and their inventory is nearly always low.Even if their prices beat others, the service is terrible. Whoever decided to train the staff needs a pay reduction, or a different position. Do not get your meds here if you can’t handle harsh attitudes, wrong orders, and nasty vibes!I’ll leave it at that.

Today I got a vaccination (4:30 appt) and needed a prescription. The gentleman who gave me the vax was very professional and helpful. Even though my prescription was not ready, Leticia went the extra mile to prepare it while I was there. All in all a very good visit even though they were quite busy.

Great customer service. You can get a discount card that gets you common generic drugs cheaper than most insurance policies. Plus you get significant gasoline discounts at their gas station. I paid $2.52 / gallon last time I filled up my suburban ($.30 off per gallon). Buying groceries at the supermarket also earns you gas rewards.

Been going here for years. Biggest issue: the pharmacists are not friendly. The technicians are though. The drive through blinds get closed multiple hours before pharmacy close by the evening female Pharmacist- this is very frustrating because I have to go in to the store when I didn’t want to. If not for this I would leave this a four star review. More friendly Pharmacists would then make it a five star. It does seem like they are always understaffed for the pharmacist position. Seems there should be two there as it is always very busy. Cheryl is the best!

At the recommendation of my prescriber, I have been contacting local pharmacies in an attempt to locate medication that is currently limited by a national shortage. Bizarrely, this pharmacy told me it could not verify whether they had the medication in stock unless I had a prescription. (I would have transferred my existing prescription had I been told they could fill it, but this seemed beyond the grasp of staff member with whom I spoke.)

I used to like this Randall's. I buy ice cream every time I grocery ship. Their ice cream melts in the freezer and then refreezes which cause ice crystals to form. Doesn't matter if it's blue bell or Jeni's. Their ice cream always sucks. I'll drive the extra miles now to HEB to get a better product

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I've had a wonderful experience with this pharmacy and the staff. Maybe Randalls saw the other reviews and fixed the issues. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Words like “promise“, “Dispensing”, or “Customer service” won’t be found in their dictionary. I waited 90 minutes only to find out that they don’t have the medication I needed. The competitor is 2 miles south east of this place. Do yourself a huge favor and just go there.

Above and beyond outstanding. Have been working on saving on prescriptions for the last few years. Calculated for retirement twice what I would need. Should have done that times 8. The last few months I have turned to Randall’s. Tom has helped me. He should get a raise. Now I have saved more. Bless you Tom

My mom walked into the store about 10 minutes before closing time and the door was open so she thought they were still open. She went and got what she needed and when she went to check out a man came up to her and told her she couldn’t buy what she needed because they were closed. My mom explained to the man that the door was open and he said (very rudely) “I don’t know how you got in here but you cannot buy the toilet paper because we are closed.” My mom set the toilet paper on the counter and Walked out of the store angry. Clearly the man didn’t want to take the time to check her out and get more business. My mom from now on will not go to Randals because of how rude the man was.

Don’t feel safe. So many without masks. Limited disabled parking even though across the street from Sun City.On Election Day polling in lunch room without windows covered. Very weird. Could see voters at machines. People with signs right across from windows. Bad vibe.
