This company deserves the world! From the owner to the staff, everyone is so so great! Very informative and helpful when trying to find products for your dogs needs. My sweet baby was diagnosed with cancer & I was at ends meet with chemo, so I thought I would try some holistic health to help with the pain as well. Anytime I would come in someone would ask how he was doing and it melts my heart how caring everyone was. I just want to say thank you for all that you are. 🖤

I’d give more stars if I could! I just moved here from Colorado and I buy raw food for my large Senior dog. This is one of the few stores that carries my favorite brand (Steve’s Real Food), and it’s a reasonable price. Kaitlin was A SUPERSTAR and Harley was great backup support. This will be my pet store going forward!

Absolutely love this store. Great selection of food, treats, toys. Beautifully set up so you can browse… even if you don’t like shopping. Wonderful staff. They have done two special orders of frozen bones for me, absolutely perfect.

What a great pet store! All the best food and snacks. A fantastic Raw food selection. Lots of supplements. The owner Janet and her staff are VERY knowledgeable in your doggy diet needs. They have anything your small dog or big dog could ever need. Big supporters of local makers!!! They deliver within a 5 mile radius. Go support this Fantastic pet shop. They also have a self wash doggie station.

Pupology is an outstanding food and supply store located in Georgetown. The staff had a wealth of knowledge for our new puppy! Every where you turn there was quality products and food. I am happy our family found this pet store located so close to us. In addition I felt the store to be clean and inviting, this is rarity for pet stores. I was referred to Pupology by a friend when my kitten was having digestive issues. The owner, Janet, is extremely knowledgeable, as is her excellent staff. There is a great range of products, from foods, supplements, broths, powders, etc, for cats and dogs.There are also lots of really cute toys and clothes and leashes and treats! (Mostly for the pups, although I'm always tempted to buy something for my four cats.)This is a great place to go if you want some real expertise and a feeling that people really care about your pet!

What a great experience for me and my Boston Terrier. We both have special needs. She is nervous in new places with strangers. I am overwhelmed with all the new products they have in their charmingly displayed, but overflowing merchandise. Luckily for both of us, Pupology is staffed with very approachable people with deep expertise on pet needs and the products that can meet those needs. I learned a lot about nutrition and my Millie enjoyed discovering nice people who were generous with treats and positive affirmations.
