I had placed an online order. When I got the products and noticed some issues with the products, I went back and asked for a manager. The first manager, Beau, was very professional and apologized about the products that were given out. The second manager, whose name I didn’t get, was very rude about the entire situation. While she walked away, she made a snide remark, and continued with her business.

Large, clean and fully stocked grocery store that almost always mostly empty, because locals prefer HEB and usually go Randalls when HEB is closed :)What I like: the store organization, products selection, large flowers department and discounts.

Very high prices, groceries only, not many additional accessories. We should have skipped them but their cupcakes do tend to be tastier than other grocery store bakeries.

Typical Randalls. Limited selection. Didn't have pumpernickel bread like others, though. Bought walnut fudge from bakery. Worst fudge I ever had. Looked at ingredients. Doesn't even have butter in it. Terrible.

Wow, the pharmacy has gotten SO bad the past few months. Simple refills do not get filled for 5-6 days. Numerous call to the pharmacy are never answered. If I drive to the store, all I get from them is "We're really busy". We've been shopping this store for 5 years. It was not this way until this year. Further, we've shopped Randalls for years in Houston because of their excellent customer experience. DON'T TAKE NEW PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS PHARMACY if you need them quickly.<Edit> Regarding the "Contact Us" suggestion below, this is the first thing I did. I spoke with someone over the phone.

This store is very clean bright .staff very helpful . Produce is awesome. Starbucks is nice to take a break . Good place to shop

This store has a good grocery selection, but the prices are outrageous compared to the other grocery stores in town and the employees always (not an exaggeration) seem so miserable. Despite these issues, I do still occasionally shop here since it's very close to home. Today, the male cashier at checkout #9 was just complaining about their wages the whole time I was there... which isn't professional on any level. If this guy hates his job so much, why doesn't he just find one that he likes? I actually had a great shopping experience today, until I got to the register to hear this man whining! In case management is interested in speaking with this person about his public attitude, he was working the register at 2:10-2:15pm on 11/18/23. I can say that I don't plan on ever going to his lane, and my elderly mother said that she already avoids his lane. Not cool.

Great selection and Very clean store (it's new). Love the little touches like the isles that are named after streets in Georgetown. Definitely worth the visit.

Love this store. The floral department has high prices. The staff are super kind and very helpful. Hands down a lot more personable than H‑E‑B. Maybe a little more money but will shop here because of the friendliness of the staff, food selection, good coupons and daily deals, senior discounts on particular days, and cleanliness in the store.

Randalls has been a favorite place to shop of mine for a number of years. The prices are higher than Walmart, but the shelves are typically stocked better. One of my favorite parts of shopping at Randalls is the bakery and deli. Be sure to try the fried chicken, it's usually very tasty.

I like the atmosphere here when shopping. Chris in the dairy is always so helpful. Haylee works the drive up and go is such a hard worker and so kind when i get my groceries to go. And all the checkers are so friendly! Wands does self checkout. Thanks for being so great. I hope yall are good to your employees. They definitely deserve it!! They always keep me coming back.

Clean, quick checkout, they had everything I need, but I strongly dislike having to enter my phone number to get their best price. I like their phone app since it allows me to get the aisle number and shows me a picture of the product I'm looking for, which helps me locate it on the shelf. I typically go to the HEB down the road because they give their best price without getting my phone number and it is just a better store.

Today I went to the store, about 7 pm, wanted to take a couple of bagels, but I saw that the employee, a young man in a jumpsuit, took them with his bare hands, without gloves and laid them out in bags. Did not want to buy. It is necessary to monitor the work of employees and compliance with standards

The youngster sacking my stuff was more interested in his 500 mile trip from yesterday than properly sacking and loading my cart. Three sack fell out as I went to the car. The kid actually handed me my bread and said be careful. As I got home I found most sacks only had one item and that the lunchmeat was out of date. Headed elsewhere.

Very clean and nice. Prices are much higher than HEB even with their card. I just hope that a lot of people go to Randalls so the HEB will be less crowded while I buy my groceries. I shop their specials which are sometimes very good. They also occasionally have items in that HEB does not carry..

Always such friendly staff in all departments. Ms. Bev in floral is an absolute doll. She is so helpful and kind. I caught her during the busy Prom/Mother's day season and she took the time to really assist with our design and selection. 10 Stars for Ms. Bev!

Great store but the prices are high relative to H‑E‑B. Main manager and AM hav never displayed a smile to me or said anything authentically friendly. The kitchen staff are always very friendly - the manager in the kitchen is very smiley and personable. She should manage the whole store to improve moral.

Great selection of organic produce, always clean, friendly employees. Greatly competitive prices IF one has a "club card," which is free and easy to obtain even at checkout and also accumulates rewards points. Positive experience with customer service, deli, seafood counters as well.

Love this store! Produce looks great and is good. Their specials are really money saving, super buys. Dozen eggs for $.79, T-bone steaks $4.99 a pound, big juicy sweet cantaloupe$.98. "Purchase with card" great deals. Card is free. These are just a few things I like about the store. Everything I've bought here met my expectations. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Not as busy as HEB and store is very well stocked!!!Just went again today with the Beautiful Wife and they had all the products we needed and more. Always great deals in the clearance area by the bakery and donuts 🍩!! 50% off and more !! Still very laid back and not over crowded which we LOVE!!!Our Cashier, Ashleigh was "Exceptional" and packed our bags and flowers and herbs perfectly!! Thank YOU Ashleigh for a great job and experience as well and as ALL staff including Starbucks who are under staffed!!!!We will be back soon especially since we get our prescriptions filled there !! I've always liked Randalls, easy to get In and out, decent selection, great hot foodbar. Very nice staff. Reason for low rating? Visited after the weather thawed, and what a disappointment. Waited to get in, longer than HEB. And there was almost nothing, no hot foods, very little bakery goods, water, out, frozen pizza, out. But aside from that, which is understandable considering the weather, was the checkout lines. No express lines, no self checkout...really? Waiting with a few items for people with cart loads? Unacceptable. Randalls you can do better.

I have decided to give Randall's in Georgetown a try. With the Williams Drive HEB going downhill quickly, I figured I'd see how the competition is doing.Very clean store. The isles are nice and seem to be laid out pretty well. Most of the workers were very nice. Cashier looked like he didn't want to be there and wasn't friendly. He wasn't mean, but was flat and boring.Prices seemed a little higher than HEB. If you join the Randall's club you can get pretty good reductions, but you need to read the signs closely.There is a little less of a selection of good, but enough for sure. The meats appear to be better quality, and they have a great selection of organic food for us health conscience folks.Yeah, I'll go back.

This was my first time shopping in a Randall's. The place looked new and everything was clean. The hot chicken at the food bar was good for a quick meal with a pack of croissants. Prices on our groceries were reasonable. We also filled up on diesel at the pumps out front. Would recommend if you are staying at Jim Hogg and need to grab a few things or fill up.
