We took our cat Paul in for his shots. From the moment we checked in, we knew that we were in good hands. Dr Jones examined Paul from head to toe. She was so gentle and comforting with Paul, that he never tried to escape..even when she poked him with the needles. Dr Jones is an excellent veterinarian. We will be her clients forever and will happily tell everyone about her. Thank you, Dr. Jones.

I took my little Sadie to PetsMart veterinary. I was totally amazed at how wonderful the staff and the doctor was with my little Sadie. They treated us like family, they weren’t in a hurry to get us in and get us out. They made sure all my questions were answered and thatMy Sadie was healthy.I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Renee Jones.A lot of other vet places make you feel rushed and just want to get you in and out as fast as possible but here at PetSmart I was treated with such kindness and I felt so comfortable and so did my fur baby.Dr. Renee Jones is simply amazing and I highly recommend her!!

Vet assistant seemed both capable and engaging. Dr. Jones is the first vet I’ve experienced getting acquainted with my dog. She sat in the floor with him and I could see that he instantly felt comfortable with her. I experienced Dr.Jones as gracious as a person and highly capable as a veterinarian. This practice will be a welcome addition to Georgetown.

Dr Jones and her team were exceptional. They were able to take in my 7 year old German Shepherd, Jax as a walk-in patient.From start to finish this was hands down the best vet experience we have had!Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and it was apparent, have great love for their work.I would highly recommend Dr. Jones and her team for your fur babies!

Dr. Jones is amazing! She was very accommodating regarding my bunny’s exam. Instead of examining her on the table and making her anxious she examined her in her carrier where she felt more secure. Dr. Jones was also more thorough than any other vet I’ve visited. She is one of the very few vets we could find in Central Texas who can issue a health certificate for Hawaii and was very knowledgeable and experienced in the process of transitioning pets to the island and passing inspection without quarantine. I was grateful for her extra tips and tricks, her hospitality and her assistance. Knowing that my fur babies would be taken care of and that she would guide us through this overwhelming process made me feel so much more at ease with our move.

***Dr. Jones is an independent vet inside of Petsmart****.First visit was very positive. Dr. Jones and her staff were caring, and thorough explaining costs and different options. General impression is that prices for our particular set of services were comparable to or slightly less than the two other clinics over the years.

Dr. Jones and the team here are awesome! My dog needed urgent care and they told me to come right away. They prioritize care for their patients and go the extra mile. Dr. Jones takes her time and is very thorough. Their hours are so convenient. I would highly recommend them!!
